肉炒黄瓜萝卜片 Stir-fry Pork with Cucumber and Carrot 肉炒黄瓜萝卜片 {材料} 猪肉片(用料酒和酱油腌5分钟), 黄瓜1条(洗净去皮切片), 萝卜1条(洗净去皮切片),蒜碎。 {调味料} 蒜蓉豆豉酱1茶匙,酱油1茶匙, 糖少许。 {做法} 1. 起油锅爆香蒜碎和蒜蓉豆豉酱, 放入肉片炒至变色。 2. 然后,加入黄瓜和萝卜片拌炒2-3分钟。 3. 最后,调入其它调味料翻炒均匀即可。 Stir-fry Pork with Cucumber and Carrot {Ingredients} Pork Slices (marinade with some rice wine and soy sauce for 5 mins), cucumber x 1 (skin off and sliced), carrot x 1 (skin off and sliced), chopped garlic. {Seasonings} Black bean garlic sauce x 1 tsp, soy sauce x 1 tsp, some sugar. {Method} 1. Heat up some oil to sauté chopped garlic and black bean garlic sauce till fragrant, add in pork slices to stir-fry till turn color. 2.
