小鱼干高丽菜 Fried Anchovies Cabbage

跟朋友学的,用微波炉炸小鱼干或江鱼仔原来这么简单快捷,而且一定酥脆爽口哦!可惜是旧作之一,回国后,家里的微波炉正式退休啦,没得快手油炸咯,所以至今没几回炸小鱼干,不过炸了几次的江鱼仔,为的是磨成粉方便给小天使的辅食添些滋味!

小鱼干高丽菜

{材料} 高丽菜(洗净切丝), 萝卜丝,小鱼干,蒜碎。

{调味料} 蚝油1汤匙,盐和糖适量。

{做法}

1. 小鱼干放入微波炉可用的容器,把油倒入刚好盖过小鱼干即可,微波3分钟至酥脆(每一分钟搅拌一次,这样颜色更均匀。)如果没有微波炉或不想用,就直接小火油炸至金黄色咯。

2. 起油锅爆香蒜碎,加入萝卜丝炒一炒,再加入高丽菜丝和调味料。

3. 大火炒至高丽菜熟透即可,最后撒上小鱼干就搞定啦。

Fried Anchovies Cabbage

{Ingredients} Cabbage (Wash and shredded), shredded carrot, dried anchovies, chopped garlic.

{Seasonings} Oyster sauce x 1 tbsp, some salt and sugar.

{Method}

1. Put anchovies in microwave safe container pour in the oil just enough to cover the anchovies, microwave it for 3 mins or till the crispiness that you like. (Stirring every 1 min to ensure better outlook.) If do not wish to use microwave, just deep fry under stovetop till golden brown will do.

2. Heat up oil to sauté chopped garlic, add in shredded carrot, and follow by cabbage and seasonings.

3. Stir-frying under high heat till cabbage is cooked through, lastly sprinkle up the anchovies on top the serving plate and serve hot.
