肉碎蘑菇  Minced Meat Mushroom 蘑菇餐,营养成分颇高的一餐,哈哈! 大爱蘑菇,简单的炒法就可以很美味了! 肉碎蘑菇 {材料} 蘑菇(洗净切半),肉碎(加点米酒和麻油腌5分钟), 蒜碎适量。 {调味料} 黑酱油几滴,酱油1茶匙,蚝油1汤匙,清水1汤匙,栗米粉1茶匙,糖和胡椒粉少许,搅拌成综合酱汁备用。 {做法} 1. 锅中用黄油爆香蒜碎, 加入肉碎,蘑菇片与调味料拌炒均匀至水分收干即可。 Minced Meat Mushroom {Ingredients} Mushroom (washed and cut into half), minced meat (marinate with some rice wine and sesame oil for 5 mins), some chopped garlic. {Seasonings} Black soy sauce few drops, soy sauce x 1 tsp, oyster sauce x 1 tbsp, water x 1 tbsp, cornstarch x 1 tsp, some sugar and pepper, mixed well. {Method} 1. Heat up pan with some melted butter to sauté chopped garlic till fragrant, add in minced meat, mushroom slices and seasonings to stir-fry till thicken up. Serve hot. 双菇蛋炒饭 Egg and Mushrooms Fried Rice  双菇蛋炒饭 Egg and Mushrooms Fried Rice  又是炒饭,呵呵! 双菇蛋炒饭 {材料} 隔夜白饭3碗,鸡蛋3粒(加点酱油,麻油和胡椒粉打散备用),香菇丝, 平菇丝,猪肉片(加点米酒和酱油腌5分钟),胡萝卜丝,蒜碎,洋葱碎和青葱丁适量。 {调味料} 黑酱油1茶匙,酱油1 ½ 大匙,蚝油½ 大匙,盐和黑胡椒粉少许, Mommy J 优质带子粉和有机香菇粉各1/2 茶匙加2汤匙温热水搅拌均匀。 {做法} 1. 起油锅把鸡蛋液炒熟备用. 2. 再热2大匙油锅爆香蒜与洋葱碎, 加入其它材料拌炒大约3-5分钟. (除了白饭和青葱丁.) 3. 然后调入调味料拌炒均匀后, 放入白饭大火拌炒一分钟, 最后再加入鸡蛋碎和青葱丁翻炒均匀即可. Egg and Mushrooms Fried Rice {Ingredients} Overnight white rice x 3 bowls, eggs x 3 (beaten with some saoy sauce, sesame oil and pepper), shredded shiitake mushroom, shredded oyster mushroom, pork slices (marinate with some rice wine and soy sauce for 5 mins), some shredded carrots, chopped garlic, chopped onion and diced green onion. {Seasonings} Black soy sauce x 1 tsp, soy sauce x 1 ½ tbsp, oyster sauce x ½ tbsp, some salt and black pepper, MommyJ premium scallop and organic mushroom food powder x ½ tsp each; dissolve in 2 tbsp warm water and set aside. {Method} 1. 蛋煎三文鱼豆腐拌青菜 Stir-fried Eggs with Salmon Fillets,Tofu and Veggie 蛋煎三文鱼豆腐拌青菜 {材料} 鸡蛋x 2粒(加点Mommy J江鱼仔粉,有机苋菜粉,麻油和胡椒粉打散),豆腐半盒(切块状,泡沸水2分钟沥干备用),三文鱼片(用Mommy J有机香菇粉腌5分钟),蒜碎和水煮青菜适量。 {调味料} 无盐蔬菜高汤3汤匙和天然昆布粉适量,加点热水搅拌均匀备用. {做法} 1. 锅内烧热油, 先将三文鱼片和豆腐双面先略煎熟盛起备用。 2. 锅内的剩油将蒜碎炒香,将鸡蛋液倒入煎到半凝固时加入三文鱼和豆腐。 3. 最后,调入调味料和水煮青菜炒均匀即可. 青椒小鱼干炒蛋  Fried Eggs with Bell Pepper and Whitebait 青椒小鱼干炒蛋  Fried Eggs with Bell Pepper and Whitebait 青椒小鱼干炒蛋 {材料} 小鱼干适量(洗净备用) , 鸡蛋3个(打散加点盐, 麻油与胡椒粉少许, 搅拌均匀), 青椒块, 萝卜丁,小红葱碎适量。 {调味料} 绍兴酒½小匙. {做法} 1. 油锅烧热, 下小鱼干和小红葱碎爆香,倒入胡萝卜丁翻炒几下后加入青椒和调入绍兴酒呛锅, 倒入鸡蛋液, 大火煎到蛋液底部凝固后翻身再煎15秒, 弄碎蛋盛起备用。 Fried Eggs with Bell Pepper and Whitebait {Ingredients} Some whitebait (washed), eggs x 3 (Beat it and add in some salt, sesame oil and pepper), some dicedgreen bell pepper, diced carrots and chopped shallots. {Seasonings} Shaoxing wine x ½ tsp. {Method} 1. Heat up pan, add in whitebait and choppedshallots, follow by diced carrots to stir-fry a while only add green bell pepper and seasoning, pour in the egg mixture to cook under high heat until barely set, turn over to fry for another 15 sec and then crumble the egg, remove and transfer to serving plate.
