核桃玛芬小蛋糕 Creamy Walnut Muffin

 

Cupcakes or muffins is a must during holiday season in our home sweet home since our angels was growing up to the ages to enjoy sweet dessert more with us. 

预拌粉核桃玛芬小蛋糕 Creamy Walnut Muffin 

{材料Ingredients} 

马芬蛋糕预拌粉500克 Muffin premix 500g 
鸡蛋3粒(A级/总数175克)Eggs 3pcs (grade A/175g in total) 
红糖5克 Brown sugar 5g 
牛奶120毫升 Milk 120ml 
无盐黄油150克 Unsalted butter 150g 
核桃碎50克 Chopped walnut 50g 

{做法Directions} 

1. 把无盐黄油、预拌粉、红糖、鸡蛋、牛奶、用低速1档搅打1分钟,加入核桃碎转高速3档搅打10分钟左右。Whisk unsalted butter, cake mix, brown sugar, eggs and milk, at speed 1 for 1 min, then add in chopped walnuts to whisk at speed 3 for about 10 mins. 

2. 把拌好的蛋糕糊倒入玛芬蛋糕的纸杯中,大力震几下消消大气泡后准备烤。Pouring the batter into the muffins paper cups, knock out the big bubbles and get ready to bake. 

3. 预热烤箱170°C烤15分钟左右或至熟(烤箱温度得自行拿捏)。Pre-heated oven 170°C, cupcakes bake for 15mins (Oven temperature adjust accordingly.) 

4. 蛋糕出炉待冷后即可享用。Ready to taste once muffin cupcakes are completely cool.
