杏鲍菇双椒三文鱼炒饭 Fried Rice with Bell Pepper, King Oyster Mushroom and Salmon Fish 
辅食准备中
颜色在两岁多天使的辅食当中起了很重要的角色,她的喜好真的难以捉摸,希望这头疼的时期快点过去,耐心真的三不五时被磨尽后得再卷土重来整理出好心情,哎!

{材料}

隔夜米饭一小碗,煎三文鱼碎,洋葱碎, 双色甜椒丁, 杏鲍菇丁, 蔬菜高汤3汤匙

{做法}

1.起一大匙橄榄油锅,先把洋葱碎炒香后,加入杏鲍菇丁和双椒丁拌炒一下。

2.然后,加入隔夜白饭和高汤中火翻炒至熟,加入煎好的三文鱼碎炒均匀即可。

{Ingredients}

Overnight white rice x 1 small bowl, some chopped fried salmon fish fillet, chopped onion, diced red and yellow bell pepper, diced king oyster mushroom, veggies stock x 3 tbsp.

{Method}

1. Heat up 1 tbsp of olive oil to stir-fry chopped onion till fragrant first, only add in diced king oyster mushroom and bell pepper to continue stir-frying.

2. Then, add in overnight white rice and veggies stock to stir-fry over medium heat till cooked, add in chopped salmon fish to mix them well, serve hot.

洋葱香菇鸡肉碎天使意面

难得她逐渐接受回洋葱这味道,偶尔还会加点芹菜叶碎让她尝尝,毕竟经历着“terrible two”的她口味变幻莫测,继续加油!

{材料}

洋葱丁,香菇丁,萝卜碎,甜椒丁, 芹菜叶碎一点(用加了点油和盐的沸水煮2分钟,沥干备用),鸡肉碎,香菇水1汤匙,煎荷包蛋碎,天使意面(用加了点橄榄油和盐的沸水煮5分钟左右,沥干剪成段状备用)

{做法}

1. 起适量的橄榄油锅,将洋葱和香菇丁炒香, 加入一点的萝卜和甜椒丁拌炒一下。

2. 然后,加入鸡肉碎炒至变色后,加入香菇水和意面翻炒均匀。

3. 最后,加入煎荷包蛋碎和芹菜叶碎拌炒均匀即可。(可加或不加,有什么就煮什么咯。)

{Ingredients}

Diced onion, diced mushroom, chopped carrot, chopped bell pepper, minced celery (blanch over with boiling water that add with some olive oil and salt for about 2 mins, drain wel and set aside), minced chicken, soaked mushroom water x 1 tbsp, chopped over hard egg, angel hair pasta (cook with boiling water that add with some olive oil and salt for 5 mins, drain well and cut into sectioned)

{Method}

1. Heat up some olive oil to saute diced onion and mushroom till fragrant, add in pinch of diced carrot and bell pepper to stir-fry for a while.

2. Then, add in minced chicken and stir-fry till change colour only add in mushroom water and cooked angel hair pasta to stir-fry till well combined.

3. Lastly, add in chopped over hard egg and celery to mix well, serve hot.

蛋豆腐香菇肉碎炒面条 Fried noodles with egg tofu, mushroom and minced pork
她的什么调味料都不用,就靠香菇鸡蛋和肉碎汤的天然滋味。
有时换汤不换药,冰箱有南瓜也可以拿来炒面条给天使哦。

她的口味近期多数以面食居多,越来越有主见要求这个那个啦。

{材料}

蛋豆腐3片,香菇丁,萝卜丝,大葱碎,鸡蛋1粒(打散),肉碎,面条适量(用加了点橄榄油和盐的沸水煮3-4分钟,沥干备用),清水或高汤2汤匙。

{做法}

1. 熱起一汤匙橄榄油爆香洋葱碎和香菇丁,加入肉碎和萝卜丝翻炒均匀。

2. 然后,放入面条,高汤或水和蛋豆腐煮沸后倒入蛋液再煮沸1-2分钟分钟即可。


{Ingredients}

Egg tofu x 2 slices, diced mushroom, shredded carrots, chopped onion, egg x 1 (beaten), minced pork, some noodles (cooked with boiling water that add with a pinch of salt and olive oil for 3-4 mins, drain well and set aside), water or some ready cooked stock for 2 tbsp.

{Method}

1. Heat up 1 tbsp of olive oil to saute chopped onion and diced mushroom, add in minced pork and carrots to stir-frying till well combined.

2. Then, add in noodles, water or stock and egg tofu and bring to boil, follow by add in egg mixture and bring to boil again for 1-2 mins, serve hot.

我忙用手打发海绵蛋糕的鸡蛋与糖,她“忙”搅拌均匀梳打饼干的蛋糕糊。

蒸梳打饼海绵蛋糕的简略过程
牺牲了卖相,换来与她同乐的烘培时光值了,还好完成品在那么拖拉的情况下还能蒸发的如此算不错啦!
为了她,竟然有耐心勉强地割出Kitty造型的爱心生日蛋糕,很有成就感!
天使两岁了,这貌似一眨眼的功夫但两年里过程“喜怒哀乐”,不过喜乐胜于一切都是值得的……虽然预订了翻糖水果蛋糕来庆生,为了安心,想让她吃少糖少油的蛋糕,在有心有力的情况下选择蒸自家制暖心蛋糕给她吃。她还很配合的与我分担一点点的搅拌工作呢,虽然卖相有点难看,至少有尽力而为之啦,呵呵!

蒸梳打饼海绵蛋糕

{材料A} 鸡蛋3粒,无盐奶油80-100克,红糖30-35克,梳打饼120克(搅拌成碎粉状)

{材料B} 鸡蛋2粒,面粉30克,玉米淀粉20克(面粉和玉米淀粉筛2遍),红糖15-20克

{做法}

1. 先将材料A的奶油和红糖打至松发。(手打或搅拌机打都行,天使不爱搅拌机的声音,我就得加倍用力手动打咯,累但值!)

2. 鸡蛋一粒一粒加入打均匀,加入梳打饼碎搅拌均匀,分成两份备用。

3. 材料B的红糖一次过加入到鸡蛋液粒,在一个稍微大一点的盆子装入40-50度的温水,放入装了鸡蛋液和红糖的容器,开始打发。

4. 全蛋打发没什么特别要注意的,就是大概需要20分钟左右或插根牙签不倒就算打发到位了。

5. 面粉加玉米淀粉分2-3次筛到打发好的蛋液中,面粉不会马上沉下去证明蛋液打发好了, 用翻拌方式让面粉和蛋液混合均匀,翻拌时不可画圈。

6. 先把一份梳打饼蛋糊倒入模具中,蒸锅水煮开后,大火蒸5分钟。用筷子戳几个洞,慢慢地倒入做法5的海绵蛋糕糊,入蒸锅前震几下把大气泡震出来,蛋糕看上去细腻些。

7. 中大火蒸8-10分钟后,用筷子戳几个洞,再倒入另一份梳打饼蛋糕糊用大火再蒸15分钟左右或至蛋糕完全熟透即可取出待凉。

Steamed Cream Crackers Sponge Cake

{Ingredients A} Eggs x 3, unsalted butter 80-100g, brown sugar x 30-35g, cream crackers x 120g (blend it into fine powder)

{Ingredients B} Eggs x 2, flour x 30g, corn starch x 20g (mixed well and sifted for 2 times), brown sugar 15-20g.

{Method}

1. Beat ingredients A- melted butter and brown sugar till fluffy. (I need to use hand manually to whisk as my little angel is going through her terrible two phase and do not like the mixer’s sound else crying excessively.)

2. Put eggs 1 by 1 into the mixing bowl and mix well before add in cream cracker’s powder and mix well, divide into 2 portions.

3. Ingredients B-Put in the brown sugar into the egg mixture, start to whisk over the big bowl which is add in 40-50 degree warm water to save little manual whisking time.

4. It needs to take about 20 mins to whisk until the texture is light and fluffy or to keep a toothpick stand for 10 seconds.

5. Divide the flour mixture to 3 portions and sifted onto the egg mixture. Fold the flour lightly in one direction though up and down method. Do not over-mix else the air bubbles will be broken up.

6. Pour 1 portion of cream cracker batter into a light grease baking mold, bring the water in steamer to boil only put in the baking mold to steam for 5 mins. Use chopstick to prick and slowly pour in the method 5 sponge cake batter.

7. Steam for 8-10 mins over the medium high heat, prick again and pour in the last layer of cream crackers batter to steam for another 15 mins or till fully cooked. Remove and leave to cool.

炒饭逐渐获得她的喜爱,一直吵着要吃,呵呵!如果天使是真的接受不来,可以炒饭时滴2-3滴酱油,她目前是什么都不用加。

{材料}

隔夜米饭一小碗,甜椒丁,西兰花(用盐水浸泡后,热水川烫3分钟即可),猪肉碎,鸡蛋一粒(打散)

{做法}

1. 把2大匙蛋液加入隔夜白饭搅拌均匀备用。

2.起一大匙橄榄油锅,先炒猪肉碎和甜椒丁,再倒入剩下的蛋液。

3.然后,加入隔夜白饭大火翻炒至熟,吃时加入煮熟的西兰花即可。

{Ingredients}

Overnight white rice x 1 small bowl, diced bell pepper, broccoli (soaked with salted water, blanch over boiling water for 3 mins), minced pork, egg x 1 (beaten)

{Method}

1. Mix 2 tbsp of egg mixture into overnight white rice, make sure well combined and set aside.

2. Heat up 1 tbsp of olive oil to stir-fry minced pork and diced bell pepper,  pour in balance of egg mixture to continue stir-frying, .

3. Then, follow by add in overnight white rice to stir-fry over high heat till cooked, add in cooked broccoli while serving.

Angel loves Kitty, so i usually will make some cute shapes for her if free.
Else the golden rice pancake will just look "plain" like this, hehe!
Yummy and simple Golden Rice Pancake for little one.

基本材料一定要有米饭,面粉,玉米粉和鸡蛋,其它配料随意,我大多数都用冰箱里有的即可。有时间又不懒时会弄她喜欢的Kitty造型让她更开心地吃...

{材料} 

隔夜米饭3汤匙,青甜椒碎,萝卜碎,蛋豆腐碎,鸡蛋1粒,面粉1汤匙,玉米淀粉1汤匙,橄榄油适量

{做法}

1. 除了橄榄油,全部材料充分搅拌均匀备用。
2. 起油锅,把1-2汤匙面糊放入锅内双面煎成金黄色即可。


{Ingredients} 

Overnight white rice 3 tbsp, chopped green bell pepper, chopped carrots, chopped egg tofu, egg x1, flour x 1 tbsp, corn flour x 1 tbsp, olive oil in right amount.

{Method}

1. Mix all ingredients except olive oil till well-combined.
2. Heat up olive oil in frying pan, add in 1-2 tbsp of the mixture to fry till both sides change to golden yellow colour, serve hot.

天使喜欢吃Kitty造型的pasta,一段时间我没煮,她已经会自己开口要求了。

{材料} 

卡通造型Pasta (用加了点橄榄油和盐的沸水煮软备用), 水煮蛋1粒(切成一口吃形状),肉碎适量,高汤半碗。

{做法}

1. 肉碎放入高汤内蒸煮10-15分钟。
2. 要食用时,把煮软的pasta加入高汤中,再拌入水煮蛋即可。


{Ingredients}

Cartoon shapes pasta (cook with boiling water that add with some olive oil and salt till tender and set aside), hard boiled egg x 1 (cut into bite-size), some minced pork, some chicken stock.

{Method}

1. Steam cook the minced pork with chicken stock for 10-15 mins.
2. Add in cooked pasta and hard boiled egg when ready to eat.

加了玉米淀粉的面粉糕会有脆脆的外皮哦,天使更是爱不释手,一口接一口的吃,看着她满口留香的证据,再忙再累都值了!

{材料}

菠菜(用加了点橄榄油和盐的沸水川烫一下,沥干切碎),萝卜碎,鸡蛋1粒,面粉2汤匙,玉米淀粉1汤匙,水或牛奶70毫升,橄榄油适量

{做法}

1. 除了橄榄油,全部材料充分搅拌均匀备用。
2. 起油锅,把1-2汤匙面糊放入锅内双面煎成金黄色即可。


{Ingredients} 

Spinach (blanch over with boiling water that add with some olive oil and salt, drain well and set aside), chopped carrots, Egg x1, Flour x 2 tbsp, corn flour x 1 tbsp, water or milk x 70 ml, olive oil in right amount.

{Method}

1. Mix all ingredients except olive oil till well-combined.
2. Heat up olive oil in frying pan, add in 1-2 tbsp of the mixture to fry till both sides change to golden yellow colour, serve hot.

天使每次接受新的辅食品的速度算很快,就算第一口觉得不熟悉感觉有点怪,但不会非常激烈地抗拒。就是这股力量促使我坚持自家制无任何添加的午晚餐让她天天都能享受属于妈咪的暖心住家味。

{材料}

隔夜米饭一小碗,小鲜虾3-5只(剁碎),番茄丁,胡罗卜丝,高丽菜丁,猪肉碎,小黄瓜丁,鸡蛋一粒(打散)

{做法}

1. 把三大匙蛋液加入隔夜白饭搅拌均匀备用。

2.起一大匙橄榄油锅,先炒猪肉碎,番茄丁和胡萝卜丝,再加入高丽菜丁拌炒一下。

3.然后,倒入剩下的蛋液,加入隔夜白饭和鲜虾碎大火翻炒至熟,加入黄瓜丁炒均匀即可。

{Ingredients}

Overnight white rice x 1 small bowl, little shrimp x 3-5pcs, diced tomatoes, shredded carrots, diced cabbage, minced pork, diced cucumber, egg x 1 (beaten)

{Method}

1. Mix 3 tbsp of egg mixture into overnight white rice, make sure well combined and set aside.
2. Heat up 1 tbsp of olive oil to stir-fry minced pork, diced tomatoes and carrots first, only add in diced cabbage to continue stir-frying.
3. Then, pour in balance of egg mixture, follow by add in overnight white rice and chopped shrimp to stir-fry over high heat till cooked, add in diced cucumber to mix them well, serve hot.

甜椒蒸蛋三文鱼西兰花软饭 Bell Pepper Steamed Egg with Salmom Fish and Broccoli Rice

Simple and yummy for little angel...
一样不需要任何调味料的天使辅食,其实准备和完成的过程30分钟左右或更短,只要天使配合。有时间,能切好备用的材料基本前一晚都预先搞定。

{材料} 煮好的白饭适量,三文鱼一小块,甜椒丁,鸡蛋一粒(打散),西兰花小朵状(用加了点盐和橄榄油的沸水川烫三分钟,沥干备用。)

{做法}

1. 起一茶匙橄榄油锅,把三文鱼片双面煎熟。

2. 把打散的鸡蛋加适量的水(水的份量是蛋液的一倍),蒸10分钟左右后加入甜椒丁再蒸2分钟即可。

3. 把所有煮好的材料放入装好白饭的碗中即可食用。


{Ingredients} Cooked white rice, salmon fish fillet x 1 small piece, diced bell pepper, egg x 1 (beaten), broccoli florets (blanch over boiling water that add with some salt and olive oil for 3 mins, drain well and set aside)

{Method}

1. Heat up 1 tsp of olive oil to fry salmon fish fillet till both sides is well cooked.

2. Add in some water into egg mixture (water amount normally is 1x more than egg mixture), steam for 10 mins only add in diced bell pepper, continue to steam for another 2 mins.

3. Then, add ingredients on top of cooked white rice, serve hot.

原味馒头 Steamed Bun

原味馒头 Steamed Bun
Soft and Yummy Steamed Bun is ready.
Additional ingredient: Pumpkin, leftover in fridge to join this round homemade steamed bun.
Just as original steamed bunbut add on steamed pumpkin while making the dough.

This round wanna empty the pau flour, so using a little bit more flour, so divide each for abt 40-45g.
Ulgy skin but taste nice and soft will do as my little angel wont take the skin, hahaha!
普通的白馒头是娃的最爱,所以大多隔1两个月都会亲自给她做些来吃, 有时冰箱有剩下的甜薯,马铃薯,南瓜或其它可用的材料,我都会尽量加入给她一些天然的调味料。

原味馒头

{材料} 中筋面粉或包粉300克,酵母5克,糖15克,橄榄油25克,水120-130毫升

{做法}
1. 将全部材料放入搅拌碗中搅拌均匀至形成光滑的面团,用湿布盖好让它休息15分钟。

2. 将面团分割成每份约35克左右,开始整形做成你喜欢的形状。

3. 排在蒸盘上继续发酵45分钟,然后大火蒸大约10-12分钟即可。

Steamed Bun

{Ingredients} Blue Key pau flour x 300g, instant yeast x 5g, sugar x 15g, olive oil x 25g, water x 120-130ml.

{Method}

1. Put all ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix well till formed a smooth ball shape, cover with wet cloth for rest about 15 mins.

2. Divide dough into 35g each and ready to shape according to personal preference.

3. Place the shaped dough on to steaming plate and leave to prove for another 45 mins, then steam under high heat for 10-12 mins.

{材料}

番茄1粒(用沸水川烫去皮去籽,切丁),西刀鱼丸2粒(洗洗切丁),青菜丝(用加了点油和盐的沸水川烫2分钟左右), 白米饭。

{做法}

1. 起一茶匙橄榄油锅,炒蕃茄丁后加入适量的清水和鱼丸丁煮沸。
2. 把青菜丝拌入煮好的汤内备用。
3. 然后,把白米饭煮好后拌入番茄鱼丸青菜汤搅拌均即可食用。

{Ingredients}

Tomato x 1 (Blanch over boiling water to peel skin off, diced), fish balls x 2 (rinse and diced), shredded veggies (blanch over boiling water that add with some olive oil for 2 mins),  white rice.

{Method}

1. Heat up 1 tsp of olive oil to saute diced tomatoes, follw by add in some water and diced fish ball, bring to boil.
2. Add in shredded veggies to cooked tomato and fish ball soup.
3. Then, add in cooked white rice into the soup, serve hot.

家有香蕉熟透了,娃就多了另一种选择享受她的辅食。

{材料} 熟透香蕉1根(切片,捣碎),鸡蛋1粒,面粉4汤匙,水或牛奶75毫升,橄榄油适量

{做法}

1. 除了橄榄油,全部材料充分搅拌均匀备用。
2. 起油锅,把1-2汤匙面糊放入锅内双面煎成金黄色即可。


{Ingredients} Ripe Banana x 1(sliced and minced it), Egg x1, Flour x 4 tbsp, water or milk x 75 ml, olive oil in right amount.

{Method}

1. Mix all ingredients except olive oil till well-combined.
2. Heat up olive oil in frying pan, add in 1-2 tbsp of the mixture to fry till both sides change to golden yellow colour, serve hot.

三文鱼炒蛋杂蔬米粉汤 Salmon Fish Fillet with Egg and Mixed Veggies Vermicelli Soup


她的辅食,再忙也会给她弄一弄,毕竟真的快和容易煮。今天主打彩色风,色彩丰富的辅食,她很快就一扫而空,呵呵!

{材料}

三文鱼1小块(用一点橄榄油双面煎熟),香菇丁(泡软),鸡肉碎,鸡蛋1粒(打散),青菜丝(用加了点油和盐的沸水川烫2分钟左右), 米粉(用沸水煮2-3分钟)

{做法}

1. 起一茶匙橄榄油锅,炒香香菇丁后加入鸡肉碎拌炒一下,捞起盛碗备用。
2. 同一个锅再加一点橄榄油把蛋炒散炒熟备用。
3. 把做法1的香菇鸡肉碎放入一个加了3-5汤匙开水的碗中,放入蒸锅蒸煮5分钟。
4. 然后,把三文鱼,米粉,鸡蛋和青菜丝加入煮好的汤中拌均即可食用。

{Ingredients}

Salmon fish fillet x 1 small piece (Fry with some olive oil till cooked), diced mushroom (soaked till tender), minced chicken , egg x 1 (beaten), shredded veggies (blanch over boiling water that add with some olive oil for 2 mins),  vermicelli (cook with boiling water for 2-3 mins)

{Method}

1. Heat up 1 tsp of olive oil to saute diced mushroom till fragrant only add in minced chicken to stir-fry a while, dish up.
2. Use back the frying pan, add little bit olive oil to cook egg till cooked.
3. Put method's 1 ingredients in a steamable bowl that add with 3-5 tbsp of cooked water, put in steamer to steam cook for 5 mins.
4. Then, add in salmon fish fillet, vermicelli, egg and green veggies into the soup, serve hot.

她的辅食都是和我们当天或隔天的食材有关,虽说她已经可以和我们大致上吃一样的食物了,但还是努力维持让她免于多余的调味料。

{材料}蛋豆腐(切片), 肉碎,萝卜丝,香菇丁,青菜丝(用加了几点橄榄油的沸水川烫3分钟即可),面线(用沸水煮2-3分钟或至熟即可)

{做法}

1. 起一茶匙橄榄油锅,煸炒一下香菇丁和萝卜丝备用。

2. 取一锅装适量的清水煮沸后,加入肉碎再次煮沸,才加入蛋豆腐,和做法1的材料煮大约5分钟左右。

3. 把面线和青菜丝放入煮好的汤就可食用。


{Ingredients} Egg tofu (sliced), minced pork or chicken, shredded carrot, diced mushroom, shredded green veggies (blanch over with boiling water that add in 2-3 drops of olive oil for 3 mins), mee suah(cook with boiling water for 2-3 mins or till cooked)

{Method}

1. Heat up 1 tsp of olive oil to saute diced mushroom and shredded carrot for a while and set aside.

2. Use 1 pot that fill with right amout of water, bring to boil and add in minced meat and bring to boil again only add in egg tofu, method 1's ingredients to cook for about 5 mins.

3. Then, add in mee suah and cooked green veggies into the soup, serve hot.

鸡蛋面粉糕 Egg Pancake

Today's Solid Food: 鸡蛋面粉糕 Egg Pancake
材料和做法都很简易的宝宝辅食。

{材料} 鸡蛋1粒,面粉4汤匙,盐或糖一点,水或牛奶75毫升,橄榄油适量

{做法}

1. 除了橄榄油,全部材料充分搅拌均匀备用。
2. 起油锅,把1-2汤匙面糊放入锅内双面煎成金黄色即可。


{Ingredients} Egg x1, Flour x 4 tbsp, salt or sugar x 1/2 tsp (depend on your preference), water or milk x 75 ml, olive oil in right amount.

{Method}

1. Mix all ingredients except olive oil till well-combined.
2. Heat up olive oil in frying pan, add in 1-2 tbsp of the mixture to fry till both sides change to golden yellow colour, serve hot.

今日辅食: 西兰花鸡肉碎马铃薯泥 Mashed potatoes with minced chicken and broccoli

西兰花鸡肉碎马铃薯泥 Mashed potatoes with minced chicken and broccoli

心血来潮,多花点心思让她的辅食更有色彩。

{材料} 马铃薯1粒(去皮切丁,泡水备用),西兰花(洗净切成小朵状),胡萝卜片,鸡肉碎,牛油一茶匙,牛奶2汤匙

{做法}
1. 马铃薯泥蒸20分钟左右至熟。
2. 趁热加入奶油和牛奶(我用她喝的奶粉泡的牛奶),按成泥糊状即可。
3. 西兰花用加了点橄榄油和盐的沸水烫一下,蒸5-10分钟至软但青绿色仍在。
4. 胡萝卜片和鸡肉碎加了3汤匙煮开的水蒸20分钟左右。蒸好的汤可以拿来喝。
5. 把做法4和5的配料拌入做法2的马铃薯泥中即可开动啦!

{Ingredients}Potato x 1 (peeled and diced, soaked in water), broccoli (cut into bite site floret shape), carrots (sliced), minced chicken, butter x 1 tsp, baby formula x 2tbsp

{Method}
1. Steamed potato for 20 mins or till cooked.
2. Using potato masher or any other available tools to blend the butter and baby formula until the mixture smooth and creamy.
3. Using a pot fill with water that add in some salt and olive oil to blanch over the broccoli florets a while and then steam for 5-10 mins.
4. Steam the carrots and minched chicken in 3 tbsp of boiling water for 20 mins. The soup can use for drink.
5. Add in method 4 and 5 cooked side dishes to method 2 mashed potato, ready to eat!

各种配料的蒸软饭,粿条和粉面类

香菇菠菜肉碎粿条汤,宝宝辅食越来越多样化了。
上是菠菜番茄肉碎粥,下是水煮鸡蛋菠菜肉碎pasta。
西红柿香菇肉碎面线汤, 娃的辅食煮法依然大多都是水煮,蒸,川烫,炖来完成滴。
蒸黄瓜条,豆腐蒸蛋配软饭。
豆腐蒸蛋粥
白萝卜,杏鲍菇丁,萝卜丝,鸡腿肉丝汤蒸软饭
蒸梨和火龙果配米糊
杂蔬水煮蛋鸡汤pasta,三文鱼蒸软饭,鸡汤的配料都很随意,冰箱有洋葱丝,萝卜丁和黄瓜丁,就这样燉来用啦。吃剩的两天内用不完都得冷却后立马速冻保存!

越来越上手的天使辅食,脑海里清晰地记得那些担惊受怕的日子,如今一晃眼即过了, 也算熬过一点点啦(养娃一百,长忧九十九啊)。从什么都不懂的新手妈妈到现在半懂半迷糊的妈妈,原来真的没有什么是不能的,以为她的辅食我应该真的会搞得一塌糊涂,之前还一直烦该弄些什么才对或才是合适的,结果日子一天天的过,慢慢摸索的过程我竟然可以那么得心应手耶。。。不好意思,容许我自夸一下下嘛,真的是属于爆灯式的满足感,哈哈哈!

说穿了,谢谢她愿意如此相信她妈妈我的厨艺,从未嫌弃过(也许她还不懂她其实有选择权,呵呵),除了偶尔生病时的没胃口,却也会尝几口。就这样一点一滴累积了她妈妈我的辅食心得,感恩有她陪伴着让我更深一层去理解何谓真正的life!No one is always busy. It just depends on what number you are on their priority list. 趁一切还来得及,无论什么时候都别给自己遗憾!
