白萝卜鱿鱼丝鸡腿汤 Daikon Radish Soup with Chicken and Dried Squid 

白萝卜鱿鱼丝鸡腿汤

{材料} 白萝卜1条(去皮切块状),鸡腿1只, 鱿鱼丝适量,红枣3-5颗。

{调味料} 盐适量

{做法}

1. 取一深锅,注入适量清水煮沸后加入白萝卜和红枣先煮30分钟左右。

2. 然后加入鸡腿和鱿鱼丝再煮上30分钟,喜欢更软烂的口感可以再继续煮多15分钟。

3. 最后,调入盐煮上5分钟即可趁热享用。

Daikon Radish Soup with Chicken and Dried Squid

{Ingredients} Radish x 1 (peeled and cut into bit-size shape), chicken thigh x 1, some shredded dried squid, red dates x 3-5pcs.

{Seasonings} Some salt.

{Method}

1. Filling in right amount water in a deep pot and bring to boil, add in radish and red dates to cook for 30 mins.

2. Then, add in chicken thigh and squid to cook for another 30 mins, if prefer more tender can extra cook for another 15 mins.

3. Lastly, season in the salt to cook for another 5 mins and serve hot.

雪梨汤的基本材料
加了白木耳的雪梨汤更养颜,白木耳要泡过夜比较容易炖软!


新的一年,当然要甜甜蜜蜜,所以选了这时常做的食谱但好像没分享过的博文来开始这一年的博客之路,愿今年样样都能顺心顺意啊!天使也可以少量喝哦,如果给她喝,我会在放冰糖前先把她的份量盛起保温。

冰糖红枣枸杞炖雪梨

{材料} 雪梨一个(去皮去核,切块状),红枣5粒(去核,切块状),枸杞适量(洗净备用),清水适量。

{调味料} 冰糖适量。

{做法}

1. 取一深锅注入适量的水煮沸,加入雪梨块(如果要放白木耳就先加入它,慢火煮上30分钟左右才加雪梨)和红枣煮30分钟。

2. 然后,加入枸杞煮10分钟左右。

3. 最后加入冰糖再煮5-10分钟即可。

Pear with Red Dates Gojiberries and Rock Sugar Sweet Soup

{Ingredients} Pear x 1 (Peel of skin, remove seed and diced), red dates x 5 (remove seed, diced), some goji berries (washed and set aside), water in right amount.

{Seasonings} Some rock sugar.

{Method}

1. Use 1 deep pots, fill with right amount of water and bring to boil, add in diced pears (If want to add in done soaked overnight snow fungus, please add first to cook for 30 mins only add in pears), and red dates to cook for 30 mins.

2. Then, add in goji berries to cook for 10 mins.

3. Lastly season with some rock sugar and cook for 5-10 mins, serve hot.

花胶鸡汤

{材料} 花胶(浸泡一夜至软,切块状), 姜3 片, 去皮鸡肉块350克,枸杞适量。

{调味料} 盐适量。

{做法}

1. 将所有材料(除了枸杞)放入装满适量清水的炖锅中炖一小时半。

2. 然后加入枸杞和调入盐再炖20分钟即可。

Chicken and Fish Maw Soup

{Ingredients} Fish maw (soaked overnight, cut into pieces), ginger slices x 3 pcs, skinned chicken pieces x 350g, some goji berries.

{Seasonings} Some salt.

{Method}

1. Put all ingredients (except goji berries) into slow cooker that fill with right amount of water to cook for 1 and half hours.

2. Then, add in goji berries and season in the salt to continue cook for another 20 mins, serve hot.

秋葵鸡汤

{材料} 秋葵10条(用加了点油和盐的沸水川烫一下,切块状),鸡腿一只,胡萝卜1根(去皮切块状), 红枣5-7颗, 枸杞适量。

{调味料} 盐适量。

{做法}

1. 取一锅注入适量的清水煮沸后更加入鸡腿,红枣和萝卜以中火煮20分钟。

2. 然后再加入枸杞和秋葵再次煮10分钟左右,调入盐搅拌一下即可。

Okra Chicken Thigh Soup

{Ingredients} Okras x 10 (blanch over boiling water that add with some oil and salt, cut into bite size pieces), chicken thigh x 1, carrot x 1 (peeled and cut into bite size pieces), red dates x 5-7 pcs, some goji berries.

{Seasonings} Some salt.

{Method}

1. Use 1 deep pot that fill with right amount of water, bring to boil only add in chicken thigh, red dates and carrots to cook under medium heat for 20 mins.

2. Then, add in goji berries and okras to cook for another 10 mins, season in salt and serve hot.

花胶也有人称之为鱼肚或鱼鳔,含有丰富的胶质与蛋白质,最重要是当多泡发了花胶,用来做羹汤,非常鲜甜好喝啊!

花胶羹

{材料} 花胶(提前一晚泡发,切丁), 香菇3朵(泡发,切丁),泡香菇水, 海鲜豆腐和蛋豆腐(切丁), 鸡蛋1粒(打散备用),栗米粉水2-3汤匙。

{调味料} 料酒1茶匙, 盐 ½ 茶匙, 鲍鱼汁1汤匙,, 胡椒粉和乌醋适量。

{做法}

1. 取一深锅把泡香菇水和适量的水煮沸, 放入香菇煮10分钟左右。

2. 放入花胶煮20-30分钟,再加入海鲜豆腐和蛋豆腐再次煮开。

3. 倒入栗米粉水勾芡,续而倒入鸡蛋液拌均,最后调入料酒,盐和鲍鱼汁煮沸即可。要食用时,适量的调入胡椒粉和乌醋。

Fish Maw Soup

{Ingredients} Fish maw (Soaked overnight till fully tender, diced), mushroom x 3 (soaked till tender, diced), Soaked mushrooms water, packed seafood tofu and egg tofu (diced), egg x 1 (beaten), corm flour solution x 2-3 tbsp.

{Seasonings} Shao xing wine x 1 tsp, salt x ½ tsp, abalone sauce x 1 tbsp, some pepper and black vinegar.

{Method}

1. Use 1 deep pot fill with soaked mushroom water and water with right amount and bring to boil, add in mushroom to cook for 10 mins.

2. Add in fish maw continue cook for 20-30 mins only add in seafood tofu and egg tofu and bring to boil again.

3. Pour in corn flour solution, follow by egg’s mixture and stirring continuously to ensure well mixed. Lastly, season with Shaxing wine, salt and abalone sauce and bring to boil. Serve with some pepper and black vinegar.

鸿禧菇豆腐玉米鱼丸鱼饼肉碎汤

{材料} 鸿禧菇1包(去蒂,洗净备用), 豆腐一盒(切块状), 玉米粒适量, 猪肉碎(用一点米酒和酱油腌5分钟),鱼丸鱼饼适量(切片状),蒜碎,小红葱碎。

{调味料} 鲍鱼汁一汤匙,盐和胡椒粉适量。

{做法}

1. 取一深锅,用1汤匙油爆香蒜葱碎,加入肉碎炒至熟后,注入适量的水煮至沸。

2. 然后,加入其他材料和调味料再次煮沸即可开吃。(算是快手火锅类哟!)

Hongxi Mushroom Tofu Corn Fish Ball Ground Pork Soup

{Ingredients} Hongxi mushroom x 1 pack (removed bottom parts and cleaned), tofu x 1 pack (diced), some sweet corns, ground pork (marinate with some rice wine and soy sauce for 5 mins), some fish balls and fish cakes (sliced), chopped garlic and shallots.

{Seasonings} Abalone sauce x 1 tbsp, some salt and pepper.

{Method}

1. Use 1 deep pot, add in 1 tbsp oil to sauté chopped garlic and shallots till fragrant, follow by add in ground pork to stir-fry until cooked only add in right amount of water, bring to boil.

2. Then, add in other ingredients and seasonings; bring to boil again. (Fast and easy steamboat type’s soup!)

芹菜玉米豆腐排骨汤

{材料} 排骨适量(浸泡清水30分钟去血水),芹菜切段状,玉米粒,红枣5-7颗。

{调味料} 盐和胡椒粉适量

{做法}

1. 取一深锅,注满适量的水和排骨煮沸后,加入其它材料以中火炖煮一小时左右,调入盐后再煮15分钟即可。

{Ingredients} Pork ribs (soaked in water for 30 mins to clear bloody color.), celery (cut into sectioned), corns, red dates x 5-7 pcs.

{Seasonings} Some salt and pepper to taste.

{Method}

1. Use a large pot, fill in right amount of water and pork ribs, and bring to boil only add in others ingredients to cook under medium heat for about 1 hour, seasons in seasonings and cook for another 15 mins.

番茄豆腐粉丝肉碎汤

{材料} 番茄2粒(沸水川烫1分钟去皮,切块状),豆腐(切块状),鸡肉碎(用米酒和酱油腌10分钟),粉丝(泡软), 蒜碎。

{调味料} 鲍鱼汁1汤匙,盐和胡椒粉少许。

{做法}

1. 取一深锅,放入一大匙的油爆香蒜碎后,加入鸡肉碎炒熟再下番茄块炒出红水。

2. 然后,注满适量的水,豆腐和调味料煮至沸。

3. 最后,加入粉丝再次煮沸即可。

Tomato, Tofu and Glass Noodle Soup with Minced Pork

{Ingredients} Tomatoes x 2 (Blanch over boiled water, peeled and diced), tofu (cut into bite-sized pieces), ground chicken (marinate with some rice wine and soy sauce for 10 mins), glass noodle (soaked till tender), chopped garlic.

{Seasonings} Abalone sauce x 1 tbsp, some salt and pepper to taste.

{Method}

1. Use a large pot, add in 1 tbsp oil to sauté chopped garlic till fragrant, add in ground chicken to stir-fry till cooked only add in diced tomatoes and cook till tender with light red color water.

2. Then, add in right amount of water, tofu and seasonings, bring to boil.

3. Lastly, add in glass noodle and bring to boil again. Serve hot.

鲜甜菌菇汤 Asian Style Mixed Mushroom Soup

鲜甜菌菇汤

{材料} 杏鲍菇(洗净切片), 鸿禧菇,白玉菇(去蒂,洗净),肉碎(用一点米酒和酱油腌5分钟), 枸杞, 姜碎,蒜碎和小红葱碎适量。

{调味料} 盐1茶匙,酱油1汤匙和胡椒粉少许。

{做法}

1. 起油锅炒香姜蒜葱碎后,放入肉碎翻炒至熟备用。

2. 取一大深锅,注满适量的水或鸡汤煮至滚后,加入做法1的肉碎和其它材料用中火煮上大约30分钟或更久。(依个人对菇类的口感要求哈!)

3. 最后,调入调味料再煮上10分钟即可。

Asian Style Mixed Mushroom Soup

{Ingredients} King oyster mushroom (wash and slices), Hongxi mushroom, shimeiji mushroom (remove the bottom parts and washed), ground chicken (marinate with some rice wine and soy sauce for 5 mins), goji berries, some chopped ginger, garlic and shallots.

{Seasonings} Salt x 1 tsp, soy sauce x 1 tbsp and some pepper.

{Method}

1. Heat up oil to sauté chopped ginger, garlic and shallots till fragrant, add in ground chicken to stir-fry till cook and set aside.

2. Use 1 deep pot, filling with right amount of water or chicken stock and bring to boil, add in method 1 ingredient and others ingredient, simmer cook for about 30 mins or longer (according to personal preference on the softness of the mushrooms.)

3. Lastly, season in the seasonings and cook for another 10 mins.

木瓜排骨汤

{材料} 熟木瓜(去皮切块), 排骨适量(泡清水半小时或川烫去血水), 红枣5颗。

{调味料} 盐适量。

{做法}

1. 煮沸一大锅清水, 把全部材料放入燉煮1小时半左右即可。

{Ingredients} Papaya (skinless and cut in pieces), some pork ribs (soaked in water for 30 mins or blanch over boiling water to clean the ribs), red dates x 5.

{Seasonings} Some salt.

{Method}

1. Bring a pot of water to boil, add in all ingredients and stew for 1 and half hours.

又到了爱惜自己的时间啦,再怎么懒偶尔还是得炖一炖汤来慰劳一下全年无休的煮妇!

当归红枣枸杞鸡汤

{材料} 鸡肉块6-8块(洗净血水,浸泡清水30分钟), 当归头2块,红枣7颗,枸杞适量。

{调味料} 盐适量。

{做法}

1. 取一深锅,注入八分满的清水,先放入当归头煮沸后再加入鸡肉块和红枣以小火炖上2小时。

2. 最后加入枸杞再炖20-30分钟即可,食用时调入盐调味。

Chicken Soup with Chinese Angelica, Red Dates and Goji Berries

{Ingredients} Chicken pieces 6-8pcs (wash and soaked in clear water for 30 mins), Chinese angelica x 2 pcs, red dates x 7, some goji berries.

{Seasonings} Some salt.

{Method}

1. Bring a deep pot of clear water that add in the Chinese angelica to boil , add in chicken pieces and red dates to stew under low heat for about 2 hours.

2. Lastly, add in the goji berries and stew for another 20-30 mins, add salt to taste when ready to serve.

番茄玉米排骨汤

除了汤,还是汤,又是汤...呵呵。没法啦,为了方便快手,煲汤除了给出我很多时间陪伴她玩乐之外,最重要可以在没放调味料之前先行拿起一些给娃做蒸软饭的汤底啊!

番茄玉米排骨汤

{材料} 番茄2粒(用刀割出十字状,用热水川烫一下去皮切成块状),玉米2条(切成粒状), 排骨300克(用清水浸泡1小时或热水川烫3分钟飞沫),红枣5颗。

{调味料} 盐适量。

{做法}

1. 一大锅清水煮沸后把全部材料除了番茄放入中火煮45分钟。

2. 然后,加入番茄块再煮15分钟,调味即可食用。

Tomatoes, Corn and Pork Ribs Soup

{Ingredients} Tomato x 2(peel off skin with hot water, cut into bite sizes), corn x 2 (cut into pieces), pork ribs x 300g((soaked in water for 1 hour or just blanch over the boiling water for 3 mins), red dates x 5.

{Seasonings} Some salt.

{Method}

1. Boil a pot of water and put all ingredients except tomatoes to cook for 45 mins under medium heat.

2. Then, add in tomatoes to continue cook for another 15 mins, season with some salt and serve hot.

快手面线汤 Mee Suah Soup



不好意思,回国至今真的忙,茫,盲了三个多月。我竟然酱久不碰部落格啦……难怪情绪频频失控,原来无处抒发一下自己顶不顺的543!

Ok,发完牢骚,言归正传,近期爱吃面线汤,娃的简单用清水煮至软烂加上速冻的鸡汤和蒸熟的蔬菜碎块即可;而偷懒妈妈当然顺便也可给自己弄碗料多的暖暖胃,呵呵!

快手面线汤

{材料} 面线,香菇丝,蒜碎,萝卜丝,猪肉片(用一点酱油和胡椒粉腌5分钟),鱼丸鱼饼,生菜丝,鸡蛋一粒。

{调味料} 酱油1汤匙半,胡椒粉适量。

{做法}

1. 起一汤匙油锅爆香蒜碎, 加入香菇丝炒香后续而加入猪肉片炒至变色,加入萝卜丝翻炒一下,调入酱油呛锅后马上倒入适量清水煮沸。

2. 然后,加入面线,鱼丸鱼饼再次煮沸后敲入鸡蛋和调入胡椒粉煮开来。

3. 最后熄火,加入生菜丝拌至均匀即可食用。

Mee Suah Soup

{Ingredients} Mee Suah, shredded mushroom, chopped garlic, shredded carrot, sliced porks (marinate with some soy sauce and pepper for 5 mins), fish balls and fish cakes, shredded lettuce, egg x 1.

{Seasonings} Soy sauce x 1 ½ tbsp, some pepper.

{Method}

1. Heat up a tbsp of oil to sauté chopped garlic till fragrant, add in mushroom and sliced pork to stir-fry till pork change color, add in carrot, season in soy sauce and then pour in some water and bring it to boil.

2. Then, add in mee suah, fish balls and fish cakes and bring it to boil again, beat in egg and season in some pepper to ensure cook through.

3. Lastly, turn off and add in lettuce to mix them well.

即食叻沙什锦汤 Instant Penang Asam Laksa Soup

又是想念家乡美食的时刻,自己带着10个月大的天使,她又适逢粘身期。分离焦虑让她醒着时无法让我离开她一分钟,常用哭声代替她的不满。我嘛,总的对自己好一点,想吃就煮些快手的,反正我也没试过自己全权负责真的槟城叻沙,呵呵。啊,对了,还得谢谢朋友漂洋过海给我带回来的即煮酱料,感恩呐!

即食叻沙什锦汤

{材料} 三文鱼一块,鱼丸鱼饼,水煮鸡蛋4粒

{调味料} 酸柑汁2汤匙

{做法}

1. 1500毫升的清水加入即煮酱料煮沸后,放入全部材料再次中火煮沸后调入调味料即可。

2. 可以川烫些叻沙面条,加点黄瓜丝,黄梨丝,大葱丝和薄荷片做成叻沙吃或者直接当汤配白饭也很开胃啦。

Instant Penang Asam Laksa Soup

{Ingredients} Salmon fillet x 1, some fish ball and fish cake, hard-boiled eggs x 4

{Seasonings} Lime juice x 2 tbsp

{Method}

1. Bring 1500ml of water that add in the instant paste to boil, add in all ingredients and switch to medium heat to cook till it boil again only pour in the seasoning.

2. If you like can cook some noodle, add with some shredded cucumber, pineapple, onion and mints to make it as asam laksa or just eat with cook white rice.

鲍汁白萝卜

{材料} 白萝卜1 根(洗净去皮,切块状)

{调味料} 鲍鱼汁2汤匙,酱油1汤匙,糖适量,清水600毫升

{做法}

1. 清水煮沸后,把白萝卜和调味料放入煮开后,小火慢炖30-45分钟或直到萝卜软烂。

Abalone sauce white radish

{Ingredients} White radish x 1 (wash and skin off, cut into sectioned)

{Seasonings} Abalone sauce x 2 tbsp, soy sauce x 1 tbsp, some sugar, water x 600ml.

{Method}

1. Bring the water to boil, add in white radish and seasonings, once boiling again switch to low heat to stew for 30-45 mins or until it well cooked.

枸杞百合银耳汤
女人味不是天生就有的,丰富的胶原蛋白不一定只出现在青春期,爱自己永远都不怕迟!这个世界上,只有更努力才能对得起你自己。。。

枸杞百合银耳汤

{材料} 白木耳,枸杞,百合

{调味料} 冰糖适量

{做法}

1. 白木耳洗净,撕成小朵状,浸泡至软。

2. 枸杞和百合洗净备用。

3. 将所有材料放入锅中炖煮1至1小时半左右或至白木耳软烂,加入冰糖再煮至溶化即可。

Jelly Fungus with Goji Berries and Lily Bulbs Soup

{Ingredients} Jelly fungus, goji berries, lily bulb

{Seasonings} some rock sugar

{Method}

1. Wash jelly fungus and make it small florets shape, socked till tender.

2. Wash goji berry and lily bulbs and set aside.

3. Put all ingredients in a deep pot with enough water to slow cook for 1-1:30 hours or till well cooked only add in rock sugar to continue cook till melted. Serve hot.

尽量把鸡腿肉的油脂也去除干净,这样燉出来的汤才不会油油的。虽然这次已经去骨去皮,但是油脂去得不够干净,汤还是油油的,喝时还得撇油,累!
