辅食准备中
颜色在两岁多天使的辅食当中起了很重要的角色,她的喜好真的难以捉摸,希望这头疼的时期快点过去,耐心真的三不五时被磨尽后得再卷土重来整理出好心情,哎!

{材料}

隔夜米饭一小碗,煎三文鱼碎,洋葱碎, 双色甜椒丁, 杏鲍菇丁, 蔬菜高汤3汤匙

{做法}

1.起一大匙橄榄油锅,先把洋葱碎炒香后,加入杏鲍菇丁和双椒丁拌炒一下。

2.然后,加入隔夜白饭和高汤中火翻炒至熟,加入煎好的三文鱼碎炒均匀即可。

{Ingredients}

Overnight white rice x 1 small bowl, some chopped fried salmon fish fillet, chopped onion, diced red and yellow bell pepper, diced king oyster mushroom, veggies stock x 3 tbsp.

{Method}

1. Heat up 1 tbsp of olive oil to stir-fry chopped onion till fragrant first, only add in diced king oyster mushroom and bell pepper to continue stir-frying.

2. Then, add in overnight white rice and veggies stock to stir-fry over medium heat till cooked, add in chopped salmon fish to mix them well, serve hot.

年关在即,先吃得清淡些,有点“先礼后兵”的意思,呵呵!

高丽菜香菇萝卜肉碎粥

{材料} 白米1杯(洗净), 高丽菜 (洗净切丝),猪肉碎(用一点酱油和胡椒粉腌10分钟), 香菇3朵(泡软,切丁,泡香菇水留着), 胡萝卜丝, 蒜碎,清水适量,橄榄油1茶匙。

{调味料} 酱油1汤匙,蚝油1汤匙,胡椒粉,盐和糖适量。

{做法}

1. 把洗净的白米,橄榄油和适量的清水放入电饭锅先煮成个人喜好绵密的粥。

2. 饭锅煮着粥的同时,起油锅爆香蒜碎,加入香菇丁,肉碎和萝卜丝炒一下至肉变色后,加入高丽菜,香菇水和调味料翻炒均匀即可。

3. 把炒好的才加入煮着的粥当中,搅拌均匀直到饭锅把粥煮熟,趁热享用。(可以放炸好银鱼仔增加咸味!)

Tasty Pork Congee with Cabbage, Shiitake Mushroom and Carrots

{Ingredients} White rice x 1 cup (washed), cabbage (wash and shredded), minced pork (marinate with some soy sauce and pepper for 10 mins), mushroom x 3 (soaked, diced, water that soaked mushroom keep for later used), shredded carrots, chopped garlic, water in right amount, olive oil x 1 tsp.

{Seasonings} Soy sauce x 1 tbsp, oyster sauce x 1 tbsp, some pepper, salt and sugar.

{Method}

1. Put washed white rice; olive oil and water in rice cooker to start cook the porridge.

2. While rice cooker cooking the porridge, heat up oil to sauté chopped garlic, add in mushroom, minced pork and carrots to stir-fry till pork change color, add in cabbage, soaked mushroom water and seasonings to continue stir-frying till well combined.

3. Add in cooked cabbage into the rice cooker, mix well and let the rice cooker cook the porridge till done, serve hot. (Personal preference, can add in some deep fried dried fish to enhance your taste!)

家里如果有土豆/马铃薯,可以加入煮更美味呢!

排骨焖饭

{材料} 白米两杯(洗净备用),清水适量(加入黑酱油,酱油1茶匙和胡椒粉少许搅拌均匀), 排骨(泡清水半小时,沥干备用), 香菇3朵(泡软切丁状),泡香菇水, 姜碎一点,蒜碎和小红葱碎适量。

{调味料} 花雕酒1茶匙, 酱油1汤匙, 蚝油1汤匙,糖和盐适量。

{做法}

1. 起油锅爆香蒜葱姜碎, 加入排骨小火两面煎至微黄后下调味料, 泡香菇水和香菇丁炒均匀。

2. 然后,把白米,炒好的排骨和搅拌均匀的清水放入饭锅中,按下煮饭键煮熟即可趁热享用。

Spare Ribs Rice

{Ingredients} White rice x 2 cups (washed and drain well), water (mix with black soy sauce, soy sauce x 1 tsp and some pepper), pork ribs (soaked in water for 30 mins and drain well), mushrooms x 3 (soaked till tender, diced), soaked mushroom water, a little pinch of chopped ginger, some chopped garlics and shallots.

{Seasonings} Shaoxing wine x 1 tsp, soy sauce x 1tbsp, , oyster sauce x 1 tbsp, some sugar and salt.

{Method}

1. Heat up oil to sauté chopped garlic, shallot and ginger till fragrant, add in pork ribs to fry till both sides bit yellowish, follow by add in seasonings, soaked mushroom water and diced mushroom to stir-fry till well combined.

2. Then, add in white rice, pork ribs and well-mixed water into rice cooker, press down the cook button to cook, serve hot once done cooked.

烧肉酱油蛋炒饭材料与过程

烧肉又时常出现在我家的饭桌上啦,对它可是又爱又恨,虽然指定要买瘦瘦的烧肉,但心知肚明没差啦,呵呵!

烧肉酱油蛋炒饭

{材料} 烧肉(切丁状), 隔夜米饭, 香菇丝(泡软), 萝卜丝, 青菜丝(在加了油和盐的沸水川烫一下,捞起沥干备用), 鸡蛋2粒(加点麻油,胡椒粉和酱油打散),蒜碎,大葱碎。

{调味料} 鸡蛋一粒,蚝油1茶匙, 酱油3汤匙, 黑酱油1汤匙,糖和胡椒粉适量, 搅拌成混合酱料备用。

{做法}

1. 先把隔夜米饭和综合酱汁拌均备用。

2. 起油锅爆香大葱和蒜碎,加入香菇丝炒香后再加萝卜丝和烧肉拌炒一下。

3. 然后,加入一半的蛋液炒至半熟时加入隔夜米饭不停地拌炒, 再将另一半的蛋液加入继续翻炒,将米饭炒散,最后加入青菜丝炒均匀即可。

Egg Fried Rice with Roasted Pork

{Ingredients} Roasted pork (diced), overnight white rice, shredded mushroom (soaked till tender), shredded carrots, shredded green veggies (blanch over boiling water that add with some oil and salt, drain and set aside), eggs x 2 (beaten with some sesame oil, pepper and soy sauce), chopped garlic and onion.

{Seasonings} Egg x 1, oyster sauce x 1 tsp, soy sauce x 3 tbsp, dark soy sauce x 1 tbsp, some sugar and pepper, mix all well.

{Method}

1. Mix the seasonings with overnight white rice, ensure they are well combined.

2. Heat up oil to sauté chopped garlic and onion, add in mushroom stir-fry till fragrant only add in shredded carrot and diced roasted pork.

3. Then, add in half of the egg’s mixtures to cook until half moist only add in white rice and stirring continuously, follow by add in another half of the egg’s mixture, stir-fry for 1-2 mins and add in the green veggies to stir-fry until mix well. Serve hot.

有时候真的会煮到不知要煮什么,每次这种情绪来袭,我最爱煮电饭锅饭一锅搞定午晚餐那种,费事耗神想太多,呵呵!

黄姜香菇鸡肉饭

{材料} 白米2杯(洗净),香菇5朵(泡软,切丝),鸡柳(切块状, 用黑酱油x ½ tsp, 酱油1tbsp和姜末 腌1小时),三色甜椒(切丁),蒜碎,小红葱碎,黄瓜片(摆盘,随意)

{调味料} 黄姜粉1茶匙, 盐半茶匙,橄榄油2汤匙, 水两杯

{做法}

1. 先用2汤匙的橄榄油热锅,炒一下洗净的白米,加入其它调味料拌均倒入电饭锅煮熟。

2. 另起油锅爆香蒜葱碎,下香菇丝炒香后,续而加入鸡肉块翻炒至变色。

3. 然后,加入甜椒丁,少许盐和胡椒粉拌炒均匀。把炒好的香菇鸡肉倒入饭锅内和煮熟的黄姜饭拌均再焖3分钟即可。

Chicken and Mushroom Turmeric Rice

{Ingredients} White rice x 2 cups (washed), mushroom x 5 (soaked till tender and shredded), chicken fillets (cut into bite-size sectioned), marinate with black soy sauce x 1 tsp, soy sauce x 1 tbsp and chopped ginger for 1 hour), tri-color bell peppers (diced), some chopped garlic and shallots, cucumber slices (for deco purpose, optional).

{Seasonings} Turmeric powder x 1 tsp, salt x ½ tsp, olive oil x 2 tbsp, water x 2 cups

{Method}

1. Heat up 2 tbsp of olive oil in frying pan to fry the white rice a while, add in others remaining ingredients and mix it well, pour into the rice cooker to cook.

2. Heat up another pan with some oil to sauté the chopped garlic and shallots till fragrant, add in shredded mushroom, and follow by chicken fillets to stir-fry till change color.

3. Then, add in diced bell pepper, some salt and pepper to continue stirring to ensure mix all well. Pour the cooked mushroom chicken into rice cooker to mix with the cooked turmeric rice, simmer for another 3 mins and serve.

自家椰浆饭的基本材料

自家椰浆饭的配料准备过程

自家椰浆饭成品完成时很满足,呵呵!
家里剩菜,昨晚的咖喱鸡,加上煮咖喱鸡剩下的椰浆也可以演变成今天的午晚餐!

自家改良版椰浆饭

{基本材料} 白米两杯 (洗净, 泡水1小时),水2杯(加盐1/4茶匙),椰浆50毫升,香草叶2-3片(撕开打结,没有可以不放但会少了些香气咯), 水煮蛋2粒(切片),黄瓜(切片,我今天就漏了它和花生,所以没放!)

{Sambal江鱼仔材料} 江鱼仔(预先炸好备用),洋葱丝,叁巴即煮酱料2汤匙,水,盐和糖少许。

{做法}

1. 白米泡好后,加入水,椰浆,香草叶拌均后煮熟即可。

2. 然后开始煮江鱼仔材料,放一汤匙油炒洋葱丝至软,加入其它材料焖煮一会即可。

3. 咖喱鸡配料是前一天吃剩的,由于没有黄瓜配菜,只好随意从冰箱里拿有的材料煮成甜椒鸡肉当加料,呵呵。

Home style Nasi Lemak

{Ingredients} White rice x 2 cups (washed and soaked for 1 hour), water x 2 cups (add in salt x ¼ tsp), coconut milk x 50 ml, pandan leaves x 2-3pcs (fold over, if do not have can go without it just less some fragrant flavor), hard-boiled eggs x 2 (halves), cucumber (slices, I forgot about it and peanut too, so do not use).

{Sambal Ikan Bilis Ingredients} Ikan bilis (Deep fried and keep aside), shredded onions, instant sambal sauce x 2 tbsp, some water, salt and sugar.

{Method}

1. After done 1 hour soaking, start cooks the white rice with water, coconut milk and pandan leaves till cooked.

2. Then, heat up pan with 1 tbsp of oil to sauté shredded onion till tender, add in other sambal ikan bilis’s ingredients and simmer cook for a while.

3. Curry chicken is leftover from yesterday, with no cucumber as side dish, I just use leftover ingredients in fridge to cook bell pepper chicken as additional side dish.

炒饭过程
炒好饭,我通常放入电饭锅保温,因为大多都是两餐的量嘛!

玉米维也纳香肠蛋炒饭

{材料} 玉米粒,维也纳香肠3条(切丁状),洋葱丝,萝卜丝,蒜碎,鸡蛋三粒(加点麻油,酱油和胡椒粉打散备用),隔夜白饭2杯。

{调味料} 酱油1汤匙,盐,糖和胡椒粉适量。

{做法}

1. 起1汤匙油锅先把洋葱丝和香肠丁炒香后,加入玉米粒和萝卜丝翻炒均匀备用。

2. 另起3汤匙油锅,爆香蒜碎后,加入一半的蛋液炒至半熟时加入隔夜白饭和调味料不停地拌炒,将米饭炒散。

3. 将另一半的蛋液加入继续翻炒,最后加入做法1的材料炒均匀即可。

Corn and Vienna sausage Fried Rice

{Ingredients} Sweet corns, Vienna sausage x 3 (diced), shredded onions, shredded carrots, chopped garlic, eggs x 3 (beaten with some sesame oil, soy sauce and pepper, set aside), overnight white rice x 2 cups.

{Seasonings} Soy sauce x 1 tbsp, some salt, sugar and pepper.

{Method}

1. Heat up 1 tbsp oil to sauté onions and sausage till fragrant, add in sweet corns and carrots to stir-fry until mix well.

2. Heat up 3 tbsp oil in another pan to sauté chopped garlic till fragrant and lightly brown, add in half of the egg’s mixture to cook until half moist only add in white rice, stirring continuously.

3. Then, follow by add in another half of the egg’s mixture, stir-fry for 1 to 2 mins and add in method 1 ingredients and stir-fry until all ingredients well combined. Serve hot.

土豆肉碎盖饭

{材料} 土豆(洗净去皮切丁,泡清水备用),肉碎(用酱油,胡椒粉和米酒腌10分钟), 蒜碎, 小红葱碎。

{调味料} 黑酱油1茶匙,酱油半汤匙,蚝油一茶匙,五香粉,糖,盐和水适量。

{做法}

1. 起油锅爆香蒜葱碎,加入肉碎炒至变色。

2. 然后,加入土豆丁拌炒一下,调入调味料煮至沸后,小火焖至土豆熟即可拌饭啦。

Ground Pork Potatoes Over Rice

{Ingredients} Potato (Clean and skinless, diced and soaked in water, set aside), ground pork (marinate with some soy sauce, pepper and rice wine for 10 mins), chopped garlic and shallot.

{Seasonings} Dark soy sauce x 1 tsp, soy sauce x ½ tbsp., oyster sauce x 1 tsp, some five spice powder, sugar, salt and water.

{Method}

1. Heat up oil to sauté chopped garlic and shallot till fragrant, add in marinated ground pork to stir-frying till change color.

2. Then, follow by add in diced potatoes and seasonings, bring to boil and switch to low heat to simmer till cooked.

配料我就用这杂蔬拌炒,算营养均衡啦,呵呵
过程
叁巴香肠炒饭

{材料} 隔夜米饭2杯,鸡蛋3粒(加点酱油,胡椒粉和麻油打散),香肠2条(切丝),冷冻杂疏1杯,鸡绞肉碎, 甜椒块,蒜碎

{调味料} 即煮叁巴酱3大匙,糖1茶匙, 酱油1茶匙

{做法}

1. 起油锅,先把蛋炒碎备用。

2. 再加入5大匙油爆香蒜碎,加入肉碎炒至色变后, 续而加入香肠,杂疏和甜椒块炒均。

3. 调入调味料和加入隔夜米饭大火拌炒均匀后加入鸡蛋碎翻炒一下即可。

Sambal Fried Rice with Sausage

{Ingredients} Overnight white rice x 2 cups, eggs x 3 (beaten with some soy sauce, pepper and sesame oil), sausage x 2 (shredded), mixed frozen veggies x 1 cups, ground chicken, diced bell pepper, chopped garlic.

{Seasonings} Instant Sambal paste x 3 tbsp, sugar x 1 tsp, soy sause x 1 tsp

{Method}

1. Heat up oil to stir-fry egg till cooked and set aside.

2. Add in another 5 tbsp of oil to sauté chopped garlic, follow by add in ground chicken to stir-fry till change color, continue add in sausage, mixed veggies and bell pepper to fry until well combined.

3. Season in seasonings and overnight white rice to stir-fry for mix well, lastly add in cooked egg to continue fry for a while and serve hot.
