芹菜炒肉片

{材料} 芹菜 (切段状),猪肉片(用蛋清,麻油,酱油和胡椒粉腌10分钟),鱼饼(切片),蒜碎和小红葱碎。

{调味料} 豆瓣酱 ½ 茶匙,鲍鱼汁1茶匙,盐和糖适量。

{做法}

1. 起油锅爆香蒜和小红葱碎, 加入肉片炒至变色。

2. 然后加入芹菜,鱼饼,调味料和2-3汤匙的清水中火煮至汁稍微收干即可。

Celery Stir Fry with Sliced Pork

{Ingredients} Celery (sectioned), sliced pork (marinate with some egg white, sesame oil, soy sauce and pepper for 10 mins), fish cake (sliced), some chopped garlic and shallot.

{Seasonings} Bean paste x ½ tsp, abalone sauce x 1 tsp, some salt and sugar.

{Method}

1. Heat up oil to sauté chopped garlic and shallot till fragrant in frying pan, add in sliced pork and stir fry till change color.

2. Then, add in celery, fish cake, seasonings and 2-3 tbsp water to cook under medium heat till gravy is thicken.

豆干木耳粉丝 Stir Fried Beancurd, Black Fungus and Glass Noodles
材料和过程
加了香菜叶,更好看也增添一些滋味!

豆干木耳粉丝

{材料} 豆干(切块状, 双面煎成微金黄色备用。), 粉丝(泡软),木耳丝,萝卜丝, 肉碎(用一点麻油,胡椒粉和酱油腌制10分钟),蒜碎,小红葱碎和姜碎,香菜叶。

{调味料} 豆瓣酱1茶匙,酱油1汤匙, 黑酱油 ½ 茶匙,蚝油1茶匙, 糖和胡椒粉少许,水5汤匙。

{做法}

1. 起油锅爆香蒜葱姜碎,加入豆瓣酱和肉碎炒至变色后,加入木耳和萝卜丝拌炒1分钟。

2. 然后,加入粉丝和其它调味料拌炒均匀才加入煎好的豆干炒至汁收干。

3. 最后撒上芹菜叶,翻炒一下即可出锅。

Stir Fried Beancurd, Black Fungus and Glass Noodles

{Ingredients} Bean curd (cut into square shape, deep fried till lightly yellow color and set aside), glass noodles (soaked till tender), shredded black fungus, shredded carrot, minced meat (marinate with some sesame oil, pepper and soy sauce for 10 mins), some chopped garlic, shallot and ginger, some celery leaves.

{Seasonings} Bean paste x 1 tsp, soy sauce x 1 tbsp, black soy sauce x ½ tsp, oyster sauce x 1 tsp, some sugar and pepper, water x 5 tbsp.

{Method}

1. Heat up oil to sauté chopped garlic, shallot and ginger till fragrant, add in bean paste and meat to stir-fry till meat change color, add in shredded black fungus and carrot to stir-fry for 1 mins.

2. Then, add in glass noodle and others remaining seasonings to continue stir-frying till mix well, add in fried bean curd to cook till gravy is thicken.

3. Lastly sprinkle up celery leaves, stir-fry till well combined and serve hot.

糖醋酱很好搭配,最重要的是开胃且下饭啊!

糖醋三蔬杏鲍菇

{材料} 木耳丝,甜椒丁, 萝卜丝, 杏鲍菇丝,蒜碎和姜碎适量。

{调味料} 料酒 ½ 茶匙, 酱油1 ½ 汤匙,糖1茶匙,醋2茶匙,栗粉水1汤匙,水3汤匙,调成混合酱汁。

{做法}

1. 起油锅爆香蒜和姜碎, 加入甜椒丁和木耳丝拌炒一下。

2. 然后, 加入萝卜丝,杏鲍菇丝和混合酱汁拌炒均匀至水收干即可。

Triveggies King Oyster Mushroom in Sweet and Sour Sauce

{Ingredients} Shredded black fungus, diced bell pepper, shredded carrot, shredded king oyster mushroom, chopped garlic and ginger.

{Seasonings} Shaoxing wine ½ tsp, soy sauce 1 ½ tbsp, sugar x 1 tsp, black vinegar x 2 tsp, corn flour solution x 1 tbsp, water x 3 tbsp, mix well in a bowl.

{Method}

1. Heat up oil to sauté chopped garlic and ginger; add in diced bell pepper and shredded black fungus to stir-fry for a while.

2. Then, add in carrot, king oyster mushroom and seasonings to stir-fry till combined and the gravy is thickening, serve hot.

炝拌腐竹芹菜 Tofu Skin and Celery Stir Fry
材料和简易水煮过程
然后,炝一下锅,拌一拌即成的快手菜!
芹菜每次买都是一大把,所以会偷师学新菜色。本来是凉拌菜,但是炝一炝锅后温热的感觉比较适合我家的口味,一样爽脆可口哦!

炝拌腐竹芹菜

{材料} 腐竹适量(凉水浸泡2小时后切段装),芹菜段,胡萝卜丝,蒜碎1汤匙,干辣椒碎少许。

{调味料} 酱油1 ½ 汤匙, 白米醋 ½ 汤匙, 芝麻油 ½ 汤匙, 鲍鱼汁 1 茶匙, 糖1茶匙, 盐少许, 全部搅拌均匀。

{做法}

1. 锅加水煮沸后,加入腐竹段煮沸捞出备用。

2. 再起一锅水加了点盐和橄榄油煮沸,加入芹菜段川烫2分钟左右后,加入萝卜丝烫一下一起捞出,过冷水沥干备用。

3. 起一汤匙油锅爆香蒜碎,再加入干辣椒碎炒一下后,倒入调味料炝一下锅马上关火,加入腐竹,芹菜和萝卜翻拌均匀即可享用。

Tofu Skin and Celery Stir Fry

{Ingredients} Tofu skin (soaked in water for 2 hour and sectioned), celery (sectioned), shredded carrots, chopped garlic x 1 tbsp, some chili flakes.

{Seasonings} Soy sauce x 1½ tbsp., white vinegar x ½ tbsp, sesame oil x ½ tbsp., abalone sauce x 1 tsp, sugar x 1 tsp, some salt to taste, mix all well in a bowl.

{Method}

1. Bring 1 pot of water to boil, add in tofu skin and bring to boil again, drain well and set aside.

2. Another round to bring 1 pot of water that add with some salt and olive oil to boil, add in celery to cook for 2 mins only add in shredded carrot to cook for a while, rinse over cold water, drain and set aside.

3. Heat up a tbsp of olive oil to sauté chopped garlic till fragrant, add in chili flakes stir-fry a while, pour in the seasoning’s mixture and turn off the heat, add in cooked tofu skin, celery and carrot to fold till well combined, served.

完成品色彩斑斓,赏心悦目啊!
被天使影响,视觉效果近期突然成为焦点,不过一看就知道是偶尔有心情才会如此这般“心机”呀,呵呵。

芹菜三蔬天使意面 

{材料} 天使意面 , 芹菜叶和茎(洗净,切小段状),香菇丝,泡香菇水,甜椒丁,萝卜丝, 鸡肉碎(用一点麻油,胡椒粉和酱油腌制5分钟),蒜碎,洋葱碎。

{调味料} 盐1茶匙,混合香料1茶匙, 糖和黑胡椒粉适量。

{做法}

1. 取一深锅,注入适量的水,少许盐与橄榄油煮开后, 放入面条煮大约7分钟, 捞起过冷水拌入一点橄榄油备用。

2. 再起一锅加了点橄榄油和盐的沸水, 将芹菜叶和茎放入煮2分钟左右捞起沥干备用。

3. 起一大匙橄榄油锅, 放入一点蒜和洋葱碎炒香, 然后加入香菇丝,甜椒丁,萝卜丝和鸡肉碎炒至鸡肉变色放入煮熟的芹菜叶和茎拌炒均匀即可取出备用。(重口味可以炒配料时加些许盐提味。)

4. 热一大匙牛油和1大匙橄榄油锅, 放入剩下的蒜与洋葱碎炒香, 加入面条,泡香菇水与调味料翻炒均匀后,做法3的配料拌一拌即可. (怕太干可以加入1-2汤匙煮面水拌炒。

Angel Hair Pasta with Celery Tri Veggies

{Ingredients} Angel hair pasta, celery (washed, cut into mini bite-sized sectioned), shredded mushroom, soaked mushroom water, diced bell pepper, shredded carrot, minced chicken (marinate with some sesame oil, pepper and soy sauce for 5 mins), chopped garlic and onion.

{Seasonings} Salt x 1 tsp, Italian mixed herbs x 1 tsp, some sugar and black pepper.

{Method}

1. Bring some water with salt and olive oil to a boil; add pasta to boiling water to cook for 7 mins, remove and drain with cold water and toss with some olive oil, set aside.

2. Bring another round of new boiling water with salt and olive oil to cook celery for about 2 mins, drain well and set aside.

3. Heat up pan with some olive oil to sauté some chopped garlic and onion till fragrant, add in mushroom, bell pepper, carrot and minced chicken to stirring till chicken change color, follow by add in cooked celery and continue to stir till well mixed. (If prefer, can add in pinch of salt for better taste.)

4. Heat up 1 tbsp of butter and olive oil to sauté balance chopped garlic and onion, add in pasta, soaked mushroom water and seasonings to stir0fry for a while, then add in method 3 ingredients to mix them well and serve hot. (If too dry, can add in 1-2 tbsp of cooked pasta water.)

烧肉和蛋真是百搭,想不到加上四季豆一样又是一道家庭味甚浓的快手菜之一。

烧肉四季豆炒蛋

{材料} 烧肉丁,鸡蛋3粒(加一点麻油,酱油和胡椒粉打散备用),四季豆丁,小红葱碎。

{调味料} 黑酱油1/2 茶匙

{做法}

1. 起油锅把小红葱碎炒香,加入烧肉丁和黑酱油拌炒均匀后,加入四季豆丁翻炒一分钟左右。

2. 然后,倒入鸡蛋液翻炒至熟透即可。

Fried Egg with Roasted Pork and French Bean

{Ingredients} Diced roasted pork , eggs x 3 (Beaten with some sesame oil, soy sauce and pepper and set aside), diced French bean, chopped shallots.

{Seasonings} Black soy sauce x ½ tsp

{Method}

1. Heat up some oil to sauté chopped shallots till fragrant, add in diced roasted pork and black soy sauce to stir0fry till well mix, follow by add in French bean and continue stir-frying for about 1 mins.

2. Then, pour in the egg mixture and continue stirring occasionally till cooked.

年关在即,先吃得清淡些,有点“先礼后兵”的意思,呵呵!

高丽菜香菇萝卜肉碎粥

{材料} 白米1杯(洗净), 高丽菜 (洗净切丝),猪肉碎(用一点酱油和胡椒粉腌10分钟), 香菇3朵(泡软,切丁,泡香菇水留着), 胡萝卜丝, 蒜碎,清水适量,橄榄油1茶匙。

{调味料} 酱油1汤匙,蚝油1汤匙,胡椒粉,盐和糖适量。

{做法}

1. 把洗净的白米,橄榄油和适量的清水放入电饭锅先煮成个人喜好绵密的粥。

2. 饭锅煮着粥的同时,起油锅爆香蒜碎,加入香菇丁,肉碎和萝卜丝炒一下至肉变色后,加入高丽菜,香菇水和调味料翻炒均匀即可。

3. 把炒好的才加入煮着的粥当中,搅拌均匀直到饭锅把粥煮熟,趁热享用。(可以放炸好银鱼仔增加咸味!)

Tasty Pork Congee with Cabbage, Shiitake Mushroom and Carrots

{Ingredients} White rice x 1 cup (washed), cabbage (wash and shredded), minced pork (marinate with some soy sauce and pepper for 10 mins), mushroom x 3 (soaked, diced, water that soaked mushroom keep for later used), shredded carrots, chopped garlic, water in right amount, olive oil x 1 tsp.

{Seasonings} Soy sauce x 1 tbsp, oyster sauce x 1 tbsp, some pepper, salt and sugar.

{Method}

1. Put washed white rice; olive oil and water in rice cooker to start cook the porridge.

2. While rice cooker cooking the porridge, heat up oil to sauté chopped garlic, add in mushroom, minced pork and carrots to stir-fry till pork change color, add in cabbage, soaked mushroom water and seasonings to continue stir-frying till well combined.

3. Add in cooked cabbage into the rice cooker, mix well and let the rice cooker cook the porridge till done, serve hot. (Personal preference, can add in some deep fried dried fish to enhance your taste!)

2016年的尾声,对煮妇而言没啥特别但就是会特意煮一下有“新意”的简单料理来满足自己的感觉,除旧迎新虽然年年都做,依然满心欢喜滴!

秋葵木耳腐竹炒鸡肉

{材料} 秋葵(洗净,切片蒸5分钟备用),黑木耳(浸软,切丝),腐竹(泡软,撕成大块状),鸡胸肉(洗净,切片,用一点酱油和胡椒粉腌10分钟),蒜碎,小红葱碎。

{调味料} 叁巴酱2 汤匙, 料酒1茶匙,酱油1茶匙,2汤匙清水,盐和糖适量。

{做法}

1. 起油锅爆香蒜葱碎,加入木耳丝和料酒翻炒一下,下鸡肉炒至半熟时加入叁巴酱拌炒均匀。

2. 然后,加入腐竹,秋葵和其它调味料继续翻炒大约2分钟左右即可。

Okra, Black Fungus, Bean curd Skin Chicken

{Ingredients} Okra (Wash, sliced and steamed for 5 mins, set aside), black fungus (soaked, shredded), bean curd skin (soaked, tear to bite sizes pieces), chicken breast (wash, sliced, marinate with some soy sauce and pepper for 10 mins), chopped garlic and shallots.

{Seasonings} Instant sambal paste x 2 tbsp, cooking wine x 1 tsp, soy sauce x 1 tsp, water x 2 tbsp, some salt and sugar.

{Method}
1. Heat up some oil to sauté chopped garlic and shallots till fragrant, add in shredded black fungus and cooking wine to stir-fry a while, only add in sliced chicken to cook till half cook follow by add in instant sambal paste to continue stir-frying till well mixed.

2. Then, add in bean curd skin, okra and others remaining seasonings to stir-frying for another 2 mins, dish up and serve hot.

杏鲍菇烩花椰菜

{材料} 花椰菜(切朵状),杏鲍菇(切丝), 萝卜丝, 蒜碎。

{调味料} 鲍鱼汁1汤匙, 花雕酒1茶匙,盐,糖和胡椒粉适量。

{做法}

1. 花椰菜用加了点油和盐的沸水川烫1-2分钟,捞起沥干备用。

2. 起2汤匙油锅爆香蒜碎,调入花调酒再加入杏鲍菇丝和萝卜丝拌炒一下。

3. 然后调入其它调味料和花椰菜翻炒均匀至水分收干即可。

Stir-fry King Oyster Mushroom with Cauliflower

{Ingredients} Cauliflower (Cut into florets), king oyster mushroom (shredded), shredded carrots, and chopped garlic.

{Seasonings} Abalone sauce x 1 tbsp, Shaxing wine x 1 tsp, some salt, sugar and pepper.

{Method}

1. Cauliflowers need to blanch over boiling water that add with some salt and oil for 1-2 mins, drain well and set aside.

2. Heat up 2 tbsp of oil to sauté the chopped garlic till fragrant, season it the Shaxing wine, follow by add in shredded king oyster mushroom and carrot to stir-frying for a while.

3. Then, add in other seasonings and cauliflower to continue stir-frying till the gravy thicken, serve hot.

秋葵鸡汤

{材料} 秋葵10条(用加了点油和盐的沸水川烫一下,切块状),鸡腿一只,胡萝卜1根(去皮切块状), 红枣5-7颗, 枸杞适量。

{调味料} 盐适量。

{做法}

1. 取一锅注入适量的清水煮沸后更加入鸡腿,红枣和萝卜以中火煮20分钟。

2. 然后再加入枸杞和秋葵再次煮10分钟左右,调入盐搅拌一下即可。

Okra Chicken Thigh Soup

{Ingredients} Okras x 10 (blanch over boiling water that add with some oil and salt, cut into bite size pieces), chicken thigh x 1, carrot x 1 (peeled and cut into bite size pieces), red dates x 5-7 pcs, some goji berries.

{Seasonings} Some salt.

{Method}

1. Use 1 deep pot that fill with right amount of water, bring to boil only add in chicken thigh, red dates and carrots to cook under medium heat for 20 mins.

2. Then, add in goji berries and okras to cook for another 10 mins, season in salt and serve hot.

Ready and can eat, eat, eat!
有时候真的会煮到不知要煮什么,每次这种情绪来袭,我最爱煮电饭锅饭一锅搞定午晚餐那种,费事耗神想太多,呵呵!

黄姜香菇鸡肉饭

{材料} 白米2杯(洗净),香菇5朵(泡软,切丝),鸡柳(切块状, 用黑酱油x ½ tsp, 酱油1tbsp和姜末 腌1小时),三色甜椒(切丁),蒜碎,小红葱碎,黄瓜片(摆盘,随意)

{调味料} 黄姜粉1茶匙, 盐半茶匙,橄榄油2汤匙, 水两杯

{做法}

1. 先用2汤匙的橄榄油热锅,炒一下洗净的白米,加入其它调味料拌均倒入电饭锅煮熟。

2. 另起油锅爆香蒜葱碎,下香菇丝炒香后,续而加入鸡肉块翻炒至变色。

3. 然后,加入甜椒丁,少许盐和胡椒粉拌炒均匀。把炒好的香菇鸡肉倒入饭锅内和煮熟的黄姜饭拌均再焖3分钟即可。

Chicken and Mushroom Turmeric Rice

{Ingredients} White rice x 2 cups (washed), mushroom x 5 (soaked till tender and shredded), chicken fillets (cut into bite-size sectioned), marinate with black soy sauce x 1 tsp, soy sauce x 1 tbsp and chopped ginger for 1 hour), tri-color bell peppers (diced), some chopped garlic and shallots, cucumber slices (for deco purpose, optional).

{Seasonings} Turmeric powder x 1 tsp, salt x ½ tsp, olive oil x 2 tbsp, water x 2 cups

{Method}

1. Heat up 2 tbsp of olive oil in frying pan to fry the white rice a while, add in others remaining ingredients and mix it well, pour into the rice cooker to cook.

2. Heat up another pan with some oil to sauté the chopped garlic and shallots till fragrant, add in shredded mushroom, and follow by chicken fillets to stir-fry till change color.

3. Then, add in diced bell pepper, some salt and pepper to continue stirring to ensure mix all well. Pour the cooked mushroom chicken into rice cooker to mix with the cooked turmeric rice, simmer for another 3 mins and serve.

简单快手的冰箱剩菜料理,有时真的不用想很多的啦,随意煮也就是家庭味的一餐了!

黄瓜青椒炒蛋

{材料} 黄瓜1条(去皮切片),青甜椒半个(去籽,切小块状),萝卜丝,鸡蛋3粒(加点麻油,酱油和胡椒粉打散备用),蒜碎,小红葱碎。

{调味料} 蚝油1汤匙,水2汤匙,盐和胡椒粉适量。

{做法}

1. 起油锅先把鸡蛋炒熟备用。

2. 再起油锅爆香蒜葱碎, 加入萝卜丝,黄瓜和甜椒与调味料翻炒至断生,加入做法1的鸡蛋拌炒一下即可。

Scrambled Eggs with Cucumber and Green Bell Pepper

{Ingredients} Cucumber x 1 (peeled and sliced), green bell pepper x ½ (seeded, diced), shredded carrots, eggs x 3 (beaten with some sesame oil, soy sauce and pepper), chopped garlic and shallots.
{Seasonings} Oyster sauce x 1 tbsp, water x 2 tbsp, some salt and pepper.

{Method}

1. Heat up oil to cook the eggs and set aside.

2. Then, heat up oil again to sauté chopped garlic and shallot, add in carrots, cucumbers, bell pepper and seasonings; stirring often to ensure well mixed, add in method 1 eggs and stir-fry for a while. Serve hot.

如今的午晚餐,大多数配料都是天使和我们的大同小异啦,
现在的午晚餐,娃和我们的配料大多数都是大同小异,就只是煮法有点不一样而已,呵呵!

香菇双蔬鸡肉天使意面

{材料} 天使意面, 香菇3多(泡软,切丝, 泡香菇水留着炒面时用), 生菜丝(用加了盐和一点油的沸水川烫备用),萝卜丝,鸡肉片(用米酒,酱油和胡椒粉腌5分钟),洋葱碎,鸡蛋2粒(加点麻油,酱油和胡椒粉打散,起油锅先炒熟备用), 红番椒碎少许。

{调味料} 鲍鱼汁1茶匙,蒜粉1汤匙,盐和和胡椒粉适量。

{做法}

1. 取一深锅,注入适量的水,少许盐与橄榄油煮开后, 放入面条煮大约7分钟, 捞起过冷水拌入一点橄榄油备用。

2. 热 3大匙橄榄油锅, 放入香菇丝,红番椒碎,与洋葱碎炒香, 加入鸡肉和萝卜丝拌炒一下后再加面条,香菇水,鸡蛋碎与调味料翻炒均匀就OK了。

3. 最好,准备要吃时撒上生菜丝拌一拌即可.

Angel hair pasta with mushroom, veggies and chicken

{Ingredients} Angel hair pasta, mushroom x 3 (soaked till tender, shredded, water that used to soak the mushroom kept for later use.), shredded lettuce (blanch over the boiling water that add with some salt and oil, drain well and set aside), shredded carrot, slices chicken (marinate with some rice wine, soy sauce and pepper for 5 mins), chopped onions, eggs x 2(beaten with some sesame oil, soy sauce and pepper, and cooked for later used.), pinch of chili flakes.

{Seasonings} Abalone sauce x 1 tsp, garlic powder x 1 tbsp, some salt and pepper to taste.

{Method}

1. Bring some water with salt and olive oil to a boil; add pasta to boiling water to cook for about 7 mins, remove and drain with cold water and toss with some olive oil, set aside.

2. Heat up pan with 3 tbso of olive oil to sauté shredded mushrooms, chili flakes and chopped onion till fragrant, add in slices chicken and carrots to mix well; follow by add in pasta, mushroom water, cooked eggs and seasonings continue to stirring for well combined.

3. Lastly, garnish with shredded lettuce and serve hot.

杏鲍菇西兰花炒鸡肉

{材料} 杏鲍菇 (去蒂,洗净切丝),西兰花(切一口吃朵状,用加了油和盐的沸水川烫一下备用),鸡肉片(用米酒,酱油和胡椒粉腌5分钟),蒜碎

{调味料} 蚝油1茶匙,绍兴酒1茶匙,,盐和糖适量

{做法}

1. 起油锅爆香蒜碎,加入鸡肉片炒至双面变色后加入杏鲍菇拌炒一下。

2. 然后,马上调入调味料继续翻炒至汁开始收干时加入西兰花拌炒均匀即可。

Chicken with King Oyster Mushroom and Broccoli

{Ingredients} King oyster mushroom (ends trimmed, wash and shredded), broccoli (cut into bite-size floret pieces, blanch over boiling water that add with some salt and oil, set aside), chicken slices (marinate with some rice wine, soy sauce and pepper for 5 mins), and chopped garlic.

{Seasonings} Oyster sauce x 1 tsp, Shaoxing wine x 1 tsp, some salt and sugar.

{Method}

1. Heat up oil to sauté chopped garlic, add in chicken slices to cook till change color only add in king oyster mushroom to continuously stir-frying.

2. Then, follow by add in the seasonings and stirring occasionally till gravy is start thicken, add in broccoli to stir-fry until well combined.

天使一向来热爱夏南瓜,可是她可以吃的量不多,剩下的就变成我们的菜咯。

肉炒夏南瓜

{材料} 夏南瓜1条(去皮,切片),萝卜丝,猪肉丝(用米酒,酱油和胡椒粉腌10分钟),洋葱丝和蒜碎。

{调味料} 豆瓣酱1茶匙,鲍鱼汁1汤匙,绍兴酒1茶匙,水2汤匙,盐和胡椒粉适量

{做法}

1. 起油锅爆香蒜与洋葱,加入猪肉丝炒至变色再加入萝卜丝拌炒一下。

2. 然后, 调入绍兴酒呛一下锅后,加入夏南瓜和和其它调味料拌炒至熟即可。

Zucchini Pork Stir-Fry

{Ingredients} Zucchini x 1 (peeled, sliced), shredded carrot, thinly sliced pork (marinate with some rice wine, soy sauce and pepper for 10 mins), shredded onion and chopped garlic.

{Seasonings} Bean paste x 1 tsp, abalone sauce x 1 tbsp, Shaoxing wine x 1 tsp, water x 2 tbsp, some salt and pepper.

{Method}

1. Heat up oil to sauté chopped garlic and onion till fragrant; add in pork sliced to fry till change color only add in shredded carrot.

2. Then, season in Shaoxing wine follow by zucchini sliced and others seasonings to stir-fry frequently till cooked.

芹菜玉米豆腐排骨汤

{材料} 排骨适量(浸泡清水30分钟去血水),芹菜切段状,玉米粒,红枣5-7颗。

{调味料} 盐和胡椒粉适量

{做法}

1. 取一深锅,注满适量的水和排骨煮沸后,加入其它材料以中火炖煮一小时左右,调入盐后再煮15分钟即可。

Celery Corn Tofu Pork Ribs Soup

{Ingredients} Pork ribs (soaked in water for 30 mins to clear bloody color.), celery (cut into sectioned), corns, red dates x 5-7 pcs.

{Seasonings} Some salt and pepper to taste.

{Method}

1. Use a large pot, fill in right amount of water and pork ribs, and bring to boil only add in others ingredients to cook under medium heat for about 1 hour, seasons in seasonings and cook for another 15 mins.

番茄豆腐粉丝肉碎汤 Tomato, Tofu and Glass Noodle Soup with Minced Pork

番茄豆腐粉丝肉碎汤

{材料} 番茄2粒(沸水川烫1分钟去皮,切块状),豆腐(切块状),鸡肉碎(用米酒和酱油腌10分钟),粉丝(泡软), 蒜碎。

{调味料} 鲍鱼汁1汤匙,盐和胡椒粉少许。

{做法}

1. 取一深锅,放入一大匙的油爆香蒜碎后,加入鸡肉碎炒熟再下番茄块炒出红水。

2. 然后,注满适量的水,豆腐和调味料煮至沸。

3. 最后,加入粉丝再次煮沸即可。

Tomato, Tofu and Glass Noodle Soup with Minced Pork

{Ingredients} Tomatoes x 2 (Blanch over boiled water, peeled and diced), tofu (cut into bite-sized pieces), ground chicken (marinate with some rice wine and soy sauce for 10 mins), glass noodle (soaked till tender), chopped garlic.

{Seasonings} Abalone sauce x 1 tbsp, some salt and pepper to taste.

{Method}

1. Use a large pot, add in 1 tbsp oil to sauté chopped garlic till fragrant, add in ground chicken to stir-fry till cooked only add in diced tomatoes and cook till tender with light red color water.

2. Then, add in right amount of water, tofu and seasonings, bring to boil.

3. Lastly, add in glass noodle and bring to boil again. Serve hot.

小鱼干高丽菜 Fried Anchovies Cabbage

跟朋友学的,用微波炉炸小鱼干或江鱼仔原来这么简单快捷,而且一定酥脆爽口哦!可惜是旧作之一,回国后,家里的微波炉正式退休啦,没得快手油炸咯,所以至今没几回炸小鱼干,不过炸了几次的江鱼仔,为的是磨成粉方便给小天使的辅食添些滋味!

小鱼干高丽菜

{材料} 高丽菜(洗净切丝), 萝卜丝,小鱼干,蒜碎。

{调味料} 蚝油1汤匙,盐和糖适量。

{做法}

1. 小鱼干放入微波炉可用的容器,把油倒入刚好盖过小鱼干即可,微波3分钟至酥脆(每一分钟搅拌一次,这样颜色更均匀。)如果没有微波炉或不想用,就直接小火油炸至金黄色咯。

2. 起油锅爆香蒜碎,加入萝卜丝炒一炒,再加入高丽菜丝和调味料。

3. 大火炒至高丽菜熟透即可,最后撒上小鱼干就搞定啦。

Fried Anchovies Cabbage

{Ingredients} Cabbage (Wash and shredded), shredded carrot, dried anchovies, chopped garlic.

{Seasonings} Oyster sauce x 1 tbsp, some salt and sugar.

{Method}

1. Put anchovies in microwave safe container pour in the oil just enough to cover the anchovies, microwave it for 3 mins or till the crispiness that you like. (Stirring every 1 min to ensure better outlook.) If do not wish to use microwave, just deep fry under stovetop till golden brown will do.

2. Heat up oil to sauté chopped garlic, add in shredded carrot, and follow by cabbage and seasonings.

3. Stir-frying under high heat till cabbage is cooked through, lastly sprinkle up the anchovies on top the serving plate and serve hot.

番茄玉米排骨汤

除了汤,还是汤,又是汤...呵呵。没法啦,为了方便快手,煲汤除了给出我很多时间陪伴她玩乐之外,最重要可以在没放调味料之前先行拿起一些给娃做蒸软饭的汤底啊!

番茄玉米排骨汤

{材料} 番茄2粒(用刀割出十字状,用热水川烫一下去皮切成块状),玉米2条(切成粒状), 排骨300克(用清水浸泡1小时或热水川烫3分钟飞沫),红枣5颗。

{调味料} 盐适量。

{做法}

1. 一大锅清水煮沸后把全部材料除了番茄放入中火煮45分钟。

2. 然后,加入番茄块再煮15分钟,调味即可食用。

{Ingredients} Tomato x 2(peel off skin with hot water, cut into bite sizes), corn x 2 (cut into pieces), pork ribs x 300g((soaked in water for 1 hour or just blanch over the boiling water for 3 mins), red dates x 5.

{Seasonings} Some salt.

{Method}

1. Boil a pot of water and put all ingredients except tomatoes to cook for 45 mins under medium heat.

2. Then, add in tomatoes to continue cook for another 15 mins, season with some salt and serve hot.

肉炒黄瓜萝卜片

{材料} 猪肉片(用料酒和酱油腌5分钟), 黄瓜1条(洗净去皮切片), 萝卜1条(洗净去皮切片),蒜碎。

{调味料}蒜蓉豆豉酱1茶匙,酱油1茶匙, 糖少许。

{做法}

1. 起油锅爆香蒜碎和蒜蓉豆豉酱, 放入肉片炒至变色。

2. 然后,加入黄瓜和萝卜片拌炒2-3分钟。

3. 最后,调入其它调味料翻炒均匀即可。

Stir-fry Pork with Cucumber and Carrot

{Ingredients} Pork Slices (marinade with some rice wine and soy sauce for 5 mins), cucumber x 1 (skin off and sliced), carrot x 1 (skin off and sliced), chopped garlic.

{Seasonings} Black bean garlic sauce x 1 tsp, soy sauce x 1 tsp, some sugar.

{Method}

1. Heat up some oil to sauté chopped garlic and black bean garlic sauce till fragrant, add in pork slices to stir-fry till turn color.

2. Then, add in cucumber and carrot to continue stir-frying for 2-3 mins.

3. Lastly, seasons in other seasonings and mix them well.
