洋葱香菇鸡肉碎天使意面

难得她逐渐接受回洋葱这味道,偶尔还会加点芹菜叶碎让她尝尝,毕竟经历着“terrible two”的她口味变幻莫测,继续加油!

{材料}

洋葱丁,香菇丁,萝卜碎,甜椒丁, 芹菜叶碎一点(用加了点油和盐的沸水煮2分钟,沥干备用),鸡肉碎,香菇水1汤匙,煎荷包蛋碎,天使意面(用加了点橄榄油和盐的沸水煮5分钟左右,沥干剪成段状备用)

{做法}

1. 起适量的橄榄油锅,将洋葱和香菇丁炒香, 加入一点的萝卜和甜椒丁拌炒一下。

2. 然后,加入鸡肉碎炒至变色后,加入香菇水和意面翻炒均匀。

3. 最后,加入煎荷包蛋碎和芹菜叶碎拌炒均匀即可。(可加或不加,有什么就煮什么咯。)

{Ingredients}

Diced onion, diced mushroom, chopped carrot, chopped bell pepper, minced celery (blanch over with boiling water that add with some olive oil and salt for about 2 mins, drain wel and set aside), minced chicken, soaked mushroom water x 1 tbsp, chopped over hard egg, angel hair pasta (cook with boiling water that add with some olive oil and salt for 5 mins, drain well and cut into sectioned)

{Method}

1. Heat up some olive oil to saute diced onion and mushroom till fragrant, add in pinch of diced carrot and bell pepper to stir-fry for a while.

2. Then, add in minced chicken and stir-fry till change colour only add in mushroom water and cooked angel hair pasta to stir-fry till well combined.

3. Lastly, add in chopped over hard egg and celery to mix well, serve hot.

煮炒的过程
完成品色彩斑斓,赏心悦目啊!
被天使影响,视觉效果近期突然成为焦点,不过一看就知道是偶尔有心情才会如此这般“心机”呀,呵呵。

芹菜三蔬天使意面 

{材料} 天使意面 , 芹菜叶和茎(洗净,切小段状),香菇丝,泡香菇水,甜椒丁,萝卜丝, 鸡肉碎(用一点麻油,胡椒粉和酱油腌制5分钟),蒜碎,洋葱碎。

{调味料} 盐1茶匙,混合香料1茶匙, 糖和黑胡椒粉适量。

{做法}

1. 取一深锅,注入适量的水,少许盐与橄榄油煮开后, 放入面条煮大约7分钟, 捞起过冷水拌入一点橄榄油备用。

2. 再起一锅加了点橄榄油和盐的沸水, 将芹菜叶和茎放入煮2分钟左右捞起沥干备用。

3. 起一大匙橄榄油锅, 放入一点蒜和洋葱碎炒香, 然后加入香菇丝,甜椒丁,萝卜丝和鸡肉碎炒至鸡肉变色放入煮熟的芹菜叶和茎拌炒均匀即可取出备用。(重口味可以炒配料时加些许盐提味。)

4. 热一大匙牛油和1大匙橄榄油锅, 放入剩下的蒜与洋葱碎炒香, 加入面条,泡香菇水与调味料翻炒均匀后,做法3的配料拌一拌即可. (怕太干可以加入1-2汤匙煮面水拌炒。

Angel Hair Pasta with Celery Tri Veggies

{Ingredients} Angel hair pasta, celery (washed, cut into mini bite-sized sectioned), shredded mushroom, soaked mushroom water, diced bell pepper, shredded carrot, minced chicken (marinate with some sesame oil, pepper and soy sauce for 5 mins), chopped garlic and onion.

{Seasonings} Salt x 1 tsp, Italian mixed herbs x 1 tsp, some sugar and black pepper.

{Method}

1. Bring some water with salt and olive oil to a boil; add pasta to boiling water to cook for 7 mins, remove and drain with cold water and toss with some olive oil, set aside.

2. Bring another round of new boiling water with salt and olive oil to cook celery for about 2 mins, drain well and set aside.

3. Heat up pan with some olive oil to sauté some chopped garlic and onion till fragrant, add in mushroom, bell pepper, carrot and minced chicken to stirring till chicken change color, follow by add in cooked celery and continue to stir till well mixed. (If prefer, can add in pinch of salt for better taste.)

4. Heat up 1 tbsp of butter and olive oil to sauté balance chopped garlic and onion, add in pasta, soaked mushroom water and seasonings to stir0fry for a while, then add in method 3 ingredients to mix them well and serve hot. (If too dry, can add in 1-2 tbsp of cooked pasta water.)

鸡排准备到煎煮至熟和随意摆盘+ing
简单的在家庆祝某些特定的日子,满心暖意,因为有他和她的陪伴就足够啦!
主菜是有花点时间准备,配菜大多都是当天她的辅食,做多一点顺便给我们也尝尝,不然的话太单调啦,哈哈哈!

蒜香蜜汁鸡排

{材料} 去骨鸡腿2只(表面用一点盐和胡椒粉按摩一下,用一汤匙的蒜碎,一汤匙蚝油和2汤匙酱油,1/2 茶匙黑酱油和糖腌过夜)

{调味料}蜜糖2汤匙

{做法}

1. 起1汤匙油锅,把腌好的鸡排放人双面煎,在剩下的腌料里加入蜜糖拌均后扫一层在煎着的鸡排上,双面都要扫上,至少每面扫两遍。

2. 鸡排煎至有少许焦或熟即可。

3. 配料随意搭配,水煮白菜花,小黄瓜和甜椒丁炒饭。

Garlic Honey Chicken Chop

{Ingredients} Boneless chicken thigh x 2 (massage with some salt and pepper, follow by marinate with minced garlic x 1 tbsp , oyster sauce x 1 tbsp, soy sauce x 2 tbsp, black soy sauce x 1 /2 tsp, some sugar for overnight)

{Seasonings} Honey x 2 tbsp

{Method}

1. Heat up 1 tbsp of olive oil, put in chicken thigh to fry both side, add in honey in the leftover marinade’s sauce, mix well and glaze over the chicken chop for 2 times at each sides till well-cooked.

2. Chicken thigh deep fry till slightly dark brown color shown or cooked.

3. Side dishes are personal preference, boiled cauliflower, cucumber, bell pepper egg fried rice.

白萝卜鱿鱼丝鸡腿汤 Daikon Radish Soup with Chicken and Dried Squid 

白萝卜鱿鱼丝鸡腿汤

{材料} 白萝卜1条(去皮切块状),鸡腿1只, 鱿鱼丝适量,红枣3-5颗。

{调味料} 盐适量

{做法}

1. 取一深锅,注入适量清水煮沸后加入白萝卜和红枣先煮30分钟左右。

2. 然后加入鸡腿和鱿鱼丝再煮上30分钟,喜欢更软烂的口感可以再继续煮多15分钟。

3. 最后,调入盐煮上5分钟即可趁热享用。

Daikon Radish Soup with Chicken and Dried Squid

{Ingredients} Radish x 1 (peeled and cut into bit-size shape), chicken thigh x 1, some shredded dried squid, red dates x 3-5pcs.

{Seasonings} Some salt.

{Method}

1. Filling in right amount water in a deep pot and bring to boil, add in radish and red dates to cook for 30 mins.

2. Then, add in chicken thigh and squid to cook for another 30 mins, if prefer more tender can extra cook for another 15 mins.

3. Lastly, season in the salt to cook for another 5 mins and serve hot.

2016年的尾声,对煮妇而言没啥特别但就是会特意煮一下有“新意”的简单料理来满足自己的感觉,除旧迎新虽然年年都做,依然满心欢喜滴!

秋葵木耳腐竹炒鸡肉

{材料} 秋葵(洗净,切片蒸5分钟备用),黑木耳(浸软,切丝),腐竹(泡软,撕成大块状),鸡胸肉(洗净,切片,用一点酱油和胡椒粉腌10分钟),蒜碎,小红葱碎。

{调味料} 叁巴酱2 汤匙, 料酒1茶匙,酱油1茶匙,2汤匙清水,盐和糖适量。

{做法}

1. 起油锅爆香蒜葱碎,加入木耳丝和料酒翻炒一下,下鸡肉炒至半熟时加入叁巴酱拌炒均匀。

2. 然后,加入腐竹,秋葵和其它调味料继续翻炒大约2分钟左右即可。

Okra, Black Fungus, Bean curd Skin Chicken

{Ingredients} Okra (Wash, sliced and steamed for 5 mins, set aside), black fungus (soaked, shredded), bean curd skin (soaked, tear to bite sizes pieces), chicken breast (wash, sliced, marinate with some soy sauce and pepper for 10 mins), chopped garlic and shallots.

{Seasonings} Instant sambal paste x 2 tbsp, cooking wine x 1 tsp, soy sauce x 1 tsp, water x 2 tbsp, some salt and sugar.

{Method}
1. Heat up some oil to sauté chopped garlic and shallots till fragrant, add in shredded black fungus and cooking wine to stir-fry a while, only add in sliced chicken to cook till half cook follow by add in instant sambal paste to continue stir-frying till well mixed.

2. Then, add in bean curd skin, okra and others remaining seasonings to stir-frying for another 2 mins, dish up and serve hot.

花胶鸡汤

{材料} 花胶(浸泡一夜至软,切块状), 姜3 片, 去皮鸡肉块350克,枸杞适量。

{调味料} 盐适量。

{做法}

1. 将所有材料(除了枸杞)放入装满适量清水的炖锅中炖一小时半。

2. 然后加入枸杞和调入盐再炖20分钟即可。

Chicken and Fish Maw Soup

{Ingredients} Fish maw (soaked overnight, cut into pieces), ginger slices x 3 pcs, skinned chicken pieces x 350g, some goji berries.

{Seasonings} Some salt.

{Method}

1. Put all ingredients (except goji berries) into slow cooker that fill with right amount of water to cook for 1 and half hours.

2. Then, add in goji berries and season in the salt to continue cook for another 20 mins, serve hot.

秋葵鸡汤

{材料} 秋葵10条(用加了点油和盐的沸水川烫一下,切块状),鸡腿一只,胡萝卜1根(去皮切块状), 红枣5-7颗, 枸杞适量。

{调味料} 盐适量。

{做法}

1. 取一锅注入适量的清水煮沸后更加入鸡腿,红枣和萝卜以中火煮20分钟。

2. 然后再加入枸杞和秋葵再次煮10分钟左右,调入盐搅拌一下即可。

Okra Chicken Thigh Soup

{Ingredients} Okras x 10 (blanch over boiling water that add with some oil and salt, cut into bite size pieces), chicken thigh x 1, carrot x 1 (peeled and cut into bite size pieces), red dates x 5-7 pcs, some goji berries.

{Seasonings} Some salt.

{Method}

1. Use 1 deep pot that fill with right amount of water, bring to boil only add in chicken thigh, red dates and carrots to cook under medium heat for 20 mins.

2. Then, add in goji berries and okras to cook for another 10 mins, season in salt and serve hot.

Ready and can eat, eat, eat!
有时候真的会煮到不知要煮什么,每次这种情绪来袭,我最爱煮电饭锅饭一锅搞定午晚餐那种,费事耗神想太多,呵呵!

黄姜香菇鸡肉饭

{材料} 白米2杯(洗净),香菇5朵(泡软,切丝),鸡柳(切块状, 用黑酱油x ½ tsp, 酱油1tbsp和姜末 腌1小时),三色甜椒(切丁),蒜碎,小红葱碎,黄瓜片(摆盘,随意)

{调味料} 黄姜粉1茶匙, 盐半茶匙,橄榄油2汤匙, 水两杯

{做法}

1. 先用2汤匙的橄榄油热锅,炒一下洗净的白米,加入其它调味料拌均倒入电饭锅煮熟。

2. 另起油锅爆香蒜葱碎,下香菇丝炒香后,续而加入鸡肉块翻炒至变色。

3. 然后,加入甜椒丁,少许盐和胡椒粉拌炒均匀。把炒好的香菇鸡肉倒入饭锅内和煮熟的黄姜饭拌均再焖3分钟即可。

Chicken and Mushroom Turmeric Rice

{Ingredients} White rice x 2 cups (washed), mushroom x 5 (soaked till tender and shredded), chicken fillets (cut into bite-size sectioned), marinate with black soy sauce x 1 tsp, soy sauce x 1 tbsp and chopped ginger for 1 hour), tri-color bell peppers (diced), some chopped garlic and shallots, cucumber slices (for deco purpose, optional).

{Seasonings} Turmeric powder x 1 tsp, salt x ½ tsp, olive oil x 2 tbsp, water x 2 cups

{Method}

1. Heat up 2 tbsp of olive oil in frying pan to fry the white rice a while, add in others remaining ingredients and mix it well, pour into the rice cooker to cook.

2. Heat up another pan with some oil to sauté the chopped garlic and shallots till fragrant, add in shredded mushroom, and follow by chicken fillets to stir-fry till change color.

3. Then, add in diced bell pepper, some salt and pepper to continue stirring to ensure mix all well. Pour the cooked mushroom chicken into rice cooker to mix with the cooked turmeric rice, simmer for another 3 mins and serve.

自家椰浆饭的基本材料

自家椰浆饭的配料准备过程

自家椰浆饭成品完成时很满足,呵呵!
家里剩菜,昨晚的咖喱鸡,加上煮咖喱鸡剩下的椰浆也可以演变成今天的午晚餐!

自家改良版椰浆饭

{基本材料} 白米两杯 (洗净, 泡水1小时),水2杯(加盐1/4茶匙),椰浆50毫升,香草叶2-3片(撕开打结,没有可以不放但会少了些香气咯), 水煮蛋2粒(切片),黄瓜(切片,我今天就漏了它和花生,所以没放!)

{Sambal江鱼仔材料} 江鱼仔(预先炸好备用),洋葱丝,叁巴即煮酱料2汤匙,水,盐和糖少许。

{做法}

1. 白米泡好后,加入水,椰浆,香草叶拌均后煮熟即可。

2. 然后开始煮江鱼仔材料,放一汤匙油炒洋葱丝至软,加入其它材料焖煮一会即可。

3. 咖喱鸡配料是前一天吃剩的,由于没有黄瓜配菜,只好随意从冰箱里拿有的材料煮成甜椒鸡肉当加料,呵呵。

Home style Nasi Lemak

{Ingredients} White rice x 2 cups (washed and soaked for 1 hour), water x 2 cups (add in salt x ¼ tsp), coconut milk x 50 ml, pandan leaves x 2-3pcs (fold over, if do not have can go without it just less some fragrant flavor), hard-boiled eggs x 2 (halves), cucumber (slices, I forgot about it and peanut too, so do not use).

{Sambal Ikan Bilis Ingredients} Ikan bilis (Deep fried and keep aside), shredded onions, instant sambal sauce x 2 tbsp, some water, salt and sugar.

{Method}

1. After done 1 hour soaking, start cooks the white rice with water, coconut milk and pandan leaves till cooked.

2. Then, heat up pan with 1 tbsp of oil to sauté shredded onion till tender, add in other sambal ikan bilis’s ingredients and simmer cook for a while.

3. Curry chicken is leftover from yesterday, with no cucumber as side dish, I just use leftover ingredients in fridge to cook bell pepper chicken as additional side dish.

如今的午晚餐,大多数配料都是天使和我们的大同小异啦,
现在的午晚餐,娃和我们的配料大多数都是大同小异,就只是煮法有点不一样而已,呵呵!

香菇双蔬鸡肉天使意面

{材料} 天使意面, 香菇3多(泡软,切丝, 泡香菇水留着炒面时用), 生菜丝(用加了盐和一点油的沸水川烫备用),萝卜丝,鸡肉片(用米酒,酱油和胡椒粉腌5分钟),洋葱碎,鸡蛋2粒(加点麻油,酱油和胡椒粉打散,起油锅先炒熟备用), 红番椒碎少许。

{调味料} 鲍鱼汁1茶匙,蒜粉1汤匙,盐和和胡椒粉适量。

{做法}

1. 取一深锅,注入适量的水,少许盐与橄榄油煮开后, 放入面条煮大约7分钟, 捞起过冷水拌入一点橄榄油备用。

2. 热 3大匙橄榄油锅, 放入香菇丝,红番椒碎,与洋葱碎炒香, 加入鸡肉和萝卜丝拌炒一下后再加面条,香菇水,鸡蛋碎与调味料翻炒均匀就OK了。

3. 最好,准备要吃时撒上生菜丝拌一拌即可.

{Ingredients} Angel hair pasta, mushroom x 3 (soaked till tender, shredded, water that used to soak the mushroom kept for later use.), shredded lettuce (blanch over the boiling water that add with some salt and oil, drain well and set aside), shredded carrot, slices chicken (marinate with some rice wine, soy sauce and pepper for 5 mins), chopped onions, eggs x 2(beaten with some sesame oil, soy sauce and pepper, and cooked for later used.), pinch of chili flakes.

{Seasonings} Abalone sauce x 1 tsp, garlic powder x 1 tbsp, some salt and pepper to taste.

{Method}

1. Bring some water with salt and olive oil to a boil; add pasta to boiling water to cook for about 7 mins, remove and drain with cold water and toss with some olive oil, set aside.

2. Heat up pan with 3 tbso of olive oil to sauté shredded mushrooms, chili flakes and chopped onion till fragrant, add in slices chicken and carrots to mix well; follow by add in pasta, mushroom water, cooked eggs and seasonings continue to stirring for well combined.

3. Lastly, garnish with shredded lettuce and serve hot.

加了蒸马铃薯丁的酱油烧腊双拼-烧鸡和烧肉
马铃薯丁是给娃的辅食,她不能吃太多,剩的自然而然就是她爸妈的解决咯!
难得又有即食烧鸡半只,是做此快手菜了几十次啦,但印象中好像没写过此篇。喜欢蒜味的男女人们,加多点蒜碎吧,更香更有滋味呢!

酱油烧鸡

{材料} 烧鸡半只(切大块状), 蒜碎1汤匙。

{调味料} 黑酱油1茶匙,, 酱油1汤匙, 清水2汤匙, 调成综合酱料备用。

{做法}

1。 起油锅爆香蒜碎后, 加入烧鸡块和调入调味料翻炒至熟即可。

Soy Sauce Roasted Chicken

{Ingredients} Roasted chicken x half (cut into pieces), chopped garlic x 1 tbsp.

{Seasonings} Black soy sauce x 1 tsp, soy sauce x 1 tbsp, water x 2 tbsp, combined as mix mixture, set aside.

{Method}

1. Heat up oil to sauté chopped garlic till fragrant, add in chicken pieces and seasonings to stir-fry until cooked. Serve hot.

杏鲍菇西兰花炒鸡肉

{材料} 杏鲍菇 (去蒂,洗净切丝),西兰花(切一口吃朵状,用加了油和盐的沸水川烫一下备用),鸡肉片(用米酒,酱油和胡椒粉腌5分钟),蒜碎

{调味料} 蚝油1茶匙,绍兴酒1茶匙,,盐和糖适量

{做法}

1. 起油锅爆香蒜碎,加入鸡肉片炒至双面变色后加入杏鲍菇拌炒一下。

2. 然后,马上调入调味料继续翻炒至汁开始收干时加入西兰花拌炒均匀即可。

Chicken with King Oyster Mushroom and Broccoli

{Ingredients} King oyster mushroom (ends trimmed, wash and shredded), broccoli (cut into bite-size floret pieces, blanch over boiling water that add with some salt and oil, set aside), chicken slices (marinate with some rice wine, soy sauce and pepper for 5 mins), and chopped garlic.

{Seasonings} Oyster sauce x 1 tsp, Shaoxing wine x 1 tsp, some salt and sugar.

{Method}

1. Heat up oil to sauté chopped garlic, add in chicken slices to cook till change color only add in king oyster mushroom to continuously stir-frying.

2. Then, follow by add in the seasonings and stirring occasionally till gravy is start thicken, add in broccoli to stir-fry until well combined.

冰箱就只剩下它们啦,还有几粒鸡蛋,短暂出游回来就是会有点跟不上节奏!

糖醋小鸡腿

{材料} 小鸡腿 10个, 马铃薯丁(泡盐水, 蒸熟备用)

{调味料} 酱油3汤匙, 糖2汤匙, 白米醋1汤匙, 绍兴酒1茶匙, 调成综合酱汁备用。

{做法}

1. 把小鸡腿放进不粘锅里,不用加油, 加入调味料。

2. 用中火煮,因为有糖间中要不断搅拌哦, 煮到酱汁收干即可。

3. 把煮好的小鸡腿放在铺满熟的马铃薯丁上,开吃啦。

Sweet and Sour Little Drumstick

{Ingredients} Little drumstick x 10, diced potatoes (soaked salted water, steamed)

{Seasonings} Soy sauce x 3 tbsp, sugar x 2 tbsp, white rice vinegar x 1 tbsp, Shaoxing wine x 1 tsp, mixed well

{Method}

1. Put all little drumsticks to non-stick pot, no oil needed, season in the seasonings.

2. Cook under medium heat and need to continue stirring in between till the gravy is thickened.

吃了鼎泰丰的葱油拌面后,再次提醒自己好像之前做的葱油拌面味道还不足,应该加些大葱碎或小红葱碎更加像在餐馆吃的那般好滋味。不断尝试几次后,面条卖相虽然不怎么佳,因为懒妈妈图个快字,弄烂点没加调味料前, 拿起来一些拌上江鱼仔粉(通常我会把江鱼仔煎至酥脆后搅拌成粉状,存入冰箱可以耐三周!)汤娃就可以吃啦,但是双葱油真的香很多。

双葱油香菇肉碎拌面

{材料} 面条(川烫好备用), 洋葱丁,青葱丁, 香菇丁(泡软), 肉碎(用一点黑酱油,酱油和胡椒粉腌5分钟), 水煮鸡蛋(切片备用)

{调味料}黑酱油 ½ 茶匙,蚝油1茶匙, 酱油2 汤匙, 糖1茶匙, 水3汤匙(有泡香菇的水更好),和胡椒粉少许,全部混合拌均,用微波炉30秒叮热备用 。

{做法}

1. 起油锅先把香菇肉碎炒香和熟备用。

2. 另起5大匙的油锅以中火爆香大葱和青葱丁至深褐色备用。

3. 然后,把川烫的面条,调味料和葱油拌均后,装盘加入香菇肉碎和水煮蛋当配料即可享用。

Double Onions Mushroom Minced Meat Noodles

{Ingredients} Noodles (boiled, drained well and set aside), diced onion, diced green onion, diced mushroom (soaked till tender), minced meat (marinate with some dark soy sauce, soy sauce and pepper for 5 mins), boiled eggs (sliced)

{Seasonings} Dark soy sauce x ½ tsp, oyster sauce x 1 tsp, soy sauce x 2 tbsp, sugar x 1 tsp, water x 3 tbsp (Use water that use to soak the mushroom if do keep) and some pepper, mixed well and microwave it for 3 seconds.

{Method}

1. Heat up oil to stir-fry diced mushroom and minced meat till cooked, dish up and set aside.

2. Heat up another 5 tbsp of oil to sauté diced onions and green onions under medium heat till dark brown color, remove and set aside.

3. Then, put in cooked noodles, seasonings and onion’s oil in a bowl and mix well, arrange well-mixed noodles with some cooked mushroom meats and eggs slices on a serving plate.

酱油荷包蛋鸡翅

{材料} 鸡蛋, 鸡翅, 蒜碎,小红葱碎, 姜片, 八角1-2个

{调味料} 黑酱油1茶匙,酱油1大匙, 蚝油半茶匙,胡椒粉,冰糖和水适量

{做法}

1. 先把鸡蛋全都煎成荷包蛋备用。

2. 爆香蒜葱姜, 再把鸡翅和调味料放入拌一拌。

3. 煮沸后, 慢火煮上20分钟再加入荷包蛋搅拌均匀即可。

Soy Braised Chicken Wings with Eggs

{Ingredients} Eggs, chicken wings, chopped garlic, chopped shallots, ginger slices, star anise x 1-2

{Seasonings} Black soy sauce x 1 tsp, soy sauce x 1 tbsp, oyster sauce x ½ tsp, some pepper, rosk sugar and water.

{Method}

1. Heat up oil to fry the egg according to personal preference and set aside.

2. Then, continue by sauté the chopped garlic, shallots and ginger till fragrant only add in chicken wings and seasonings.

3. Mixed well and bring to boil, switch to low heat to cook for another 20 mins follow by add in the eggs to stir till well combined.

又到了爱惜自己的时间啦,再怎么懒偶尔还是得炖一炖汤来慰劳一下全年无休的煮妇!

当归红枣枸杞鸡汤

{材料} 鸡肉块6-8块(洗净血水,浸泡清水30分钟), 当归头2块,红枣7颗,枸杞适量。

{调味料} 盐适量。

{做法}

1. 取一深锅,注入八分满的清水,先放入当归头煮沸后再加入鸡肉块和红枣以小火炖上2小时。

2. 最后加入枸杞再炖20-30分钟即可,食用时调入盐调味。

Chicken Soup with Chinese Angelica, Red Dates and Goji Berries

{Ingredients} Chicken pieces 6-8pcs (wash and soaked in clear water for 30 mins), Chinese angelica x 2 pcs, red dates x 7, some goji berries.

{Seasonings} Some salt.

{Method}

1. Bring a deep pot of clear water that add in the Chinese angelica to boil , add in chicken pieces and red dates to stew under low heat for about 2 hours.

2. Lastly, add in the goji berries and stew for another 20-30 mins, add salt to taste when ready to serve.

尽量把鸡腿肉的油脂也去除干净,这样燉出来的汤才不会油油的。虽然这次已经去骨去皮,但是油脂去得不够干净,汤还是油油的,喝时还得撇油,累!
