双菇鸡肉西兰花意面 Angel Hair Pasta with Broccoli Mushroom Chicken 

天使的辅食品也可以顺便一起弄,节省不少时间来陪她们玩!
料多多的意面餐

料十足的意面餐,每次大天使看到意面都会说:“妈咪我要吃你的那一盘,呵呵😄!”

双菇鸡肉西兰花意面

{材料} 天使意面, 西兰花(切朵状,泡盐水,用沸水加点油和盐川烫1-2分钟沥干备用), 香菇2朵(泡软,切丝),杏鲍菇丝, 鸡肉片(用麻油,胡椒粉和酱油腌5分钟左右),甜椒丁,萝卜丝,鸡蛋2粒(加点酱油和麻油打散炒熟备用),蒜碎,洋葱碎,培根碎(预先煎好弄碎,油可以拿来爆香蒜碎)

{调味料} 酱油1茶匙,盐1茶匙,混合香料1茶匙, 糖和黑胡椒粉适量。

{做法}

1. 取一深锅,注入适量的水,少许盐与橄榄油煮开后, 放入面条煮大约7分钟, 捞起过冷水拌入一点橄榄油备用。

2. 起一大匙牛油和橄榄油锅, 放入蒜和洋葱碎炒香, 然后加入香菇和杏鲍菇丝,甜椒丁,萝卜丝和鸡肉片炒至鸡肉变色。

3. 然后,加入面条与调味料翻炒. (怕太干可以加入2-5汤匙煮面水拌炒一会儿,熄火后再加入煮好的培根碎,西兰花和鸡蛋拌均即可开餐。

Angel Hair Pasta with Broccoli Mushroom Chicken

{Ingredients} Angel hair pasta, broccoli (washed, cut into florest sized, soaked in salted water, blanch over boiling water that add with some oil and salt for 1-2 mins, drain well and set aside), mushroom x 2 (soaked till tender, shredded), shredded king oyster mushroom, chicken slices (marinate with some sesame oil, pepper and soy sauce for 5 mins), diced bell pepper, shredded carrot, eggs x 2 (beaten with some soy sauce and seasame oil, fry till cooked and set aside), chopped garlic, chopped onion, chopped bacons (deep fry and chopped, leftover oil can use to sauté chopped garlic) .

{Seasonings} Soy sauce x 1 tsp, salt x 1 tsp, Italian mixed herbs x 1 tsp, some sugar and black pepper.

{Method}

1. Bring some water with salt and olive oil to a boil; add pasta to boiling water to cook for 7 mins, remove and drain with cold water and toss with some olive oil, set aside.

2. Heat up 1 tbsp of butter and olive oil to sauté chopped garlic and onion till fragrant, add in mushroom , bell pepper, carrot and chicken slices to stirring till chicken change color.

3. Then, add in pasta and seasonings to stir-fry for a while to mix them well. (If too dry, can add in 2-5 tbsp of cooked pasta water.) Lastly top up with cooked bacons, broccoli and egg, serve hot!

香菇蛋炒米粉 Fried Vermicelli with Mushroom Egg
妹妹吃蛋黄苋菜粉糙米片外加手指食物餐,姐姐要求吃炒米粉几次了,终于肯花点时间给她炒去,其实米粉不一定要用有机的哈,只是家里刚好有,哈哈!

香菇蛋炒米粉

{材料} 有机米粉1块(泡软),鸡蛋2粒(加1-2滴酱油,一点胡椒粉和一滴麻油打散),香菇一朵(泡软切碎丁),蒜碎和小红葱碎一些。

{调味料} 酱油1茶匙, 黑酱油2-3滴,芝麻油1点,无盐蔬菜高汤2汤匙

{做法}

1. 起油锅将鸡蛋倒入炒散炒熟后盛起备用。

2. 再起1汤匙油锅爆香蒜葱香菇碎后,放入调味料和米粉拌炒均匀。

3. 最后,加入炒熟的鸡蛋即可开吃。

Fried Vermicelli with Mushroom Egg

{Ingredients} Organic vermicelli x 1(soaked till tender), eggs x 2 (beaten with 2 drops of soy sauce, a pinch of pepper and a drop of sesame oil), mushroom (soaked till tender and diced), some chopped garlic and shallots.

{Seasonings} Soy sauce x 1 tsp, black soy sauce x 2-3 drops, sesame oilx 1 drop, unsalted veggies broth x 2 tbsp.

{Method}

1. Heat up oil to fry the egg mixtures untill cooked, dish up and set aside.

2. Then, heat another1 tbsp of olive oil to saute the chopped garlic, shallot and diced mushroom till fragrant, add in seasonings and vermicelli to stir-fry until well mixed and cooked.

3. Lastly, add in cooked egg, serve hot.

煮着煮着原来之前担心的都是多余的,因为走着走着自然会有“解决问题”的方案浮出台面。确实要照顾好两个天使,属于自己的时间真的少之又少,虽然平日自从老二出生后大人们的两餐就搭伙食至今,让我可以更从容些专注在天使们的暖心辅食还有家里永远忙不完的543,还好有缘遇上Mommy J的食物粉,加快了准备天使们辅食的脚步,不然哪来的精力与天使们“纠缠不清”,呵呵!

菠菜水煮蛋肉碎螺旋面

{材料} 旋螺面(按照包装袋说明煮熟备用), 水煮鸡蛋1(切片备用),肉碎(8汤匙清水中加入Mommy J江鱼仔粉,天然昆布粉和香菇粉),熟的胡萝卜条和菠菜碎适量(用沸水分别川烫一下, 沥干切好备用)。

{做法}

1. 将肉碎和食物粉水拌均后,放入蒸锅蒸10分钟或至熟。

2. 然后,将煮好的意粉加上煮熟的肉碎, 鸡蛋片,萝卜条 和菠菜碎即可食用。

Vegeroni Spirals with Spinach, Hard Boiled Egg and Minced Meat

{Ingredients} Some spirals (cook per package directions), hard boiled egg x 1 (sliced), some minced meats with 8 tbsp of water that mixes with some MommyJ anchovy, natural kombu and organic mushroom food powder, some cooked carrot slices and baby spinach (blanch over with boiling water that add with some oil and salt, drain well and chopped).

{Method}

1. Steam minced meat with food powdered water for 10 mins or cooked.

2. Then, serve cooked spirals with steamed minced meat, egg slices, carrot slices and chopped spinach.

蛋黄菠菜肉碎粥

{材料} 白米3汤匙(适量的清水和 Mommy J天然昆布粉和香菇粉各自1/3 茶匙,肉碎适量), 水煮鸡蛋2片(蛋黄配粥吃,蛋白当手指食物),熟的胡萝卜条和菠菜碎适量(用沸水分别川烫一下, 沥干切好备用)。

{做法}

1. 将白米,食物粉水和肉碎煮成粥。

2. 然后,把鸡蛋黄和菠菜碎加入煮好的肉碎食物粉粥即可食用。

Minced meat Porridge with Egg Yolk and Spinach

{Ingredients} White rice x 3 tbsp (Some water with MommyJ natural kombu and organic mushroom food powder x 1/3 tsp, some minced meat), hard boiled egg slices x 2 (egg yolk eat with cooked porridge, egg white as finger foods), cooked carrot sticks and cooked spinach (chopped)

{Method}

1. White rice, food powder water and minced meat cook until the desired consistency porridge.

2. Then, just add on egg yolk and spinach , serve hot.

虽说是求快的水煮蛋餐,但是时间上允许就增加一些视觉效果,有各自加点“颜色”让天使们吃得开心咯,😄!

快手水煮蛋糙米片餐

{材料} Mommy J糙米片3汤匙, 热水适量(加入Mommy J天然昆布粉,江鱼仔和银鱼粉搅拌均匀备用),鸡蛋1(蒸锅15分钟蒸熟切片备用),荷包蛋1,煮熟的青菜碎和胡萝卜碎适量。

{做法}

1. 将糙米片浸泡在食物粉水中, 放入蒸锅蒸3-5分钟左右。

2. 将蒸好的糙米片加入水煮蛋片,荷包蛋, 青菜碎和萝卜碎即可食用。(配料随天使年龄自行搭配哟!)

Quick Hardboiled Egg Brown Rice Flakes Meal

{Ingredients} MommyJ brown rice flakes 3tbsp, hot water in right amount (mixes with some MommyJ natural kombu, anchovy and white bait food powder), hard boiled egg x 1 (slicesd), fried egg x 1 (over hard), cooked green veggies and chopped carrot.

{Method}

1. Soaked brown rice flakes in water that mixed with food powder, put in steamer to steam for 3-5 mins.

2. Serve steamed brown rice flakes with some cooked egg, green veggies and carrots. (side dishes can add on according to angel’s age or preferences)

双蔬蛋煎龟包 Mixed Veggies Egg Fried Mi Gu
原来加了食物粉煎出来的龟包片也是挺有滋味的,跟着天使们吃得“清淡”些虽然对有点重口味的男女人来说会不太习惯,但为了自身健康着想偶尔将就些吧😄😂!

双蔬蛋煎龟包

{材料} 青菜丝和胡萝卜丝适量(洗净,用加了一点油和盐的沸水川烫2分钟左右,待凉后切碎备用),鸡蛋2粒(加入一些Mommy J苋菜和有机香菇粉打散备用), 龟包去皮切片状。

{做法}

1. 把双蔬菜碎拌入鸡蛋液中拌均后,将一片片龟包放入双面沾满了双蔬蛋液。

2. 然后,放入油锅,双面煎至金黄色即可。

Mixed Veggies Egg Fried Mi Gu

{Ingredients} Shredded veggies and carrots (Wash and blanch over boiling water that add with a drop of olive oil and pinch of salt for about 2 minute, chopped it well), eggs x 2 (beaten with some of MommyJ organic amaranth and mushroom food powder), mi gu (sliced)

{Method}

1. Put both shredded veggies in the egg mixture and mixed them well, add in 1 slice of mi gu to ensure both side well coated of veggies’s egg mixture.

2. Then, deep fry it in the pan till both sides turn to golden brown color.

Nap/sleep regression,separation anxiety,potty training...等等的“非常时期”期间,Mommy J食物粉帮了很大的忙,让我可以坚持继续给两个天使吃自家制的辅食品.

糙米片婴儿意粉

{材料} Mommy J糙米片1汤匙, 婴儿意粉1汤匙(按照包装袋说明煮至熟备用), 鸡蛋2(加些许Mommy J有机苋菜粉 和江鱼仔粉打散备用), 清水3-5汤匙(加入Mommy J天然昆布粉和银鱼粉搅拌均匀备用),煮熟的南瓜条和青菜碎适量。

{做法}

1. 将糙米片浸泡在食物粉水中, 放入蒸锅蒸3-5分钟左右。

2. 起油锅把鸡蛋液炒散炒熟备用。

3. 最后,将煮好的意粉加入蒸好的糙米片中拌均,加上鸡蛋碎,南瓜条和青菜碎即可食用。

Brown Rice Flakes Baby Pasta

{Ingredients} MommyJ brown rice flakes 1tbsp, baby pasta 1 tbsp (cook per package directions), egg x 2 (beaten with some MommyJ organic amaranth and anchovy food powder), 3-5 tbsp of water mixes with some MommyJ natural kombu and white bait food powder, cooked pumpkin slices and green veggies.

{Method}

1. Soaked brown rice flakes in water that mixed with food powder, put in steamer to steam for 3-5 mins.

2. Heat up oil to stir frying egg mixture till golden yellow color or cooked.

3. Lastly, add in cooked baby pasta to mix with steamed brown rice flakes, serve with some cooked egg, pumpkin slices and green veggies.

Mommy J食物粉是完全可以代替其他调味料的,至少天使们接受得来即可,2岁以下尽量不要放太多,只要天使不抗拒一点点食物粉即可。三岁+的天使因为已经接触过一些外面的食物,食物粉会需要放半茶匙或1茶匙的量咯,不然的话她会投诉不好吃啦,呵呵😄!

三文鱼鸡蛋螺旋面 

{材料} 旋螺面(按照包装袋说明煮熟备用),三文鱼1片(双面煎熟备用), 鸡蛋2(加些许Mommy J有机苋菜粉 和江鱼仔粉打散备用),肉碎(5汤匙清水中加入Mommy J江鱼仔粉,干贝粉,有机苋菜粉和香菇粉),煮熟的南瓜条和青菜碎适量。

{做法}

1. 将肉碎和食物粉水拌均后,放入蒸锅蒸10分钟或至熟。

2. 起油锅把鸡蛋液炒散炒熟备用。

3. 最后,将煮好的意粉加上肉碎,熟三文鱼片,鸡蛋碎,南瓜条和青菜碎拌均后即可食用。

{Ingredients} Some spirals (cook per package directions), salmon fillet x 1 (slightly fry until cooked), egg x 2 (beaten with some MommyJ organic amaranth and anchovy food powder), some minced meats with 5 tbsp of water that mixes with some MommyJ anchovy, scallop, organic amaranth and mushroom food powder, some cooked pumpkin slices and green veggies.

{Method}

1. Steam minced meat with food powdered water for 10 mins or cooked.

2. Heat up oil to stir frying egg mixture till golden yellow color or cooked.

3. Lastly, add in cooked spirals to mix with steamed minced meat, serve with cooked salmon fillet, egg, pumpkin slices and green veggies.

韩式炒冬粉 Korean Style Fried Glass Noodles

临时起兴想炒这类冬粉,虽然没有菠菜,香菇和胡萝卜等,家里材料有限也能凑出的快手餐之一。韩式冬粉最重要的是要有点颜色感即可,呵呵!

韩式炒冬粉

{材料} 韩式冬粉,鸡蛋3粒(加点酱油,胡椒粉和麻油打散),猪肉碎(用酱油,料酒和麻油腌5分钟),木耳丝,甜椒丝,青葱丁,蒜碎,小红葱碎,白芝麻适量(干锅提前炒香)。

{调味料} 酱油3汤匙,糖2茶匙,芝麻油1茶匙,清水1-2汤匙

{做法}

1. 冬粉用沸水煮至软, 沥干用剪刀剪短备用。

2. 起油锅爆香小红葱碎,将鸡蛋也倒入炒散炒熟后盛起备用。

3. 然后,锅里再放2汤匙橄榄油爆香蒜碎,把猪肉碎,木耳丝和甜椒丝炒熟。

4. 放入调味料和冬粉拌炒均匀。

5. 最后,加入炒熟的鸡蛋,青葱丁和白芝麻即可。

Korean Style Fried Glass Noodles

{Ingredients} Korean glass noodles, eggs x 3 (beaten with some soy sauce, pepper and sesame oil), minced pork (marinade with some soy sauce, cooking wine and sesame oil for 5 mins), shredded black fungus, shredded bell pepper, diced green onion, chopped garlic, chopped shallots, white sesame (Roasted till fragrant).

{Seasonings} Soy sauce x 3 tbsp, sugar x 2 tsp, sesame oilx 1 tsp, water x 1-2 tbsp.

{Method}

1. Bring a pot of water to boil to cook the korean glass noodle as per package directions till tender, drain well and cut half with kitchen scissor, set aside.

2. Heat up some oil to saute chopped shallots till fragrant, pour in the egg mixtures to stir-fry till cooked, dish up and set aside.

3. Then, put in another 2 tbsp of olive oil to saute the chopped garlic till fragrant, add in minced pork, shredded black fungus and bell pepper to stir-fry until cooked.

4. Follow by add in the seasonings and glass noodles to continue stirring till well mixed.

5. Lastly, add in cooked egg, diced green onions and white sesame, serve hot.

金针菇,家里的常客,因为它超级百搭呀!

金针菇炒蛋

{材料}金针菇1包(去蒂,洗净),鸡蛋3粒(加点青葱丁,麻油,酱油和胡椒粉打散备用),萝卜丝,小红葱碎。

{调味料} 绍兴酒和盐少许。

{做法}

1. 起油锅爆香小红葱碎,加入萝卜丝和金针菇拌炒一下后,调入调味料。

2. 然后,倒入蛋液不断地翻炒至熟即可。

Enoki Mushroom Fried Eggs

{Ingredients} Enoki mushroom x 1 pack (trimmed, washed), eggs x 3 (Beaten with some diced green onion, sesame oil, soy sauce and pepper), shredded carrot, chopped shallots.

{Seasonings} Shaoxing wine and salt.

{Method}

1. Heat up some oil to sauté chopped shallots, add in shredded carrot and enoki mushroom to stir-fry for a while only add in seasonings.

2. Then, pour in egg’s mixture and continue stir-frying till well cooked.

洋葱香菇鸡肉碎天使意面

难得她逐渐接受回洋葱这味道,偶尔还会加点芹菜叶碎让她尝尝,毕竟经历着“terrible two”的她口味变幻莫测,继续加油!

{材料}

洋葱丁,香菇丁,萝卜碎,甜椒丁, 芹菜叶碎一点(用加了点油和盐的沸水煮2分钟,沥干备用),鸡肉碎,香菇水1汤匙,煎荷包蛋碎,天使意面(用加了点橄榄油和盐的沸水煮5分钟左右,沥干剪成段状备用)

{做法}

1. 起适量的橄榄油锅,将洋葱和香菇丁炒香, 加入一点的萝卜和甜椒丁拌炒一下。

2. 然后,加入鸡肉碎炒至变色后,加入香菇水和意面翻炒均匀。

3. 最后,加入煎荷包蛋碎和芹菜叶碎拌炒均匀即可。(可加或不加,有什么就煮什么咯。)

{Ingredients}

Diced onion, diced mushroom, chopped carrot, chopped bell pepper, minced celery (blanch over with boiling water that add with some olive oil and salt for about 2 mins, drain wel and set aside), minced chicken, soaked mushroom water x 1 tbsp, chopped over hard egg, angel hair pasta (cook with boiling water that add with some olive oil and salt for 5 mins, drain well and cut into sectioned)

{Method}

1. Heat up some olive oil to saute diced onion and mushroom till fragrant, add in pinch of diced carrot and bell pepper to stir-fry for a while.

2. Then, add in minced chicken and stir-fry till change colour only add in mushroom water and cooked angel hair pasta to stir-fry till well combined.

3. Lastly, add in chopped over hard egg and celery to mix well, serve hot.

烧肉和蛋真是百搭,想不到加上四季豆一样又是一道家庭味甚浓的快手菜之一。

烧肉四季豆炒蛋

{材料} 烧肉丁,鸡蛋3粒(加一点麻油,酱油和胡椒粉打散备用),四季豆丁,小红葱碎。

{调味料} 黑酱油1/2 茶匙

{做法}

1. 起油锅把小红葱碎炒香,加入烧肉丁和黑酱油拌炒均匀后,加入四季豆丁翻炒一分钟左右。

2. 然后,倒入鸡蛋液翻炒至熟透即可。

Fried Egg with Roasted Pork and French Bean

{Ingredients} Diced roasted pork , eggs x 3 (Beaten with some sesame oil, soy sauce and pepper and set aside), diced French bean, chopped shallots.

{Seasonings} Black soy sauce x ½ tsp

{Method}

1. Heat up some oil to sauté chopped shallots till fragrant, add in diced roasted pork and black soy sauce to stir0fry till well mix, follow by add in French bean and continue stir-frying for about 1 mins.

2. Then, pour in the egg mixture and continue stirring occasionally till cooked.

换成炒即食面也行,有剩的午餐肉切片煎熟当配料,料多多哟!
明知道这种肉类不宜多吃,但就是偶尔特别想吃吖!而且为了把开罐的午餐肉没变质前给消灭掉,连续两天,先炒起米粉后隔天再炒即食面,哈哈哈!

午餐肉炒米粉

{材料} 米粉1包(泡软,沥干备用),午餐肉(切丁),鸡蛋3粒(加点麻油,酱油和胡椒粉打散备用),蒜碎,青葱丁。

{调味料} 黑酱油1汤匙,酱油3汤匙,蚝油1汤匙,番茄酱1汤匙,清水,糖和胡椒粉适量。

{做法}

1. 起油锅先把蛋炒熟盛起备用。

2. 再加点油入锅,把午餐肉丁煎至7-8成熟时,加入蒜碎和青葱丁炒香。

3. 然后,调入调味料和加入米粉拌炒均匀后,加入鸡蛋拌均即可趁热享用。

Luncheon Meat Fried Vermicelli

{Ingredients} Vermicelli x 1 pack (soaked till tender, drain well and set aside), luncheon meat (diced), eggs x 3 (beaten with some sesame oil, soy sauce and pepper), chopped garlic, diced green onion.

{Seasonings} Black soy sauce x 1 tbsp, soy sauce x 3 tbsp, oyster sauce x 1 tbsp, tomato sauce x 1 tbsp, some water, sugar and pepper.

{Method}

1. Heat up some oil in frying pan to fry the egg mixture till cooked and set aside.

2. Add in some oil in the same pan to fry the diced luncheon meat till almost cooked, add in chopped garlic and diced green onion to stir-fry till fragrant.

3. Then, add in seasonings and vermicelli to stir-fry till well combined, add in the cooked egg and mix well. Serve hot.

烧肉又时常出现在我家的饭桌上啦,对它可是又爱又恨,虽然指定要买瘦瘦的烧肉,但心知肚明没差啦,呵呵!

烧肉酱油蛋炒饭

{材料} 烧肉(切丁状), 隔夜米饭, 香菇丝(泡软), 萝卜丝, 青菜丝(在加了油和盐的沸水川烫一下,捞起沥干备用), 鸡蛋2粒(加点麻油,胡椒粉和酱油打散),蒜碎,大葱碎。

{调味料} 鸡蛋一粒,蚝油1茶匙, 酱油3汤匙, 黑酱油1汤匙,糖和胡椒粉适量, 搅拌成混合酱料备用。

{做法}

1. 先把隔夜米饭和综合酱汁拌均备用。

2. 起油锅爆香大葱和蒜碎,加入香菇丝炒香后再加萝卜丝和烧肉拌炒一下。

3. 然后,加入一半的蛋液炒至半熟时加入隔夜米饭不停地拌炒, 再将另一半的蛋液加入继续翻炒,将米饭炒散,最后加入青菜丝炒均匀即可。

Egg Fried Rice with Roasted Pork

{Ingredients} Roasted pork (diced), overnight white rice, shredded mushroom (soaked till tender), shredded carrots, shredded green veggies (blanch over boiling water that add with some oil and salt, drain and set aside), eggs x 2 (beaten with some sesame oil, pepper and soy sauce), chopped garlic and onion.

{Seasonings} Egg x 1, oyster sauce x 1 tsp, soy sauce x 3 tbsp, dark soy sauce x 1 tbsp, some sugar and pepper, mix all well.

{Method}

1. Mix the seasonings with overnight white rice, ensure they are well combined.

2. Heat up oil to sauté chopped garlic and onion, add in mushroom stir-fry till fragrant only add in shredded carrot and diced roasted pork.

3. Then, add in half of the egg’s mixtures to cook until half moist only add in white rice and stirring continuously, follow by add in another half of the egg’s mixture, stir-fry for 1-2 mins and add in the green veggies to stir-fry until mix well. Serve hot.

此道快手菜我喜欢拿来当配菜,尤其是配跟汤类的粉面类,可以提味嘛!

蒜葱香菇肉炒蛋

{材料} 猪肉丝(用适量米酒,酱油和黑酱油腌10分钟), 萝卜片,香菇3朵(泡软切丁), 蒜碎, 鸡蛋3粒(加一点青葱丁,麻油,胡椒粉和酱油打散备用)

{调味料} 酱油1茶匙

{做法}

1. 起油锅先把鸡蛋炒至8分熟,盛起备用。

2. 用回炒蛋锅,预热1大匙油爆香蒜碎,加入香菇丁炒香。

3. 然后,加入萝卜片和猪肉丝翻炒一下,调入酱油和鸡蛋拌炒均匀即可。

Stir-fried Mushroom Pork and Eggs

{Ingredients} Slices pork (marinate with some rice wine, soy sauce and black soy sauce for 10 mins), slices carrot, mushroom x 3 (soaked till tender and diced), chopped garlic, eggs x 3 (Beat with some diced green onions, sesame oil, pepper and soy sauce).

{Seasonings} Soy sauce x 1 tsp

{Method}

1. Heat up oil to fry the egg mixture until barely set, remove and set aside.

2. Heat another 1 tbsp of oil to sauté chopped garlic; add in diced mushroom to stir-fry until fragrant.

3. Then, add in carrots and slices pork to stir-fry for a while, season it soy sauce, add cooked eggs to stir-frying till mix well, serve.

自家椰浆饭的基本材料

自家椰浆饭的配料准备过程

自家椰浆饭成品完成时很满足,呵呵!
家里剩菜,昨晚的咖喱鸡,加上煮咖喱鸡剩下的椰浆也可以演变成今天的午晚餐!

自家改良版椰浆饭

{基本材料} 白米两杯 (洗净, 泡水1小时),水2杯(加盐1/4茶匙),椰浆50毫升,香草叶2-3片(撕开打结,没有可以不放但会少了些香气咯), 水煮蛋2粒(切片),黄瓜(切片,我今天就漏了它和花生,所以没放!)

{Sambal江鱼仔材料} 江鱼仔(预先炸好备用),洋葱丝,叁巴即煮酱料2汤匙,水,盐和糖少许。

{做法}

1. 白米泡好后,加入水,椰浆,香草叶拌均后煮熟即可。

2. 然后开始煮江鱼仔材料,放一汤匙油炒洋葱丝至软,加入其它材料焖煮一会即可。

3. 咖喱鸡配料是前一天吃剩的,由于没有黄瓜配菜,只好随意从冰箱里拿有的材料煮成甜椒鸡肉当加料,呵呵。

Home style Nasi Lemak

{Ingredients} White rice x 2 cups (washed and soaked for 1 hour), water x 2 cups (add in salt x ¼ tsp), coconut milk x 50 ml, pandan leaves x 2-3pcs (fold over, if do not have can go without it just less some fragrant flavor), hard-boiled eggs x 2 (halves), cucumber (slices, I forgot about it and peanut too, so do not use).

{Sambal Ikan Bilis Ingredients} Ikan bilis (Deep fried and keep aside), shredded onions, instant sambal sauce x 2 tbsp, some water, salt and sugar.

{Method}

1. After done 1 hour soaking, start cooks the white rice with water, coconut milk and pandan leaves till cooked.

2. Then, heat up pan with 1 tbsp of oil to sauté shredded onion till tender, add in other sambal ikan bilis’s ingredients and simmer cook for a while.

3. Curry chicken is leftover from yesterday, with no cucumber as side dish, I just use leftover ingredients in fridge to cook bell pepper chicken as additional side dish.

简单快手的冰箱剩菜料理,有时真的不用想很多的啦,随意煮也就是家庭味的一餐了!

黄瓜青椒炒蛋

{材料} 黄瓜1条(去皮切片),青甜椒半个(去籽,切小块状),萝卜丝,鸡蛋3粒(加点麻油,酱油和胡椒粉打散备用),蒜碎,小红葱碎。

{调味料} 蚝油1汤匙,水2汤匙,盐和胡椒粉适量。

{做法}

1. 起油锅先把鸡蛋炒熟备用。

2. 再起油锅爆香蒜葱碎, 加入萝卜丝,黄瓜和甜椒与调味料翻炒至断生,加入做法1的鸡蛋拌炒一下即可。

Scrambled Eggs with Cucumber and Green Bell Pepper

{Ingredients} Cucumber x 1 (peeled and sliced), green bell pepper x ½ (seeded, diced), shredded carrots, eggs x 3 (beaten with some sesame oil, soy sauce and pepper), chopped garlic and shallots.
{Seasonings} Oyster sauce x 1 tbsp, water x 2 tbsp, some salt and pepper.

{Method}

1. Heat up oil to cook the eggs and set aside.

2. Then, heat up oil again to sauté chopped garlic and shallot, add in carrots, cucumbers, bell pepper and seasonings; stirring often to ensure well mixed, add in method 1 eggs and stir-fry for a while. Serve hot.

材料和过程
如今的午晚餐,大多数配料都是天使和我们的大同小异啦,
现在的午晚餐,娃和我们的配料大多数都是大同小异,就只是煮法有点不一样而已,呵呵!

香菇双蔬鸡肉天使意面

{材料} 天使意面, 香菇3多(泡软,切丝, 泡香菇水留着炒面时用), 生菜丝(用加了盐和一点油的沸水川烫备用),萝卜丝,鸡肉片(用米酒,酱油和胡椒粉腌5分钟),洋葱碎,鸡蛋2粒(加点麻油,酱油和胡椒粉打散,起油锅先炒熟备用), 红番椒碎少许。

{调味料} 鲍鱼汁1茶匙,蒜粉1汤匙,盐和和胡椒粉适量。

{做法}

1. 取一深锅,注入适量的水,少许盐与橄榄油煮开后, 放入面条煮大约7分钟, 捞起过冷水拌入一点橄榄油备用。

2. 热 3大匙橄榄油锅, 放入香菇丝,红番椒碎,与洋葱碎炒香, 加入鸡肉和萝卜丝拌炒一下后再加面条,香菇水,鸡蛋碎与调味料翻炒均匀就OK了。

3. 最好,准备要吃时撒上生菜丝拌一拌即可.

Angel hair pasta with mushroom, veggies and chicken

{Ingredients} Angel hair pasta, mushroom x 3 (soaked till tender, shredded, water that used to soak the mushroom kept for later use.), shredded lettuce (blanch over the boiling water that add with some salt and oil, drain well and set aside), shredded carrot, slices chicken (marinate with some rice wine, soy sauce and pepper for 5 mins), chopped onions, eggs x 2(beaten with some sesame oil, soy sauce and pepper, and cooked for later used.), pinch of chili flakes.

{Seasonings} Abalone sauce x 1 tsp, garlic powder x 1 tbsp, some salt and pepper to taste.

{Method}

1. Bring some water with salt and olive oil to a boil; add pasta to boiling water to cook for about 7 mins, remove and drain with cold water and toss with some olive oil, set aside.

2. Heat up pan with 3 tbso of olive oil to sauté shredded mushrooms, chili flakes and chopped onion till fragrant, add in slices chicken and carrots to mix well; follow by add in pasta, mushroom water, cooked eggs and seasonings continue to stirring for well combined.

3. Lastly, garnish with shredded lettuce and serve hot.

炒饭过程
炒好饭,我通常放入电饭锅保温,因为大多都是两餐的量嘛!

玉米维也纳香肠蛋炒饭

{材料} 玉米粒,维也纳香肠3条(切丁状),洋葱丝,萝卜丝,蒜碎,鸡蛋三粒(加点麻油,酱油和胡椒粉打散备用),隔夜白饭2杯。

{调味料} 酱油1汤匙,盐,糖和胡椒粉适量。

{做法}

1. 起1汤匙油锅先把洋葱丝和香肠丁炒香后,加入玉米粒和萝卜丝翻炒均匀备用。

2. 另起3汤匙油锅,爆香蒜碎后,加入一半的蛋液炒至半熟时加入隔夜白饭和调味料不停地拌炒,将米饭炒散。

3. 将另一半的蛋液加入继续翻炒,最后加入做法1的材料炒均匀即可。

Corn and Vienna sausage Fried Rice

{Ingredients} Sweet corns, Vienna sausage x 3 (diced), shredded onions, shredded carrots, chopped garlic, eggs x 3 (beaten with some sesame oil, soy sauce and pepper, set aside), overnight white rice x 2 cups.

{Seasonings} Soy sauce x 1 tbsp, some salt, sugar and pepper.

{Method}

1. Heat up 1 tbsp oil to sauté onions and sausage till fragrant, add in sweet corns and carrots to stir-fry until mix well.

2. Heat up 3 tbsp oil in another pan to sauté chopped garlic till fragrant and lightly brown, add in half of the egg’s mixture to cook until half moist only add in white rice, stirring continuously.

3. Then, follow by add in another half of the egg’s mixture, stir-fry for 1 to 2 mins and add in method 1 ingredients and stir-fry until all ingredients well combined. Serve hot.

这还真的是临时抱佛脚的“秒杀”快手菜,呵呵!出乎意料的好吃,或许即煮酱料买对了哈……嘻嘻!

叁巴酱水煮蛋

{材料} 水煮蛋5粒(对半切),洋葱碎少许。

{调味料} 即食叁巴酱适量,水一大匙。

{做法}

1. 起油锅爆香洋葱碎,加入叁巴酱炒香,加入一点水以防变干。(口味重的可以加点酱油和糖)

2. 然后,把翻热了的叁巴酱铺上水煮蛋即可。

Sambal Chili Sauce Hard Boiled Eggs

{Ingredients} Hard-boiled eggs x 5 (cut into half), chopped onions.

{Seasonings} Instant Sambal paste (Malaysian-style chili sauce)

{Method}

1. Heat up oil in frying pan to sauté chopped onions till fragrant, add in sambal paste and water. (According to personal preference, add in the soy sauce and sugar for extra taste.)

2. Then, coated the eggs with the heated sambal sauce.

吃了鼎泰丰的葱油拌面后,再次提醒自己好像之前做的葱油拌面味道还不足,应该加些大葱碎或小红葱碎更加像在餐馆吃的那般好滋味。不断尝试几次后,面条卖相虽然不怎么佳,因为懒妈妈图个快字,弄烂点没加调味料前, 拿起来一些拌上江鱼仔粉(通常我会把江鱼仔煎至酥脆后搅拌成粉状,存入冰箱可以耐三周!)汤娃就可以吃啦,但是双葱油真的香很多。

双葱油香菇肉碎拌面

{材料} 面条(川烫好备用), 洋葱丁,青葱丁, 香菇丁(泡软), 肉碎(用一点黑酱油,酱油和胡椒粉腌5分钟), 水煮鸡蛋(切片备用)

{调味料}黑酱油 ½ 茶匙,蚝油1茶匙, 酱油2 汤匙, 糖1茶匙, 水3汤匙(有泡香菇的水更好),和胡椒粉少许,全部混合拌均,用微波炉30秒叮热备用 。

{做法}

1. 起油锅先把香菇肉碎炒香和熟备用。

2. 另起5大匙的油锅以中火爆香大葱和青葱丁至深褐色备用。

3. 然后,把川烫的面条,调味料和葱油拌均后,装盘加入香菇肉碎和水煮蛋当配料即可享用。

Double Onions Mushroom Minced Meat Noodles

{Ingredients} Noodles (boiled, drained well and set aside), diced onion, diced green onion, diced mushroom (soaked till tender), minced meat (marinate with some dark soy sauce, soy sauce and pepper for 5 mins), boiled eggs (sliced)

{Seasonings} Dark soy sauce x ½ tsp, oyster sauce x 1 tsp, soy sauce x 2 tbsp, sugar x 1 tsp, water x 3 tbsp (Use water that use to soak the mushroom if do keep) and some pepper, mixed well and microwave it for 3 seconds.

{Method}

1. Heat up oil to stir-fry diced mushroom and minced meat till cooked, dish up and set aside.

2. Heat up another 5 tbsp of oil to sauté diced onions and green onions under medium heat till dark brown color, remove and set aside.

3. Then, put in cooked noodles, seasonings and onion’s oil in a bowl and mix well, arrange well-mixed noodles with some cooked mushroom meats and eggs slices on a serving plate.
