蛋炒肉碎萝卜豆干 Stir-fry Egg with carrot, bean curd and minced chicken
蛋炒肉碎萝卜豆干的过程 

蛋炒肉碎萝卜豆干

{材料} 五香卤豆干1快(切片), 萝卜片,鸡肉碎, 鸡蛋3粒(加少许盐, 胡椒粉与麻油打散备用),蒜碎, 小红葱碎。

{调味料} 酱油1茶匙,豆瓣酱1茶匙,糖和胡椒粉少许。

{做法}

1. 平底锅烧热1汤匙有, 先把鸡蛋炒碎炒熟备用。

2. 继续用炒蛋的锅热另1茶匙的油, 爆香蒜和小红葱碎后, 加入鸡肉碎,萝卜片,豆干片和调味料拌炒均匀。

3. 然后, 加入熟的鸡蛋碎拌均即成。

Stir-fry Egg with carrot, bean curd and minced chicken

{Ingredients} Five spices bean curd x 1 (sliced), shredded carrot, minced chicken, egg x 3 (beaten with some salt, pepper and sesame oil), chopped garlic, chopped shallots.

{Seasonings} Soy sauce x 1 tsp, bean paste x 1 tsp, some sugar and pepper

{Method}

1. Heat pan with 1 tbsp of oil to fry the egg mixture till cooked, remove and set aside.

2. Add in 1 tbsp of olive oil in the pan that used to fry egg and bring it hot to sauté chopped garlic and shallots till fragrant, add in minced chicken, shredded carrot, five spices bean curd and seasonings to stir-fry till mix well.

3. Then, add in cooked egg pieces to stir fry till well combined and serve hot.
