西班牙土豆蛋饼 Spanish Omelette

马铃薯煎蛋饼的过程

简单好吃的土豆煎鸡蛋饼

喜欢吃鸡蛋多多且厚实感的男女人们自行再加两粒吧,煎的过程中,大天使不停地在厨房徘徊还碎碎念很香啊,等一下我要吃好多好多,呵呵!

西班牙土豆蛋饼

{材料} 马铃薯2-3粒(去皮切薄片泡水,要用时沥干备用),紫洋葱半粒(切片),鸡蛋3粒(加点芝麻油,盐和黑胡椒粉打散备用)。

{调味料} 盐和黑胡椒适量。

{做法}

1. 起油锅把马铃薯片双面翻炒3分钟左右后加入洋葱片和调味料继续煎至马铃薯变成金黄色。

2. 然后,熄火把马铃薯洋葱片倒入鸡蛋液中泡大约五分钟。

3. 再起油锅, 将马铃薯洋葱片鸡蛋液倒入双面煎至金黄色即可。

Spanish Omelette

{Ingredients} Potatoes x 2-3 pcs (peeled, sliced and soaked in water, drain well when ready to use), onion x ½ pcs (sliced), eggs x 3 (beaten with some sesame oil, salt and black pepper).

{Seasonings} Some salt and black pepper.

{Directions}

1. Heat up oil to sauté both side of potatoes slices for 3 mins only add in onion slices and seasonings to continue fry till potatoes change to golden yellow colour.

2. Then, pour the potatoes onions slices into the egg mixture to soak for about 5 mins.

3. Heat up oil again to fry the egg mixture till both sides turn to golden yellow color and dish up.
