玉米腊肠焖饭 Corn and chinese sausage rice

玉米腊肠焖饭
懒人的一餐, 这种焖饭省下很多准备的时间。做饭做到累时又无法抽空休息就做这一道吧, 简易清淡挺好的!

玉米腊肠焖饭

{材料} 白米1杯,玉米一条(切成粒状), 腊肠两条(去外衣切片), 鸡柳片(用少许蒜碎,小红葱碎与姜碎, 还有米酒和盐腌10分钟)

{调味料} 酱油1汤匙, , 盐1茶匙和胡椒粉少许。

{做法}

1. 将白米洗净后与其它材料和调味料搅和均匀, 一起放在电饭锅里煮熟即可。

{Ingredients} White rice x 1 cup, corn x 1 (diced), chinese sausage x 2( sliced), chicken fillets (marinades with some chopped garlic, shallot, ginger, rice wine and salt for 10 mins)

{Seasonings} Soy sauce x 1 tbsp, salt x 1 tsp and some pepper.

{Method}

1. Wash rice as normal and then mixed well with other ingredients and seasonings, cook together in the rice cooker and serve hot.
