九层塔炒鸡柳

{材料} 鸡柳(用黑酱油, 糖和酱油腌10分钟), 九层塔 (洗净备用),洋葱丝, 三色甜椒(切片), 蒜碎, 姜碎

{调味料} 柠檬汁1茶匙, 蚝油1茶匙, 盐1茶匙,料酒1/2汤匙

{做法}

1. 烧热油锅爆香蒜姜碎后, 加入甜椒片炒香, 再加入洋葱丝拌炒均匀。

2. 然后, 加入鸡柳翻炒至快熟时, 调入调味料炒均匀。

3. 最后, 放入九层塔翻炒均匀即成。

{Ingredients} Chicken fillets (marinates with some black soy sauce, sugar and soy sauce for 10 mins), basils, shredded onions , tricolor bell peppers (sliced), chopped garlic and ginger

{Seasonings} Lemon juice x 1 tsp, oyster sauce x 1 tsp, salt x 1 tsp, shaoxing wine x ½ tbsp

{Method}

1. Heat up some oil to sauté chopped garlic and ginger till fragrant, put in bell pepper, follow by shredded onion, continue to stir fry till mix well.

2. Then, add in chicken fillets and seasonings to stir well.

3. Lastly, add in basil continue to cook for a while will do. Ready to serve.

  1. 我家里种了一棵九层塔,长得蛮茂盛一下,但是除了剪一点来拍照,就不曾拿来煮,下次可以试试这一道菜。
