{材料} 鲶鱼片300克(洗净用腌料腌30分钟),万能拌炒酱2大匙, 青葱丁与香菜(洗净切碎)适量

{腌料} 胡椒粉与盐少许
 
{调味料} 豆酱 1茶匙, 糖少许, 水适量

{做法}

1. 起油锅爆香万能拌炒酱与青葱丁, 加入豆酱拌炒一下后, 加入鱼片。

2. 然后, 再加入水煮至沸后调入糖与香菜碎拌炒均匀即可。

Multipurpose Stir-Fry Sauce Fish Fillet

{Ingredients} Cat fish fillet x 300g, (wash and marinate with marinades sauce for 30 mins), multipurpose stir-fry sauce x 2 tbsp, some diced green onion and cilantro (wash and chopped)

{Marinades Sauce} Some pepper and salt

{Seasonings} Bean paste x 1 tsp, a pinch of sugar and some water

{Method}

1. Heat up oil in pan to sauté multipurpose sauce and diced green onion till fragrant, add in bean paste and fish fillet to stir-fry throughly.

2. Then, add in some water and season with sugar plus add in chopped cilantro to mix them well. Serve hot.
