豆奶布丁 Soy Milk Pudding

豆奶布丁
本来想做龙眼豆奶布丁的, 但是家里没有罐头龙眼就只好这样啦, 因为真的嘴馋呐!呵呵。

豆奶布丁

{材料A} 豆奶1000克, 淡奶150克(混合拌均)

{材料B} 冷水500克, 燕菜粉15克(拌均匀)

{调味料} 糖150克

{做法}

1. 取一深锅, 倒入材料B以小火煮溶, 加入糖煮滚。

2. 然后, 慢慢倒入材料A搅拌均匀即熄火。

3. 倒入预先准备好的摸具里, 待凝固后存入冰箱冷藏后才食用。

Soy Milk Pudding

{Ingredients A} Soy milk 1000g, evaporated milk x 150g (Stir and mix well)

{Ingredients B} Cold water x 500g, agar-agar powder x 15g (mix well)

{Seasonings} Sugar x 150g

{Method} 

1. Use a big pot; pour in ingredients B and cook under low heat till dissolve only add in sugar, bring to boil.

2. Then, slowly pour in ingredients and stir it from time to time for about a while or till see bubbles, turn off heat.

3. Pour the hot soy milk mixture into containers or ramekins, allow sitting for about 30 mins to cool only chill in fridge for a few hours before enjoys.

  1. Can I know what type or brand of soy milk we need to use to make the pudding ?
    The evaporated milk is the watery type or the sticky condense milk?

    1. You can get any brand of soy milk from grocery,i use pure original soy milk! Hope this answer help ya!
