豆卜肉丸 Soybean Cake Meatballs

豆卜肉丸制作过程
离开厨房两周的时间还过得真快...心散了一地后, 是时候逐块拼好, 回归现实重穿起围裙认真地继续“煮妇”的生涯啦...呵呵!!
豆卜肉丸

{材料} 豆卜(洗净切半), 猪肉碎,鸡肉碎, 香菇丁, 蒜碎, 小红葱碎, 青葱丁适量

{腌料} 栗粉1汤匙, 五香粉1茶匙, 蚝油1/2茶匙, 酱油1/2茶匙, 橄榄油,糖,盐与胡椒粉少许

{调味料} 水,酱油与蚝油1/2茶匙, 胡椒粉少许,栗粉1/2茶匙拌均成混合酱汁备用

{做法}

1. 将鸡猪肉碎, 香菇丁, 蒜碎和小红葱碎用腌料搅拌均匀后腌上至少30分钟。

2. 然后将腌好的肉碎放上豆卜整好型。

3. 锅里放2-3大匙油, 肉面朝下先煎成浅金黄色后翻面, 倒入混合酱汁煮至汁浓, 撒上青葱丁即可。

Soybean Cake Meatballs

{Ingredients} Soybean cake (wash and cut into half), ground pork and chicken, diced mushroom, chopped garlic, chopped shallots, diced green onion in right amount.

{Marinades} Corn starch x 1 tbsp, five spice powder x 1 tsp, oyster sauce x ½ tsp, soy sauce x ½ tsp, some olive oil, sugar, salt and pepper.

{Seasonings} Water, soy sauce and oyster sauce x ½ tsp, some pepper, corn starch x ½, mix well to become a seasonings mixture.

{Method}

1. Marinates the ground pork and chicken, diced mushroom, chopped garlic, chopped shallots with marinades sauce for at least 30 mins.

2. Then, take some amount of marinades ground meat to put on top of soy bean cake to shape it well.

3. Heat up2-3 tbsp of oil in pan, to fry the soy bean cake with meat’s side face down 1st till light golden brown color and then turn to another side, pour in the seasonings mixture and cook till gravy is thicken, sprinkle up some diced green onions and serve hot.
