木耳鸡 Black Fungus Chicken
材料与过程

木耳鸡

{材料} 黑木耳(泡软), 鸡柳(洗净, 用一点米酒, 酱油,胡椒粉与栗粉腌5分钟), 蒜碎, 小红葱碎, 姜碎,八角一个,青葱丁。

{调味料} 盐1/2茶匙, 蚝油一茶匙, 酱油半汤匙, 鸡粉少许, 清水适量,栗粉水一大匙。

{做法}

1. 起油锅爆香八角和蒜葱姜碎后, 加入黑木耳拌炒一下。

2. 然后, 再加入腌好的鸡柳与调味料(除了栗粉水)炒均匀。

3. 最后, 加入青葱丁与栗粉水翻炒一下即可。

Black Fungus Chicken

{Ingredients} Black fungus (soak till tender), chicken fillets (wash, marinates with some rice wine, soy sauce, pepper and corn starch for 5 mins), chopped garlic, shallot, ginger, star anise x 1, diced green onions.

{Seasonings} Salt x ½ tsp, oyster sauce x 1 tsp, soy sauce x ½ tbsp, some chicken powder, water and corn flour solution.

{Method}

1. Heat up oil to sauté star anise and chopped garlic, shallot and ginger; add in black fungus to stir-fry a while.

2. Then, add in chicken fillets and seasonings (except corn flour solution) to continue stir fry until well mixed.

3. Lastly, add in diced green onion and corn flour solution, serve hot.
