蟹柳肉碎蛋粥 Crab-stick Minced Pork Egg Congee


蟹柳肉碎蛋粥

{材料}白米1½杯,肉碎适量(用少许盐,酱油,胡椒粉与栗粉腌10分钟),鸡蛋一粒(加点盐打散备用),蟹柳(洗净切丁, 用热水川烫一下备用)蒜碎, 小红葱碎适量

{调味料} 盐1茶匙,鸡粉,麻油与胡椒粉少许。

{做法}

1. 白米淘洗干净后,放入电饭锅加8大杯水用”慢煮”功能煮一个小时。

2. 起油锅爆香蒜葱碎, 加入腌好的肉片翻炒至熟备用。

3. 然后,把炒好的肉碎加上蟹柳与鸡蛋液拌入粥内, 调入调味料续而再煮多15分钟即可食用。

Crab-stick Minced Pork Egg Congee

{Ingredients} White rice x 1 ½ cup, minced pork (marinate with some salt, soy sauce, pepper and corn starch for 10 mins), egg x 1 (beaten with some salt), crab stick (wash and diced, blanch over hot water and set aside), some chopped garlic and shallots.

{Seasonings} Salt x 1 tsp, some chicken powder, sesame oil and pepper.

{Method}

1. Wash white rice, cook in electric rice cooker under “slow cook” function for 1 hour.

2. Heat up oil to sauté chopped garlic and shallot till fragrant, add in minced pork to stir fry until cook.

3. Then, add in cooked minced pork together with crab stick and egg mixture into the congee, season with seasonings and continue to cook for another 15 mins, ready to serve.
