腊肠蒸马铃薯 Steamed Potatoes With Chinese Sausage

腊肠蒸马铃薯过程
这可是原汁原味的菜肴, 不用放任何调味料也无妨!

腊肠蒸马铃薯

{材料} 马铃薯2粒, 腊肠2条, 姜丝,蒜碎与青葱丁适量

{调味料} 蒜粉少许(不放也可)

{做法}

1. 马铃薯去皮切薄片, 泡水备用。

2. 腊肠去肠衣切片, 干煎双面2-3分钟取出备用。

3. 将马铃薯沥干水分排盘, 再排满煎好的腊肠片, 撒上姜丝与蒜碎, 大火蒸上15-20分钟。最后, 撒上青葱丁与蒜粉。

Steamed Potatoes With Chinese Sausage

{Ingredients} Potato x 2, chinese sausage x 2, some shredded ginger, chopped garlic and diced green onion

{Seasonings} Some garlic powder (optional)

{Method}

1. Peel the potatoes and cut into slices, soaked in water and set aside.

2. Discard a thin layer from chinese sausage, fey in dry pan for both sides about 2-3 mins, dish up and set aside.

3. Drain the potatoes dry and arrange on the steam plate, put the chinese sausage on top of the potatoes, follow by add in ginger and garlic, use high heat to steam for 15-20 mins. Lastly, decorate with green onion and garlic powder.
