Tomatoes Fried Rice Vermicelli
番茄炒米粉

{材料}米粉(泡软), 蒜碎, 小红葱碎,番茄2粒(切丁),萝卜丝, 鸡蛋2粒(加点盐, 胡椒粉与麻油打散)

{调味料} 番茄酱3汤匙, 盐与糖适量

{做法}

1. 起油锅先把蛋炒熟备用。

2. 然后, 再用3大匙油爆香蒜葱碎, 加入番茄丁炒出红水后再加萝卜丝拌炒一下。

3. 调入调味料,续而加入泡软的米粉以大火快炒2-3分钟, 再加入炒好的鸡蛋翻炒均匀即可。

Tomatoes Fried Rice Vermicelli

{Ingredients} Rice vermicelli (soak till tender), chopped garlic, chopped shallot, tomato x 2 (diced), shredded carrot, eggs x 2 (beaten with some salt, pepper and sesame oil)

{Seasonings} Tomato sauce x 3 tbsp, some salt and sugar.

{Method}

1. Heat up oil in frying pan to stir-fry egg mixture till cooked, set aside.

2. Then, add in another 3 tbsp of oil to sauté chopped garlic and shallot till fragrant, add in diced tomatoes and follow by shredded carrot to continue stir-fry a while.

3. Add in seasonings and rice vermicelli to stir-fry over high heat for 2-3 mins, continue with add in cooked egg to stir-fry till well mix.
