豆酱排骨 Bean Paste Spare Ribs

豆酱排骨

{材料} 排骨, 蒜碎,小红葱碎, 姜碎,干辣椒3-5根(用热水泡软)

{调味料} 豆瓣酱1茶匙, 黑豆豉酱1茶匙,酸梅酱1汤匙,酱油1茶匙,黑酱油 ½ 茶匙,糖1汤匙, 绍兴酒1汤匙,胡椒粉少许。

{做法}

1. 将排骨和其他材料与调味料腌上至少30分钟。

2. 然后, 放入煮沸了开水的蒸锅中蒸上15分钟或至熟即可。

Bean Paste Pork Ribs

{Ingredients} Pork ribs, chopped garlic, chopped shallot, chopped ginger, dried chili x 3-5 (soaked in hot water till tender.)

{Seasonings} Bean paste x 1 tsp, black bean paste x 1 tsp, plum sauce x 1 tbsp, soy sauce x 1 tsp, dark soy sauce x ½ tsp, sugar x 1 tbsp, Shaoxing wine x 1 tbsp, some pepper.

{Method}

1. Marinate pork ribs with others ingredients and seasonings for at least 30 mins.

2. Then, steam under steamer that fills with boiling water for 15 mins or till cook.
