炸豆干肉碎

{材料} 豆干(切块状), 肉碎(用料酒,酱油和胡椒粉腌上15分钟),萝卜丝,蒜碎,小红葱碎,红辣椒碎。

{调味料} 酱油1茶匙, 海鲜酱1汤匙,糖和鸡粉适量。

{做法}

1. 用适量的热油锅把豆干块炸至双面金黄色备用。

2. 起油锅爆香蒜葱与辣椒碎后,加入肉碎炒至变色。

3. 然后,加入萝卜丝,炸好的豆干和调味料翻炒均匀即可。

Fried Tofu Ground Chicken

{Ingredients} Medium firm tofu (cut into pieces), minced chicken (marinate with some Shaoxing wine, soy sauce and pepper for 15 mins), shredded carrots, chopped garlic, shallot and red chili.

{Seasonings} Soy sauce x 1 tsp, Hoisin sauce x 1tbsp, some sugar and chicken powder.

{Method}

1. Deep-fried medium firm tofus in hot oil till both sides turn to golden yellow color, set aside.

2. Heat up some oil to sauté chopped garlic, shallot and red chili, add in minced chicken to stir-fry till turn color.

3. Then, add in shredded, fried tofu and seasonings to continue sit-fry till all mix well.
