西红柿木耳炒蛋
{材料} 番茄2粒, 黑木耳(泡发,切小块状),鸡蛋3粒((加点麻油,胡椒粉和盐打散备用), 蒜碎,小红葱碎。
{调味料} 番茄酱1 汤匙, 蚝油1茶匙,水1汤匙,盐和糖适量。
{做法}
1. 番茄过沸水去皮,切块状。
2. 起2大匙油锅将鸡蛋炒碎盛起备用。
3. 用炒鸡蛋的锅再加点油爆香蒜葱碎,加入番茄块和木耳翻炒一会儿。
4. 然后,调入调味料炒均后再加入鸡蛋碎翻炒一下即可。
Tomatoes and Black Fungus Fried Eggs
{Ingredients} Tomatoes x 2, black fungus (soaked till double in sized, cut into small pieces), eggs x 3 (beaten with some sesame oil, pepper and salt), chopped garlic and shallot.
{Seasonings} Tomato sauce x 1 tbsp, oyster sauce x 1 tsp, water x 1 tbsp, some salt and sugar.
{Method}
1. Blanch the tomato over the boiling water to peel off the skin, cut into pieces.
2. Heat up 2 tbsp of oil to stir-fry the egg mixture till cook, set aside.
3. Use back the same frying pan, add in some oil to sauté chopped garlic and shallot till fragrant, and add in tomatoes and black fungus to stir-fry for a while.
4. Then, season in the seasonings to mix all the ingredients well only follow by add in the egg to continue stir-fry till well combined, serve hot.
