旧作留到今天才甘愿动手写,但是每隔一两月还是会重复的快手菜之一。说真的,美食可以很随意,只要煮得开心就好!

三杯杏鲍菇

{材料} 杏鲍菇 6个(洗净切成块状),红甜椒半个(洗净切块状), 肉片(用酱油和胡椒粉腌5分钟),蒜片,九层塔

{调味料} 麻油1茶匙,酱油2汤匙,, 米酒1汤匙, 盐和糖少许, 调成综合酱汁备用。

{做法}

1. 起油锅爆香蒜片后, 加入肉片炒至变色。

2. 加入杏鲍菇拌炒至有点黄时,加入甜椒块和综合酱汁拌炒1-2分钟。

3. 最后放入九层塔,翻炒均匀即可。

Three Cups King Oyster Mushroom

{Ingredients} King oyster mushroom x 6 (wash and cut into bite size pcs), red bell pepper x ½ (wash and cut into bite size pcs), sliced pork (marinate with some soy sauce and pepper for 5 mins), sliced garlic, basil.

{Seasonings} sesame oil x 1 tsp, soy sauce x 2 tbsp, rice wine x 1 tbsp, some salt and sugar, mix all well in a bowl.

{Method}

1. Heat up oil to sauté sliced garlic till fragrant, add in sliced pork to stir-fry till change color.

2. Then, add in oyster mushroom to continue stirring till bit yellowish, add in bell pepper and seasonings to stir-fry to mix them well for about 1-2 mins.

3. Lastly, put in basil and mix well.
