木瓜排骨汤 Papaya Pork Ribs Soup


无汤不欢的节奏再次“稳住”我家的厨房,呵呵!

木瓜排骨汤

{材料} 熟木瓜(去皮切块), 排骨适量(泡清水半小时或川烫去血水), 红枣5颗。

{调味料} 盐适量。

{做法}

1. 煮沸一大锅清水, 把全部材料放入燉煮1小时半左右即可。

{Ingredients} Papaya (skinless and cut in pieces), some pork ribs (soaked in water for 30 mins or blanch over boiling water to clean the ribs), red dates x 5.

{Seasonings} Some salt.

{Method}

1. Bring a pot of water to boil, add in all ingredients and stew for 1 and half hours.
