当归蒸鸡 Steamed Dang Gui Chicken
又到了爱惜自己的时间,简易的补一补,元气才能达标啊!
当归蒸鸡
{材料} 半只鸡块,当归片3-4片,红枣3粒(洗净去核切条状),枸杞适量。
{做法}
1. 把鸡块洗净,将绍兴酒2汤匙,蚝油1汤匙和一点盐均匀涂抹在鸡块上腌20-30分钟左右。
2. 然后将洗好的当归片, 红枣和枸杞铺上鸡块,搅拌均匀,用锡箔纸包好。
3. 送入蒸锅,蒸25-30分钟或至熟即可。
Steamed Dang Gui Chicken
{Ingredients} Half chicken pieces, Dang Gui slices 3-4 pcs, red dates x 3(washed and seedless, cut into sectioned), some goji berries.
{Method}
1. Wash the chicken pieces, add in 2 tbsp of Shao xing wine, 1 tbsp of oyster sauce and some salt to coat the chicken pcs lightly and marinate for 20-30 mins.
2. Then, add in dang gui slices, red dates and goji berries, mixed well and wrapped with aluminium foil.
3. Steam for 25-30 mins or till chicken pieces is cooked.
