油煎蘑菇 Fried Mushrooms

油煎蘑菇

{材料} 白蘑菇(洗净切片)适量。

{调味料} 橄榄油1汤匙, 盐1茶匙, 黑胡椒粉适量。

{做法}

1. 平底锅烧热, 加入橄榄油。

2. 然后放入蘑菇片以中火慢煎, 间中翻炒几下。

3. 等到水份炒出时, 调入盐与黑胡椒粉拌炒至水份收干即可。

Fried Mushrooms

{Ingredients} Some white mushrooms (wash and slice)

{Seasonings} Olive oil x 1 tbsp, salt x 1 tsp, black pepper in right amount.

{Method}

1. Heat up olive oil in frying pan.

2. Then, add in mushroom slices to fry over medium heat, stir accordingly.

3. Season with salt and black pepper and continue stir-fry until water is dry up. Serve hot.
