水果蛋沙拉 Fruit And Egg Salad

水果蛋沙拉
又是简易的一餐, 呵呵!

水果蛋沙拉

{材料} 水煮鸡蛋2个,小番茄10-12粒, 葡萄10-12粒, 盐1/2茶匙,面粉少许

{调味料} 沙拉酱2-3大匙


{做法}

1. 水煮鸡蛋剥去蛋壳, 切半月形。

2. 小番茄放入盐水中浸泡5分钟, 葡萄则放进盐与面粉的水中浸泡5分钟, 然后洗净沥干。

3. 将切好的蛋瓣与水果随意摆在碗中, 淋上沙拉酱即可。

Fruit and Egg Salad

{Ingredients} Boiled egg x 2, cherry tomatoes x 10-12, grapes x 10-12, salt x ½ tsp, some flour

{Seasonings} Mayonnaise x 2-3 tbsp

{Method}

1. Shell eggs and cut into wedges.

2. Soak cherry tomatoes in salted water for 5 mins, soak grapes in salt and flour water for 5 mins. Rinse and drain well.

3. Put eggs and fruits into bowl, drizzle with mayonnaise before serving.
