蛋煎香肠芝士片面包

{材料} 芝士2片,香肠1条(用微波炉预热30秒,切片备用),鸡蛋1粒(打散备用),面包4片

{做法}

1. 鸡蛋打散成蛋液, 将吐司放进去双面沾上蛋液。

2. 平底锅融化适量的牛油,将两片吐司先放下去中火煎。

3. 把芝士片各自放在两片吐司上,再排上香肠片,盖上另两片沾上蛋液的吐司,将双面煎至金黄色即可。

Sausage, Cheese and Eggs Fried Toast

{Ingredients} Cheese slices x 2, sausage x 1 (preheated with microwave, sliced), egg x 1 (Beaten), Toast x 4 slices

{Method}

1. Beat egg in a bowl, coated both sides of each toast with egg mixture.

2. Heat up frying pan to melting butter, put in 2 slices of toast to pan-fry both sides till golden brown.

3. Then, add on cheese slices on top of 2 toast, follw by some sliced sausage, cover with another 2 slices of toast that coated with egg mixture, continue to pan-fry both sides till golden brown.
