烤箱版烤地瓜 Oven Baked Sweet Potato

黄肉地瓜最合我意,特甜幼滑顺口!
跨年时分,但是顶着大肚的我累得哪儿都不想去。出门吃也不懂要吃啥,心情忽高忽低的,有点失魂落魄的彷徨感,最容易的莫过于吃这类简易到不行的懒人饱肚餐。

烤箱版烤地瓜

{材料} 地瓜2个

{做法}

1. 将地瓜洗净,泡盐水5分钟。

2. 将地瓜沥干水分放入铺了锡纸的烤盘。

3. 然后放入预热好的烤箱200◦C/400◦F,烤1小时即可。

{Ingredients} Sweet potato x 2

{Method}

1. Wash the sweet potato and soaked in salted water for 5 mins.

2. Put the sweet potato on the baking pan that coated with aluminium foil.

3. Then, baked it in preheated oven 200◦C/400◦F for 1 hour.
