金针菇木耳肉丝 Stir-fry Slices Pork with Enoki Mushroom and Black Fungus

金针菇木耳肉丝

{材料} 黑木耳(泡软,切片), 金针菇1包(洗净),肉丝(用一点米酒和酱油腌上5分钟), 萝卜丝, 红辣椒丝,蒜碎,小红葱碎。

{调味料} 盐1茶匙,料酒 ½ 茶匙,水1汤匙,糖和鸡粉适量 。

{做法}

1. 起油锅,爆香蒜葱和辣椒丝,加入肉丝炒至变色。

2. 然后,加入木耳,萝卜丝和金针菇翻炒一下,调入调味料拌炒至香浓即可。

Stir-fry Slices Pork with Enoki Mushroom and Black Fungus

{Ingredients} Black fungus (soaked, cut into bite sizes), enoki mushroom x 1 (wash), shredded porks (marinate with some rice wine and soy sauce for 5 mins), shredded carrots, shredded red chili, chopped garlic and shallot.

{Seasonings} Salt x 1 tsp, Shaoxing wine x ½ tsp, water x 1 tbsp, some sugar and chicken powder.

{Method}

1. Heat up oil to sauté chopped garlic, shallot and chili, add in shredded pork to stir-fry till change colour.

2. Then, add in other ingredients and seasonings to stir till thick and aromatic. Serve hot.
