芽菜豆干 Bean sprout with medium firm tofu

芽菜豆干

{材料} 芽菜 (洗净,过热水后泡入冷水备用), 豆干 (切块状), 四季豆 (切段状), 蒜碎,红辣椒碎。

{调味料} 酱油1茶匙, 盐少许。

{做法}

1. 豆干和四季豆分别过热油稍微煎一下,沥干备用。

2. 起油锅爆香蒜与辣椒碎, 放入芽菜与调味料拌炒一下后,加入豆干和四季豆炒至均匀即可。

Bean sprout with medium firm tofu

{Ingredients} Bean sprout (wash, blanch over hot water then rinse through cold water, set aside), medium firm tofu (cut into pieces), French bean (cut into sectioned), chopped garlic and red chili.

{Seasonings} Soy sauce x 1 tsp, some salt.

{Method}

1. Tofu and French bean need to blanch over the hot oil separately to slightly fry it, then drain well and set aside.

2. Heat up oil to sauté chopped garlic and red chili, add in bean sproutand seasonings to stir-frying, follow by add in tofu and freanch bean to continue stir-frying till well combine.
