芹菜甜椒菇炒肉碎

{材料} 鸡肉碎(用一点米酒,酱油和胡椒粉腌10分钟), 芹菜(洗净,切条状), 双色甜椒(洗净,切块状), 萝卜片,杏鲍菇片,蒜碎和小红葱碎。

{调味料} 黑酱油 ½ 茶匙, 酱油1汤匙, 蚝油1茶匙,水一汤匙,糖和鸡粉少许,拌成综合酱汁备用。

{做法}

1. 起油锅爆香蒜葱碎后,加入肉碎炒至变色。

2. 然后把其他材料放入,随即调入综合酱汁翻炒至熟即可。

Ground Chicken with Celery, Bell Pepper and Mushroom

{Ingredients} Ground chicken (marinate with some rice wine, soy sauce and pepper for 10 mins), celery (wash, cut into strip), dual-color bell pepper (wash, cut into pieces), carrot slices, oyster mushroom slices, chopped garlic and shallots.

{Seasonings} Black soy sauce x ½ tsp, soy sauce x 1 tbsp, oyster sauce x 1 tsp, water x 1 tbsp, some sugar and chicken powder, mix all well in a small bowl.

{Method}

1. Heat up oil to sauté chopped garlic and shallot; add in ground chicken to stir-fry till turn color.

2. Then, add in other ingredients as well as seasonings to stir-fry till well combine. Serve hot.
