高丽菜萝卜香菇干贝排骨汤 Cabbage Shiitake Scallop Ribs Soup With Carrot

又是煮汤🥣的时间,很希望可以天天都煮汤配饭或粉面类,因为一锅熟很方便,哈哈哈!

高丽菜萝卜香菇干贝排骨汤

{材料} 高丽菜丝,胡萝卜块,排骨适量,香菇两朵(洗净泡软,切丝),干贝适量。

{调味料} 盐少许。

{做法}

1. 全部材料准备好后,放入高压锅中注入适量的水按键煲大约半小时左右,加入调味料拌匀即可趁热享用。

{Ingredients} Shredded cabbage, carrots (sectioned), some pork ribs, shiitake mushroom x 2 (soaked tender, shredded), some dried scallop.

{Seasonings} Salt to taste.

{Method}

1. Preparing all ingredients, put all into pressure cooker with right amout of water, press “soup” button to cook for about 30 mins, season with salt and serve hot.

南瓜🎃不知从何开始一直频繁地出现,天使们差不多每个周末“进货”时都要问:“可以买南瓜吗”?哈哈哈😂😅,有这么爱吗?!

南瓜鸡肉丝

{材料} 南瓜丝, 鸡肉丝(用一点酱油,黑酱油和芝麻油腌5分钟),蒜碎。

{调味料}蔬菜高汤半小碗。

{做法}

1. 烧热1大汤匙油锅将蒜碎爆香,加入肉丝和南瓜丝拌炒一会。

2. 然后,倒入蔬菜高汤小火慢煮8-10分钟即可。

Pumpkin Chicken Stir-fry

{Ingredients}Shredded pumpkin, shredded chicken (marinate with some soy sauce, black soy sauce and sesame oil for 5 mins), chopped garlic.

{Seasonings}Vegetable broth x ½ bowl.

{Method}

1. Heat up 1 tbsp of oil in wok to sauté chopped garlic till fragrant, add in shredded chicken and pumpkin to stir fry for a while.

2. Then, pour in vegetable broth to simmer cook for 8-10 mins and serve hot.

香菇鸡肉蛋炒饭

{材料}白饭适量,香菇四朵(浸软,切丁), 鸡肉片(用芝麻油和料酒腌5分钟),胡萝卜丝, 鸡蛋4粒(加点酱油,胡椒粉和芝麻油打散备用),水煮青菜丝(随意搭配),蒜碎。

{调味料}盐1茶匙,香菇粉1茶匙,蔬菜高汤3汤匙和胡椒粉少许。

{做法}

1. 先1汤匙油把鸡蛋炒熟,盛起备用。

2. 再烧热2-3大汤匙油锅将蒜碎爆香,加入香菇丁,鸡肉和胡萝卜丝以中火快炒至大约七分熟。

3. 然后,将白饭与调味料加入继续中火拌炒至松散后加入做法1的鸡蛋拌一拌即可。

Mushroom Chicken Egg Fried Rice

{Ingredients} Cooked rice, mushroom x4 (soaked till tender, diced), sliced chicken (marinate with some sesame oil and Shaoxing wine), shredded carrots, eggs x 4 (beaten with some soy sauce, pepper and sesame oil), some boiled shredded green veggies(personal preferences), chopped garlic.

{Seasonings} Salt x 1 tsp, mushroom powder x 1 tsp, vegetable broth x 3 tbsp and a pinch of pepper.

{Method}

1. Heat up 1 tbsp of oil to fry the egg mixture till cooked, set aside.

2. Heat up another 2-3 tbsp of oil in wok to sauté chopped garlic till fragrant, add in diced mushroom, chicken and shredded carrot o stir fry over medium heat till well mixed.

清清淡淡地一餐,她们还要求要加几滴酱油提提味呢。

山药枸杞杂蔬粥

{材料}Baby杏鲍菇(洗净切片),山药半根(洗净去皮切块状), 胡萝卜1根(洗净去皮切块状),枸杞2汤匙(洗净),白米1杯。

{调味料} 盐 ½ 茶匙,无盐蔬菜高汤 ½ 杯,芝麻油1汤匙,清水7杯(看个人对粥煮好后的黏稠度的喜好)

{做法}

1. 将白米洗净后,加入全部材料和调味料。

2. 按下高压锅煮粥功能,25分钟左右美味健康的暖胃粥即可开吃啦。

Congee with chinese yam, goji berries and mixed veggies

{Ingredients} Some baby king oyster mushroom (washed and sliced), chinese yam x ½ stick (washed, peeled and sectioned), carrots x 1(washed, peeled and sectioned), goji berries x 2 tbsp (washed), white rice x 1 cup.

{Seasonings} Salt x ½ tsp, unsalted vegetables broth x ½ cup, sesame oil x 1 tbsp, water x 7 cups (According to person’s preferences towards cooked congee condition.)

{Method}

1. Rinse rice, add in all the ingredients and seasonings.

2. Then, pressure cook for about 25 mins and serve hot.

时间真的永远是最好的解决方案。虽然等的过程实在是很煎熬,但是如果没有更好的办法就只能磨耐性地等,等,等咯。开始了家庭餐,不再刻意煮给天使们,但是还是得调“少”一点的调味料啦,免得过于重口味。

杏鲍菇青菜蛋包

{材料}Baby杏鲍菇(洗净切碎), 青菜丝(洗净,在加了点盐和几滴橄榄油的沸水中川烫1分钟左右,捞起沥干备用), 鸡蛋4粒(加点酱油,胡椒粉和芝麻油打散备用),蒜碎。

{调味料} 酱油 ½ 茶匙,无盐蔬菜高汤3汤匙,调成综合酱汁备用。

{做法}

1. 起油锅将蒜 碎爆香,加入杏鲍菇丁拌炒一下,加入综合酱汁拌炒2分钟。

2. 将川烫好的青菜丝放入鸡蛋液里拌均匀后倒入锅中,煎至双面金黄色即可。

{Ingredients} Some baby king oyster mushroom (washed and chopped), shredded green veggies (washed, blanch over boiling water that add with a pinch of salt and few drops of olive oil for about 1 mins, drain well and set aside.), eggs x 4 (beaten with some soy sauce, pepper and sesame oil), chopped garlic。

{Seasonings} Soy sauce x ½ tsp, unsalted vegetables broth x 3 tbsp, mix till well-combined.

{Method}

1. Heat up oil to saute chopped garlic, add in diced baby king oyster mushroom to stir-fry a while, follow by pour in the seasonings to continue stir-frying till mix well for approximately 2 mins.

第二十问-为什么她突然觉得需要恢复经常性的自我反省?因为觉得需要思考的事情多了许多,不想一直瞻前顾后,拖拖拉拉或犹豫不决;因为不想考虑过多而错失良机啊;因为近期火力太强得不断地找机会静下来独立思考如何还原遇事冷静的自己;还有因为想学习“转念”让自己能多洒出香气,少沾上怨气,避免频频生气而导致气大伤身的局面;最重要的是因为不想变成情绪的傀儡。

生气,就是拿别人的错来惩罚自己,这个是每个男女人都知道的道理,但要日日夜夜履行却不是一件简单的事。谁都知道生气会暴露出自己的弱点,偏偏不生“气”很难做到,但这并不意味着没有解决的办法。要承认生活是不公平的, 任何人都不是完美的,不是每件事都会按照计划进行的。在不幸面前,请冷静下来,先冷静下来,只有内心平静了,情绪才能稳定下来,才会发现事情没有你想象的那么糟,更能客观地做出分析和判断。

人是感情的动物,表达情绪是无可厚非的,忍耐和坚持虽然痛苦,但却能渐渐为你带来好处。的确,忍耐一下,三思而后行,冲动便消失得无影无踪。很多时候怒气会自然消退,稍稍耐心等待一下,我知道也明白等待的过程简直是度秒如年,但往往事情就是会这样静静地悄悄地过去。

我们每个人面对生活中的各种困惑、烦忧时,都应该学会宽容、学会理解、学会忍让用宁静博爱的心态,对待世事是非,烦恼自会远离。控制自己的怒气的确是件非常不容易的事情,因为我们每个人的心中永远存在着理智与情感的斗争。如同所有的习惯一样,控制冲动也是一种经过训练继而能得到的能力。

“可以激动,但不可犯罪。可以生气,但不可常常怒气冲冲。” 这就是告诉男女人们要把握生气的度,生气要有底线,不可无顾忌地发怒,否则于人于己都不利。你在短短的时间内要做的事情太多了,但你没有做好,事情出了点意外,于是你觉得懊恼,并因此而感到惭愧,因为你肯定“有修养的人”是不发怒的,而你却动怒,你就因此而讨厌自己了。气量大一点儿吧,如果我们每件事情都要计较,就无法在这大千世界里生活下去。

要做到克制怒气,就必须有很高的修养,有修养的人才是有克制力的人。一个胸怀坦荡的人,是绝不会为一些区区小事(外人看起来的小事却是当事人的大事)看得像天一样大而随意发火的,这样会过于认真反而夸大了自身受到的伤害。即使遇到不顺心的事或受到不公正的待遇时,能做到心平气和地讲道理,心态和平地解决矛盾和问题。(堪称为“神”的境界啦,哈哈!)

食物粉宝宝版烤茄子 Baked Eggplant with Food Powder

她们越来越不能接受没有调味的食物,代表着她们又“大了一圈”,加点调味料的foods对她们而言非常好吃啊,呵呵!

食物粉宝宝版烤茄子

{材料} 茄子一条(去蒂,切半,割花以便扫调味料时更入味),蒜碎2汤匙,小红葱碎1茶匙。

{调味料} 酱油 ½ 茶匙,无盐蔬菜高汤3汤匙,香菇粉,昆布粉,优质干贝粉和江鱼仔粉适量,调成综合酱汁备用。

{做法}

1. 预热220度烤箱,扫上一层油后放上一半左右的综合酱汁(加入蒜葱碎搅拌),烤5分钟左右。

2. 取出再刷上一层油和倒入另一半的综合酱汁,200度再烤上8分钟左右即可。

3. 用汤匙挖出茄子肉,趁热享用。

***要软软的茄子肉,建议洗净表皮后整条茄子先烤8-10分钟左右再切开来。然后就将全部综合酱汁倒上扫了一层油的茄子表面,再烤多8分钟左右即可。

{Ingredients} Eggplant x 1 (cut into half and slightly cut few lines for better flavored.), chopped garlic x 2 tbsp, chopped shallots x 1 tsp.

{Seasonings} Soy sauce x ½ tsp, unsalted vegetables broth x 3 tbsp, a pinch of mushroom food powder, natural kombu food powder, premium scallop powder and anchovy food powder, mix all till well-combined.

{Method}

1. Preheat oven 220°C, place the eggplant on a lined baking sheet and drizzle each side with olive oil and season with half bowl of seasonings mixture, bake for 5 minutes.

又是失控的terrible two时期,很难熬,毕竟已是复习题,耐心已被磨尽,说真的蛮后悔自找麻烦,呵呵...愿能再次“风平浪静”地熬过去,坚持过后,应该更勇敢更坚强了吧?!

食物粉宝宝酱油炒面条

{材料} 蔬菜粗细面条,甜椒丁,青葱丁(用热水加一点盐和油浸泡2分钟,沥干备用),蒜碎,小红葱碎。
{调味料} 酱油 ½ 茶匙,无盐蔬菜高汤3汤匙,香菇粉,昆布粉和江鱼仔粉适量,调成综合酱汁备用。

{做法}

1. 将面条先用沸水煮至9分熟,沥干备用。

2. 起油锅将蒜葱碎爆香,加入甜椒丁拌炒一下,加入综合酱汁拌炒均匀再撒上青葱丁即可。

{Ingredients} Some vegetable noodles, diced bell pepper, diced green onions (soaked with hot boiled water that add with a pinch of salt and olive oil for 2 mins, drain well and set aside.) chopped garlic, chopped shallots.

{Seasonings} Soy sauce x ½ tsp, unsalted vegetables broth x 3 tbsp, a pinch of mushroom food powder, natural kombu food powder and premium anchovy food powder, mix all till well-combined.

{Method}

1. Cook the noodles in boiling water till almost cooked, drain well and set aside.

菠菜煎饼 Spinach Pancake

天使们很喜爱pancake,可是当这片薄饼煎好时,她们却异口同声说:“Pizza,今天有得吃比萨,✌️!”.....说真的就”偶尔“得忘了她们淘气,耍赖皮外加一大堆无法预知说来就来的无理取闹,她们真的值得我再怎么忙都得亲力亲为地守护这一生。

菠菜煎饼

{材料} 菠菜适量(沸水中加点油和盐川烫1分钟,沥干切碎),鸡蛋1粒,全麦面粉5汤匙,玉米淀粉1汤匙,水或牛奶大约80毫升,无盐牛油1茶匙。

{调味料} 酱油少许。

{做法}

1. 全部材料(除了牛油)充分搅拌均匀,静置20分钟备用。

2. 取一平底锅加入牛油,把所有面糊倒入双面煎成金黄色即可。

Spinach Pancake

{Ingredients} Some spinach (blanch over with boiling water that add with some olive oil and salt, drain well and set aside), egg x1, whole grain flour x 5 tbsp, corn flour x 1 tbsp, water or milk x approximately 80 ml, unsalted butter x 1 tsp.

{Seasonings} Soy sauce few drops.

{Method}

1. Mix all ingredients (except butter) till well combined, let it sit aside for 20 mins.

2. Heat up unsalted butter in frying pan, pour in the mixture to fry till both sides change to golden yellow colour, serve hot.

2019年竟然忙到现在才挤出时间post一下卖相不好的佳肴但有着家的味道,别嫌弃还行吧...原来忙来忙去依然无法忘了要在这里“歇一歇”,呵呵!

葱菇鸡块

{材料} 鸡块适量 (洗净),香菇5朵(泡软,切半),青葱一把(洗净切段状),蒜和小红葱碎适量。

{调味料} 黑酱油1茶匙,酱油2汤匙,蚝油1汤匙,米酒1茶匙,清水适量(大约盖过鸡肉块的一半或以上)。

{做法}

1. 起油锅把香菇,蒜和小红葱碎炒香,加入鸡肉块和调味料。

2. 然后,煮至沸腾后转小火焖煮二十分钟或至熟,撒上青葱焖一下即可食用。

Chicken with Onion and Shiitake Mushroom

{Ingredients} Some chicken pieces (washed), mushroom x 5 (soaked till tender, cut into half), green onion x 1 stalk (washed and cut into sectioned), some chopped garlic and shallots.

{Seasonings} Black soy sauce x 1 tsp, soy sauce x 2 tbsp, oyster sauce x 1 tbsp, rice wine x 1 tsp, some water (cover the chicken pcs at least half or over.)

{Method}

1. Heat up oil to saute mushroom, garlic and shallot till fragrant, add in chicken pieces and seasonings.

2. Then, bring it to boil and switch to low heat to simmer cook for about 20 mkns or till cooked, sprinkle up sectioned green onions and ready to serve.
