Mixed Grains Porridge with Pumpkin Radish Scallops
{Ingredients} Some pumpkin pieces, some radish pieces, dried scallops 1 tbsp(washed and drained), basmathi rice + millet 1 cup, black+mung+red bean ½ cup, small ginger pieces.
{Seasonings} Water 10 cups, olive oil 1 tsp, salt 1 tsp and some pepper to taste.
{Directions}
1. Rinse black+mung+red bean, basmathi rice and millet well, add in pumpkin, radish, ginger and scallops, season in olive oil, salt and water to mix well.
2. After mix well, press the pressure cook button to start cook.
3. After porridge done cooked, season in some pepper and ready to serve.
{Ingredients} Some chinese yam pieces, some carrot pieces, shiitake mushroom 3 pieces (soaked till tender and shredded), dried scallops 1 tbsp(washed and drained), basmathi rice + millet 1 cup, black+mung+red bean ½ cup, small ginger pieces.
{Seasonings} Water 10-11 cups, olive oil 1 tsp, salt 1 tsp and some pepper to taste.
***Side dishes: hard boiled eggs and pan seared scallops
{Directions}
1. Rinse black+mung+red bean, basmathi rice and millet well, add in chinese yam, mushroom, carrot, ginger and scallops, season in olive oil, salt and water to mix well.
2. After mix well, press the pressure cook button to start cook.
3. After porridge done cooked, season in some pepper and ready to serve.

{Porridge Ingredients} Dried bean curd sheet 2 pieces (soak till soft, slices), dried scallops 3 tbsp(washed),white rice ½ cup, millet 1 cup, some carrots pieces (washed, peeled and cut into pieces), some shredded cabbage and goji berries, chopped garlic and ginger.
{Porridge Seasonings} Abalone sauce 1 tbsp, water 12 cups, olive oil 1 tsp, salt 1 tsp and some pepper to taste.
Side dishes:
***Eggs x 3 (beaten with soy sauce, pepper and sesame oil), some chopped shallots👉🏻Heat up oil to sauté chopped shallots till fragrant, fry the egg mixture till cooked and set aside.
***Luncheon meat(slices): put on baking paper over baking pan, pre-heated oven 210°C, bake for 8mins each side.
{Directions}
1. Rinse white rice and millet well, add in olive oil and salt, add in bean curd sheet, scallops , cabbage and carrots, season in abalone sauce and pepper, pressure cook.
2. Heat up 1 tbsp of oil to saute chopped garlic and gingers till change color, off the heat, only add on to porridge that cooked.
3. Add in goji berries after porridge done cooked, stir well to ensure lightly simmer for 2-3 mins, ready to serve with side dishes.
{Fish Ingredients} Some fish slices , some cilantro (wash and chopped, soaking in hot water that add with some salt and olive oil for 5 mins, drain well), some chopped garlic and gingers.
{Fish Marinades} Plum sauce 1 tbsp, Shaoxing wine 1 tbsp, some pepper and salt, corn starch 1 tsp, mix well.
{Steam fish Seasonings} Soy sauce 1 tsp.
{Porridge Ingredients} White rice ½ cup, millet ½cup, some pumpkin pieces (washed, peeled and cut into pieces), some shredded carrots and goji berries.
{Porridge Seasonings} Abalone sauce 1 tsp, water 10 cups, olive oil 1 tsp, some salt to taste.
***Eggs x 3 (beaten with soy sauce, pepper and sesame oil), some chopped shallots and diced green onions.
{Directions}
1. Marinate fish slices with the marinade seasonings for at least 30 mins.
2. Rinse white rice and millet well, add in olive oil, pumpkin pieces and carrots, pour in water, season in abalone sauce and salt, pressure cook, goji berries add in after done cooked, stir well to ensure lightly simmer for a while.
3. Steam the fish slices that done marinated for about 8 mins under medium-high heat.
4. Heat up 3 tbsp of oil to saute chopped garlic and gingers till change color, off the heat and season in soy sauce before pour on top of steamed fish slices. Sprinkle with some chopped cilantro only add on to porridge that ready to serve.
5. (Optional) Heat up oil to sauté chopped shallots and green onions till fragrant, fry the egg mixture till cooked and set aside.
Dried Scallop Pumpkin Tri- color Quinoa and Millet Congee
{Ingredients} Some dried scallops , some pumpkin(washed, peeled and sliced), some cabbage(washed and shredded, soaking in salt water 5 mins,drain well and set aside),red dates x 3 pieces (washed and cut into pieces) some goji berries, tri-color quinoa x 1/2 cup, millet x 1/2 cup.
{Seasonings} Sesame/ olive oil x 1 tsp, water x 10 cups (According to person’s preferences towards cooked congee condition), some salt.
{Directions}
1. Rinse quinoa and millet well, add in all the ingredients and seasonings.
2. Then, pressure cook for about 25 mins. Stir and serve hot.
干贝香菇枸杞萝卜粥 {材料} 白米1杯, 小米 ½ 杯, 香菇5朵(泡软切丝),红萝卜1条(去皮切丁),猪肉丝适量(用一点酱油,胡椒粉和芝麻油腌5分钟),枸杞适量(洗净),干贝粒适量(洗净),去皮姜块适量。
{调味料} 清水12杯,鲍鱼汁1茶匙,橄榄油1茶匙和盐少许即可。
{做法}
1. 全部材料准备好后,全部放入高压锅中和调味料搅拌均匀,按下煮粥/汤键即可。
Dried Scallop Mushroom Congee
{Ingredients} White rice x 1 cup, millet x ½ cup, mushroom x 5 (soaked till tender, shredded), carrots x 1 (peeled and diced), some shredded porks (marinades with some soy sauce, pepper and sesame oil for 5 mins), goji berries(washed), some dried scallops(washed), some ginger slices(peeled).
{Seasonings} Water x 12 cups, abalone sauce x 1 tsp , oloive oil x 1 tsp and some salt.
{Directions}
1. Get ready all the ingredients, put into pressure cooker to mix well with seasonings, follow by press “porridge/soup” button to cook.
Congee with chinese yam, mushroom, vegetables and dried scallop
{Ingredients} White rice x ½ cup, millet x ½ cup, chinese yam x ½ (peeled and sectioned), carrtots x 1 (peeled and sectioned), some shredded cabbage, white mushroom x 5 (washed and shredded), some dried scallops.
{Seasonings} Water x 8 cups, abalone sauce x 1 tsp and some salt.
{Directions}
1. Heat up 1 tsp of olive oil in frying pan, stir-fry white mushrooms for a while, pour in pressure cooker to mix well with other ingredients and seasonings, press “porridge/soup” button to cook.
Congee with purple sweet potatoes,chinese yam, and enoki mushroom {Ingredients} Purple sweet potato x 1 (washed, peeled and sectioned, soaked in water for 10 mins, drain well and set aside), chinese yam x ½ stick (washed, peeled and sectioned), enoki mushroom x 1 pack (washed, cut into sectioned), white rice x 1 cup.
{Seasonings} Sesame oil x 1 tsp, water x 7 cups (According to person’s preferences towards cooked congee condition.)
{Directions}
1. Rinse rice, add in all the ingredients and seasonings.
2. Then, pressure cook for about 25 mins. Stir and serve hot.
{调味料} 盐 ½ 茶匙,无盐蔬菜高汤 ½ 杯,芝麻油1汤匙,清水7杯(看个人对粥煮好后的黏稠度的喜好)
{做法}
1. 将白米洗净后,加入全部材料和调味料。
2. 按下高压锅煮粥功能,25分钟左右美味健康的暖胃粥即可开吃啦。
Congee with chinese yam, goji berries and mixed veggies
{Ingredients} Some baby king oyster mushroom (washed and sliced), chinese yam x ½ stick (washed, peeled and sectioned), carrots x 1(washed, peeled and sectioned), goji berries x 2 tbsp (washed), white rice x 1 cup.
{Seasonings} Salt x ½ tsp, unsalted vegetables broth x ½ cup, sesame oil x 1 tbsp, water x 7 cups (According to person’s preferences towards cooked congee condition.)
{Directions}
1. Rinse rice, add in all the ingredients and seasonings.
2. Then, pressure cook for about 25 mins and serve hot.
Tasty Pork Congee with Cabbage, Shiitake Mushroom and Carrots {Ingredients} White rice x 1 cup (washed), cabbage (wash and shredded), minced pork (marinate with some soy sauce and pepper for 10 mins), mushroom x 3 (soaked, diced, water that soaked mushroom keep for later used), shredded carrots, chopped garlic, water in right amount, olive oil x 1 tsp.
{Seasonings} Soy sauce x 1 tbsp, oyster sauce x 1 tbsp, some pepper, salt and sugar.
{Method}
1. Put washed white rice; olive oil and water in rice cooker to start cook the porridge.
2. While rice cooker cooking the porridge, heat up oil to sauté chopped garlic, add in mushroom, minced pork and carrots to stir-fry till pork change color, add in cabbage, soaked mushroom water and seasonings to continue stir-frying till well combined.
3. Add in cooked cabbage into the rice cooker, mix well and let the rice cooker cook the porridge till done, serve hot. (Personal preference, can add in some deep fried dried fish to enhance your taste!)
{Ingredients} Salted eggs x 3 (washed, cooked and shell, cut into half or diced or wedges), mushroom x 5-7 (Soaked till tender and diced, the water that soaked mushroom keep aside), corns x ½ cup, rice x 1 cup, olive oil x 1 tbsp.
{Seasonings} Some salt to taste.
{Method}
1. Use rice cooker to slow cook the rice that washed with right amount of hot water, corns and soaked mushroom water for 1 and half hours. (If do not like the congee too soft, can choose to cook for 1 hour enough.)
2. Heat up 1 tbsp of olive oil to sauté diced mushroom till fragrant, pour into the rice cooker to continue cook with rice and corn.
3. After congee is done cooked, season in salt and stirring well, add in salted eggs while served.
