鱼片粥
{材料}白米1½杯,鱼片适量(用少许盐,酱油,胡椒粉与栗粉腌10分钟),蒜碎, 小红葱碎,姜碎适量,香菜碎
{调味料} 盐1/2茶匙, 酱油1大匙,蚝油一茶匙,绍兴酒1/2茶匙,麻油与胡椒粉少许。
{做法}
1. 白米淘洗干净后,放入电饭锅加8大杯水用”慢煮”功能煮一个小时。
2. 起油锅爆香蒜葱姜碎, 加入腌好的鱼片与调味料翻炒至熟后, 撒上香菜碎。
3. 然后,把炒好的鱼片拌入粥内即可食用。
Fish Congee
{Ingredients} White rice x 1 ½ cup, some fish fillets (marinate with some salt, soy sauce, pepper and corn starch for 10 mins), some chopped garlic, shallots and ginger, minced cilantro.
{Seasonings} Salt x ½ tsp, soy sauce x 1 tbsp, oyster sauce x 1 tsp, Shaoxing wine x ½ tsp, some sesame oil and pepper.
{Method}
1. Wash white rice, cook in electric rice cooker under “slow cook” function for 1 hour.
2. Heat up oil to sauté chopped garlic, shallot and ginger till fragrant, add in fish fillet and seasonings to stir fry until cook, sprinkle up some cilantro.
3. Then, add in cooked fish fillets into the congee, ready to serve.

星期五,我懒的煮了。。。所以刚刚也吃粥, 但是是鸡的! 呵呵。。
