九层塔酱油鸡块 |
材料与过程 |
{材料} 鸡腿肉(切大块状), 九层塔, 蒜碎, 姜碎, 大葱碎, 红辣椒碎
{调味料} 绍兴酒1汤匙,酱油1 ½ 汤匙, 黑酱油1茶匙,蚝油1汤匙, 盐 ½ 茶匙, 豆瓣酱1茶匙, 麻油 ½ 茶匙, 糖1 ½ 汤匙, 胡椒粉少许放入小碗中拌均匀备用。
{做法}
1. 烧热3大匙油, 爆香蒜,姜,大葱与辣椒碎后, 加入九层塔炒香。
2. 然后,加入鸡块与调味料。
3. 加盖焖煮10-15分钟, 开盖炒至汁浓或略干即可。
Soy Sauce Basil Leaves Chicken
{Ingredients} Chicken pieces, basil leaves, chopped garlic, chopped ginger, chopped onions and red chili.
{Seasonings} Shao xing wine x 1 tbsp, soy sauce x 1 ½ tbsp, black soy sauce x 1 tsp, oyster sauce x 1 tbsp, salt x ½ tsp, bean paste x 1 tsp, sesame oil x ½ tsp, sugar x 1 ½ tbsp, some pepper, mix all well in a small bowl and set aside.
{Method}
1. Heat 2 tbsp of oil to sauté the chopped garlic, ginger, onions and chili, add in basil leaves to stir-fry till fragrant.
2. Add in chicken pieces and seasonings.
3. Cover to simmer for 10-15 mins, open cover to continue stir-fry till gravy is thicken or dry a bit. Ready to serve.
