奇异果蛋燕菜 Kiwi Egg Jelly

奇异果蛋布丁
收集了鸡蛋壳一段时间了, 终于提起精神来做做可爱的鸡蛋布丁或者说是燕菜也行啦。鸡蛋壳不够, 最后还用了Hello Kitty模具来完成这简易的夏日甜点。

奇异果蛋燕菜

{材料} 冷水1000克和燕菜粉30克(拌均匀),奇异果(切块状), 香草叶, 鸡蛋壳

{调味料} 糖80克

{做法}

1. 取一深锅, 把搅拌好的冷水与燕菜粉倒入, 再把香草叶打结放进去, 加入糖以中火不停地搅拌至煮滚。

2. 熄火后,倒入一半的分量在预先准备好的鸡蛋壳里, 放入一块奇异果。

3. 待半凝固后, 再倒入另一半至八分满即可, 有剩的倒入已经放上奇异果块的Kitty模具里边。

4. 完全凝固后存入冰箱冷藏后才食用。

Kiwi Egg Jelly

{Ingredients} Cold water x 100g and agar-agar powder x 30g (mix well), kiwi slices, pandan leaf (make a knotted), egg shell.

{Seasonings} Sugar x 80g

{Method}

1. Use a big pot; pour in well mixed cold water and agar-agar powder, follow by add in pandan leaf and sugar, cook under medium heat till bring to boil.

2. Turn off heat, pour the mixture into egg shell for half at first, and put in a slice of kiwi.

3. Leave to half set, pour in another half, if there is extra just pour to another mold with kiwi slices.

4. Leave to all set and chill in the fridge before serving.
