菠菜煎饼 Spinach Pancake 

不到15分钟,天使们的食物准备上桌啦。

她们口中的“Pizza”, 外观不算耐看,她们吃得开心即可,😄
天使们很喜爱pancake,可是当这片薄饼煎好时,她们却异口同声说:“Pizza,今天有得吃比萨,✌️!”.....说真的就”偶尔“得忘了她们淘气,耍赖皮外加一大堆无法预知说来就来的无理取闹,她们真的值得我再怎么忙都得亲力亲为地守护这一生。

菠菜煎饼

{材料} 菠菜适量(沸水中加点油和盐川烫1分钟,沥干切碎),鸡蛋1粒,全麦面粉5汤匙,玉米淀粉1汤匙,水或牛奶大约80毫升,无盐牛油1茶匙。

{调味料} 酱油少许。

{做法}

1. 全部材料(除了牛油)充分搅拌均匀,静置20分钟备用。

2. 取一平底锅加入牛油,把所有面糊倒入双面煎成金黄色即可。

Spinach Pancake

{Ingredients} Some spinach (blanch over with boiling water that add with some olive oil and salt, drain well and set aside), egg x1, whole grain flour x 5 tbsp, corn flour x 1 tbsp, water or milk x approximately 80 ml, unsalted butter x 1 tsp.

{Seasonings} Soy sauce few drops.

{Directions}

1. Mix all ingredients (except butter) till well combined, let it sit aside for 20 mins.

2. Heat up unsalted butter in frying pan, pour in the mixture to fry till both sides change to golden yellow colour, serve hot.
