2019年竟然忙到现在才挤出时间post一下卖相不好的佳肴但有着家的味道,别嫌弃还行吧...原来忙来忙去依然无法忘了要在这里“歇一歇”,呵呵!
葱菇鸡块
{材料} 鸡块适量 (洗净),香菇5朵(泡软,切半),青葱一把(洗净切段状),蒜和小红葱碎适量。
{调味料} 黑酱油1茶匙,酱油2汤匙,蚝油1汤匙,米酒1茶匙,清水适量(大约盖过鸡肉块的一半或以上)。
{做法}
1. 起油锅把香菇,蒜和小红葱碎炒香,加入鸡肉块和调味料。
2. 然后,煮至沸腾后转小火焖煮二十分钟或至熟,撒上青葱焖一下即可食用。
Chicken with Onion and Shiitake Mushroom
{Ingredients} Some chicken pieces (washed), mushroom x 5 (soaked till tender, cut into half), green onion x 1 stalk (washed and cut into sectioned), some chopped garlic and shallots.
{Seasonings} Black soy sauce x 1 tsp, soy sauce x 2 tbsp, oyster sauce x 1 tbsp, rice wine x 1 tsp, some water (cover the chicken pcs at least half or over.)
{Directions}
1. Heat up oil to saute mushroom, garlic and shallot till fragrant, add in chicken pieces and seasonings.
2. Then, bring it to boil and switch to low heat to simmer cook for about 20 mkns or till cooked, sprinkle up sectioned green onions and ready to serve.
