酸梅酱排骨 Steamed Plum Sauce Pork Ribs

酸梅酱排骨

{材料} 排骨适量,蒜碎,姜碎。

{调味料} 酸梅酱2汤匙,酱油1汤匙,绍兴酒1茶匙,盐和胡椒粉适量。

{做法}

1. 排骨加入蒜姜碎和用腌料腌15分钟。

2. 然后,腌好的排骨放入蒸锅蒸45分钟左右。

Steamed Plum Sauce Pork Ribs

{Ingredients} Some pork ribs, chopped garlic, chopped ginger.

{Seasonings} Plum sauce x 2 tbsp, soy sauce x tbsp, Shaoxing wine x 1 tsp, some salt and pepper.

{Directions}

1. Marinade pork ribs with chopped garlic, ginger and seasonings for 15 mins.

2. Then, steam the marinated pork ribs in steamer for about 45 mins.
