香菇鸡肉饭 

香菇鸡肉饭

{材料} 香菇3朵(泡软,切丝),白米2杯,煮米水2杯(调入一点黑酱油,酱油,蚝油1汤匙,盐 ½ 茶匙和胡椒粉搅拌均匀),鸡肉片(用点黑酱油,酱油,料酒和胡椒粉腌15分钟), 萝卜丝,长豆丁,香菜叶(洗净, 泡盐水备用), 蒜碎,小红葱碎,红辣椒碎。

{做法}

1. 白米洗净备用 。

2. 起油锅爆香蒜葱,辣椒与香菇丝,加入鸡肉片,萝卜丝和长豆丁翻炒一会。

3. 倒入煮米水煮至滚后,倒入饭锅用煮饭设定煮熟后,才撒上香草叶拌一拌即可食用。

Mushroom Chicken Rice

{Ingredients} Mushroom x 3 (soaked till tender, shredded), white rice x 2 cups, water x 2 cups(Add in some black soy sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce x 1 tbsp, salt x ½ tsp and some pepper, mix all well.), chicken slices (marinate with some black soy sauce, soy sauce, rice wine and pepper for 15 mins), shredded carrots, diced long bean, cilantro (wash and soaked in salted water), chopped garlic, shallot and red chili.

{Method}
1. Wash white rice and set aside in the rice cooker.

2. Heat upoil to sauté chopped garlic, shallot, red chili and mushroom, follow by add in chicken slices, carrots and long bean to stir-fry a while.

3. Then, add in water to cook till boiling, pour in the rice cooker and press start to cook. Sprinkle up some cilantro on top cooked rice and mix them well and serve hot.
