杏鲍菇炒蛋 Scrambled Egg with King Oyster Mushroom



每个男女人们对生活的定义有很多版本的答案。对「婆妈」而言 - 生活的目的是成长,在陪伴着天使们成长的同时「婆妈」也再次成长...只是这次的成长注重修的“课程”大多关于情商居多。她们曾几何时把「婆妈」逼得完全失去理智,没了自信,大吼大叫地教养方式说好的不会出现在我家...但事与愿违...关于育儿这些琐事,我就不多说了。很想提的是,天使们让「婆妈」明白了更多更多更多与她们一起“拼”过来的过程...过程中更深刻明白:成长多或少不是重点, 重要的是每一天都在努力学习,尽力成长的步伐中,偶尔会歇息但不轻易放弃。

 杏鲍菇炒蛋

{材料} 鸡蛋两粒 (加点酱油,芝麻油和胡椒粉打散),杏鲍菇丝适量,小红葱碎和蒜碎适量。

{调味料} 酱油几滴。

{做法}

1. 起油锅爆香蒜葱碎,调入几滴酱油后才加入杏鲍菇丝翻炒一会儿。

2. 然后,倒入鸡蛋液翻炒至熟即可。

Scrambled Egg with King Oyster Mushroom

{Ingredients} Eggs x 2 (beaten with some soy sauce, sesame oil and pepper), some shredded king oyster mushroom, some chopped shallots and garlic.

{Seasonings} Few drops of soy sauce.

{Directions}

1. Heat up some cooking oil to sauté chopped garlic and shallot till fragrant, season in few drops of soy sauce, follow by add in king oyster mushroom to continue stirring for a while.

2. Then, pour in egg mixture to stir-fry until cooked, Serve hot.
