金针菇蛋炒菠菜 Stir-fry Spinach with Enoki Mushroom and Egg
金针菇蛋炒菠菜

{材料} 菠菜(用沸水川烫一下过冷水沥干备用),鸡蛋2粒(加点酱油,胡椒粉和麻油打散),金针菇1包(去蒂,洗净),萝卜丝,蒜碎,姜碎。

{调味料} 盐1茶匙

{做法}

1. 起油锅,先把鸡蛋炒碎盛起备用。

2. 再加点油爆香蒜姜碎,加入萝卜丝和金针菇与盐拌炒一下。

3. 最后,加入菠菜和鸡蛋碎大火翻炒均匀即可

Stir-fry Spinach with Enoki Mushroom and Egg

{Ingredients} Spinach (Blanch over boiling water and then rinse through cold water, drain well), eggs x 2 (beaten with some soy sauce, pepper and sesame oil), enoki mushroom x 1 pack (trim bottom part and washed), shredded carrots, chopped garlic, chopped ginger.

{Seasonings} Salt x 1 tsp

{Method}

1. Heat up oil to cook the egg mixture and set aside.

2. Same frying pan continue add in some oil to sauté chopped garlic and ginger, add in carrot, enoki mushroom and salt to stir-fry for a while.

3. Lastly, add in spinach and cooked egg to continue stir-fry under high heat till well combined.
