蒸蟹炒粉丝 Boiled Crab Legs with Vermicelli

因为超市低价诱惑而兴致勃勃买回来的snow crab clusters, 第一次旅居生活的住家式简易蟹肉料理。 又怕吃不饱而随意炒了有点黑的粉丝来与它搭配。

蒸蟹炒粉丝

{材料} 炒粉丝适量, 蟹脚, 蒜粉, 九层塔粉, 柠檬汁3大匙

{调味料} 盐2茶匙与黑胡椒粉少许

{做法}

1. 把买回来的蟹用清水清洗一番。

2. 煮沸一锅加了蒜粉, 九层塔粉, 柠檬汁,盐与黑胡椒粉的水(够把蟹脚全部盖过), 把蟹放入以中火煮上7-8分钟即可。

Boiled Crab Legs with Fried Glass Noodles 

{Ingredients} Some fried glass noodle, snow crab legs, garlic powder, basil leaves powder, lemon juice x 3 tbsp

{Seasonings} Salt x 2 tsp and some black pepper

{Method}

1. Clean up crab legs by rinse with water.

2. Bring a pot of water with garlic powder, basil leaves powder, lemon juice, salt and black pepper (adequate to cover the while crab legs)to boil, put in crab legs and cook under medium heat for 7-8 mins. Serve hot.
