鲑鱼蛋包 Salmon Omelette




鲑鱼蛋包

{材料} 鸡蛋3个(加入盐,胡椒粉和麻油打均备用),鲑鱼片(用鲜奶50毫升浸泡),青葱丁(可以不放), 芝士丝20克,番茄半个(切丁), 牛油1茶匙。

{做法}

1. 锅中倒入3大匙油烧热,放入牛油溶化后再加入蛋液煎至半熟。

2. 然后,加入鲑鱼片,葱丁和芝士丝翻卷成圆筒状煎至熟。

3. 盛在盘中后加入略炒过的蕃茄丁点缀即可。

Salmon Omelette

{Ingredients} Eggs x 3 (Beat with some salt, pepper and sesame oil to mix well and set aside), salmon fillet (cut into slices and soaked in milk with 50 ml), diced green onion, shredded cheese x 20g, half tomato ( diced), butter x 1 tsp.

{Method}

1. Heat 3 tbsp oil in frying pan, add in buttet to heat until melted only pour in egg mixture and cook until bottom is just set.

2. Then, spread salmon, green onion and cheese on egg, follow by fold egg in three to make like omelette till cooked.

3. Transfer to serving plate and then add in diced tomatoes for decoration.
