鸡蛋蔬菜煎饼 Veggies and Egg Pancake

鸡蛋蔬菜煎饼
偶尔来点不同的早餐或是下午茶也好…

鸡蛋蔬菜煎饼

{材料} 面粉x 120g, 鸡蛋 1 个, 温水 165g, 火腿片, 生菜片, 胡萝卜丝与青葱粒适量

{调味料} 盐与胡椒粉少许. (喜欢吃甜的可以选择加糖)

{做法}

1. 在装面粉的碗里打进一个鸡蛋, 然后放入盐与胡椒粉.

2. 往碗里加温水搅拌直到鸡蛋, 面粉和水溶变成粘稠状.

3. 过后, 将胡萝卜丝放进面糊里拌均, 继续在面糊里撒上葱花搅匀备用.

4. 平底锅上烧热一层薄油, 把面糊倒一些进去, 转动平底锅, 使面糊均匀的布在整个锅底.

5. 待一面煎成金黄色后, 换另外一面煎好后即可出锅.

6. 出锅后, 卷生菜火腿进去, 切成小块就可以了. (依个人喜好, 可以放其它蔬菜或培根.)

Veggies and Egg Pancake

{Ingredients} Flour x 120g, egg x 1, warm water x 165g, ham slices, lettuce slices, carrots (shredded) and green onion cubes in proper amount.

{Seasonings} Some salt and pepper. (If love to eat sweet, may change to sugar)

{Method}

1. Beat an egg into a bowl that with flour, season it with salt and pepper.

2. Add in warm water in the bowl separately by few times until egg, flour and water mix well.

3. Then, add in carrot slices into the mixture and mix well, continue with add in green onion and mix well. Set aside.

4. Heat a layer of oil in frying pan, pour in some of the mixture and turn around the pan to ensure the mixture is well spread on the pan.

5. Turn to another side when a side is change to golden yellow color and remove it.

6. Add in ham slices and lettuce onto the pre-fried pancake and roll it up. Cut into half and served. (According to personal preference, you can put other vegetables or bacon.)
