排骨蔬菜罗宋汤






排骨蔬菜罗宋汤

{材料} 排骨(洗净,用加了料酒的沸水川烫1分钟备用),番茄4颗(洗净,过热水去皮切块状),芹菜(切段状), 小萝卜,大葱(切丝)

{调味料} 番茄酱1汤匙, 盐和糖适量。

{做法}

1. 将一大锅清水煮沸后,加入排骨,小 萝卜,芹菜 和大葱丝以中火煮上1小时后才加入番茄块再煮上30分钟。

2. 最后,调入调味料即可关火。

{Ingredients} Pork rib (wash, blanch over boiling water that add with some Shaoxing wine for 1 min), tomatoes x 4 (wash and blanch over hot water to peel off skin, cut into pieces), celery (cut into sectioned), baby carrots, onion (shredded)

{Seasonings} Tomato sauce x 1 tbsp, some salt and sugar.

{Method}

1. Bring a big pot of water to boil, add in pork rib, baby carrot, celery and shredded onion at medium heat for 1 hour only add in tomatoes to continue cook for another 30 mins under low heat.

2. Lastly, season with seasonings and serve hot.
