鱼香豆干肉片 Stir-fry Medium Firm Tofu with Pork Slices

鱼香豆干肉片

{材料} 豆干(切块状), 猪肉片(用料酒,酱油和胡椒粉腌上15分钟), 蒜碎,小红葱碎,红辣椒碎, 青葱丁。

{调味料}酱油1茶匙,蚝油1茶匙,蒜蓉豆豉酱1茶匙,糖和鸡粉适量,水2大匙。

{做法}

1. 用适量的热油锅把豆干块炸至双面金黄色备用。

2. 起油锅爆香蒜葱与辣椒碎后,加入肉片炒至变色。

3. 然后,加入青葱丁,炸好的豆干和调味料翻炒均匀即可。

Stir-fry Medium Firm Tofu with Pork Slices

{Ingredients} Medium firm tofu (cut into pieces), pork slices (marinate with some Shaoxing wine, soy sauce and pepper for 15 mins), chopped garlic, shallot and red chili, diced green onion.

{Seasonings} Soy sauce x 1 tsp, oyster sauce x 1 tsp, black bean garlic sauce x 1 tsp, some sugar and chicken powder, water x 2 tbsp.

{Method}

1. Deep-fried medium firm tofus in hot oil till both sides turn to golden yellow color, set aside.

2. Heat up some oil to sauté chopped garlic, shallot and red chili, add in pork slices to stir-fry till turn color.

3. Then, add in green onion, fried tofu and seasonings to continue sit-fry till all mix well.
